• Barbara (10/5): - Świetny hotel, pokoje duże i komfortowe, sprzątane codziennie. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Bardzo blisko do wyciągów narciarskich. Na plus strefa spa z saunami i basenem, gdzie po nartach można sie zregenerować. Miłym dodatkiem był snack bar, zawsze z zupą i przekąskami, z którego można było korzystać w ciągu dnia. Polecam hotel z czystym sumieniem. Trochę na minus był brak jakiegokolwiek picia do kolacji w standardzie. Uważam, że przynajmniej woda powinna być w cenie.

• Daniel (10/5): - Vynikající wellness, který naprosto splnil naše očekávání. Jídlo také vynikající. Bohatá snídaně a velmi kvalitní večeře. Pokoje také velmi příjemné, čisté a pohodlné. Spokojenost po všech stránkách. Hotel je koncipován jako rodinný, což znamená přítomnost většího počtu dětí, které se hlavně ve wellness nechovali úplně tiše, což trošku rušilo.
• Irene (5/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich Auf Anfrage hieße es vegane Speisen gibt es. Leider war nur bei der Haußtspeise eine vegane Wahl möglich. Vorspeise und Nachspeise gab es leider keine Wahl und war nicht vegan. Salatbuffet gab es allerdings. Zum Frühstück gab es eigentlich bis auf Brot, Magarine, Marmelade keine anderen veganen Wahloptionen. Es ist sehr schade, dass man als Veganer/in immer noch in vielen Betrieben nur ca 1/4-1/3 des Speiseangebotes nutzen kann und nicht mehr vegane Auswahl angeboten wird.

• Anna (9/5): - Hotel Sonnalm spełnił nasze oczekiwania- przyjazny personel, czyste pokoje i smaczne jedzenie. Fajna strefa wellness z basenem, nieodpłatne napoje i ręczniki. Kolacje wykwintne i urozmaicone. Suszarnia do butów i nart. Bliskość wyciągów narciarskich na duży plus. W saunach i strefie relaksu światło powinno być znacznie przygaszone. Szkoda, że nie ma pokoju zabaw dla dzieci .

Die Teller der einzelnen Gänge waren hübsch angerichtet, das Buffet gut aufgebaut u. präsentiert. Alles sauber, Zimmerreinigung wunderbar. Sehr angenehme u. ruhige Atmosphäre im ganzen Haus, beginnend bereits im Eingangsbereich. Ich habe gespürt, dass das Hotel mit Liebe u. Respekt geführt wird und das Miteinander von Chefin u. Angestellten stimmt. Das ist keine Kritik sondern vielleicht eine Anregung: Im Bad könnte noch ein kleines Regal oder ein Waschbeckenunterschrank als zusätzliche Verstaumöglichkeit der Hygieneartikel super sein.
• Gabor (10/5): Csak jól járhatsz, ha ezt a szállást választod félpanzióval. - Finom reggeli bőséges választékkal. A vacsora kiváló (érdemes félpanziós ellátást választani) 5*. Választható főétel: halas, nem halas, vegetáriánus, illetve gyermek. Gyors és barátságos felszolgálás. Kényelmes, tiszta szobák. Családias hangulat. Sonnen Card-ot adnak, ami a Karten Card-ot is tartalmazza, plusz a helyi közlekedésre is jó. Nincs ilyen.
• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - Dinner was excellent - great selection, always one fish and one vegetarian dish options present, and the taste exceptional! Great location, spacious room, wonderful spa and outside pool. Not a real negative point, but the bed was too soft for us. But this is a personal preference for everyone.

• Gábor (10/5): Exceptional - We had a pleasant six-night stay at the hotel with our two children. The ski area was conveniently close. The staff was always friendly, and the food was delicious and plentiful. The spa area was excellent for adults, providing a relaxing experience. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. While there was a small selection of toys available, we would have appreciated a more extensive indoor play area for children.
• Drazen (10/5): We had everything we needed for an amazing ski weekend. - Spacious room, lavish breakfast buffet, after-ski soup and salat, wonderful saunas and spa, friendly staff. I would especially point out amazing dinner meals--I especially liked the salad and cheese buffet. Everything was excellent. One little detail which I would have changed concerns the pool. The pool temperature was 32 degrees, but since I stayed there in January I personally found this a bit too cold.
• Herman (10/5): Great value for money and top quality on all of the service. - Location was great due to ski lifts nearby. Breakfast and dinner was great. Staff was amazing. They even give us a free room upgrade. Saunas were also perfect and not too crowded. The only thing to mention is that pool wasnt working on days of our stay. But I am sure that it was due some maintaince or anything else and that the staff will do everything to fix the problem as soon as possible.

I'm vegan and, by communicating this in advance, they were able to satisfy my needs by providing a vegan alternative for every meal. Being Italian, it was difficult to give up cappuccino in the morning as they didn't have vegetable milk! 😜

• Urban (10/5): Great stay for few days of skiing - Hotel has a very nice 'old school' wibe, food for dinner was on high level. Hotel is very close to the skiing slopes and has nice views of the walley. Staff was very friendly. Nothing actually. Furniture in our room was a bit worn, but in a positive, cosy way. It added to the charm, but i guess it could bother some other guest.
