Booking totally automated, no sign of humans, but no issue at all. Everything was as offered. . Would stay again Nothing not to like

• Carole (9/5): Lovely stay in clean facilities - The room was spotless especially considering it accepts pets. Apart from that it was all I needed. About 1 acre on the property to walk your dog plus a fenced dog park. Staff were very helpful and everything with a smile. Would recommend for anyone wanting a clean stay with a pet. There is also 2 complimentary bottles of water and milk which I appreciated. Great views and right next door to visitor's centre if you needed help with things to do around the area. Bed a little bit firm and some traffic noise but that didn't really bother me.

No information booklet on arrival reception closed 2 minutes after check in so used both telephone numbers to contact for wi fi password, back at reception was given a limited sheet with it on. Property appears to be for sale!!!

• Robyn (10/5): Convenient, Comfortable and great for pets. - I have stayed her many times and always find the staff, rooms and grounds to be excellent. My dog loves the off leash park and remembers where to go to get to it. It is so handy being on the highway and close to Bowen. Honestly there is nothing I didn't like about my stay.

• Julie (10/5): - It was great, I have stayed in a few motels in Bowen but this was the best. The staff can not do enough to make you welcome. They are so friendly and they keep the place well kept. The pool and the motel is so clean and well looked after and the sun rise is absolutely beautiful Nothing, the place is so good and being right next door to the big mango PERFECT!

Communication was on point as our arrival was after hours and they had accommodated for lateness, we thank them. The Saltwater pool was a pleasure after a day of footy! No complaints

• Deniese (8/5): Lovely relaxing stay at the last minute, topped with a spectacular view of the ocean. - The great amount of room to walk around in the room. Bench set up with everything needed. The lovely menu available at the end of our days travel allowed us to check in and enjoy the spectacular ocean view of sunset/sunrise. There was one loose large tile just outside shower and there was also water on toilet floor. Not sure where it was coming from but possibly from under loose tile, looked wet. Sorry, didn't think of mentioning when we checked out early for our long journey back home to Mareeba.

• Melissa (8/5): Travelling pet friendly - The room was clean, and we had everything we needed. A little out of town, but had great views and facilities. Pet friendly. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Will stay again and I do recommend. Blankets were stored in bathroom cupboard and did have sugar ants on them. They'd be better placed on the beds. But don't let that stop you staying.
