- Kwame (8/5): Great stay, good location - Great location and a nice apartment. Very close to tram station and supermarkets. Could of provided more than 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and the beds could be a little comfier.
- Marius (6/5): not recomanded - The apartment was fine for 2 persons. But there are 2.5 bedrooms(2 bedrooms and 1 dressing that was transformed to bedroom / kitchen in the way for the second bathroom ). The apartment has almost everything that you need to use. It is on the 5 floor but the elevator is working only one 3/6/9 floors and you need to go down the stairs 1 floor :) (it doesn't make to much sense in the words .. you will see it there :) ) we had a bit problem with receiving the keys on arrival. The location was easy to find also the keys. Enter in the building go to the 5 floor but we didn't find the apartment. It is ironic that the owner told us that we shouldn't make noise and to respect the silence and so on (strange) but he told us the wrong apartment number. After 1 hour after we go up and down and go to the next building to find the apartment we realized that it isn't an apartment with that number. We call and initial he didn't answer but i explain and he told us the real number. What I'm thinking, that the message with the instructions is standard.. he is giving the same message to everyone so ... I don't think the owner can help you with something, and as for checkout we wanted and exit the apartment at 10:05AM and the owner/cleaning team enter in the apartment at 10:03 AM (it was the first time it happened this in my life)
- Dj (9/5): Great stay in Berlin - Very well equipped appartement. Perfect located from the city centre and Alexanderplatz. It was really nice to stay here for our holiday. You have to be aware of the parking, when travelling by car.
- Mariam (1/5): uncomfortable - Location There should have been heating in the house, but we didn't have it, we were freezing. It was not even clean upon arrival. Only the location is good, but I don't recommend anyone to stay in this house just because of the location. The owner is completely indifferent to the problems.
