• Marie (10/5): - It’s super convenient! Seconds away from the train or subway stations. I get to do my laundry and have my own little space. There’s a lounge/ dining area that I can get tea or water, heat up my food or toast my bread. Three washing machines and three dryers. It’s also very clean before other people get to the bathrooms, toilets and powder room.
• MASAYOSHI (4/5): - 部屋に換気機能が無く、かび臭いと感じた。 交通機関が多く、通天閣・スパワールド・動物園が近くて便利。 スパワールドを利用したため、共同のシャワー室は未使用。 夜は地下道にホームレスの人がいた。 （地下鉄の通路には、いない） 飲食店は、昼・夜多数あり。朝と深夜に営業している店は若干遠い。コンビニは近い。

• Verified traveler (6/5): 玄関のオートロック装置 - 23時以降は玄関がオートロックで施錠され､入館にはパスコードが必要になるが､玄関横の入力装置の画面のバックライトがつかず暗いままでパスコードを入力できないため､結局､中にいた宿泊客に開けてもらった。入力装置について宿泊客観点で操作しやすく設定の上､簡易な操作マニュアルも配布すべき。

• Tomoki (8/5): - 駅から近くてアクセスはとても良かったです。今回たまたまハズレだっただけだと思いますが、隣の中国人の物音がとてもうるさかったです。テレビかスマホかわかりませんが、爆音で音楽が流れていました。またその人がトイレを利用した後はとても汚かったです。 コストパフォーマンスを考えると仕方ないのかもしれませんが、気になる方はやめたほうがいいと思います。

• PATRICK (6/5): Bien pour les petits budgets - Le personnel est très agréable, l'hôtel est près de 2 gares qui ont le même nom Shin immamiya, la JR et la Nankai. Le quartier Shinsekai est en face et Namba Dontombori a 20 mn à pied. Un bémol sur l'hotel, les chambres ne sont pas nettoyees a moins de 7 nuits. Pas de ménage, avant c'était toute les 3 nuits. Il faut savoir aussi que l'établissement hébergé des cas sociaux, certains étages leurs sont dédiés.

• Mariko (8/5): - 新今宮駅の通天閣口（東口）から近いです。 スタッフさんが丁寧で安心感があります。 暑い日で汗だくになりながらチェックインしたんですが受付の方がウェットタオルをくれて嬉しかったです。 チェックイン時に袋入りの歯ブラシと薄手のフェイスタオルもサービスで貰えました。 ウェルカムドリンクとして水や緑茶、紅茶、コーヒーが飲めます。夏はかき氷を作って食べることもできました。 自販機もホテル内にあります。 コインランドリーがあって洗濯200円、乾燥機30分100円、フロントで洗濯用洗剤1回分30円で購入できます。 シャワールームは個室ごとに給湯器リモコンがあるので、入る時はスイッチがONになっていることを確認してください。バスタオル300円もフロントで購入可能です。 トイレは各階にあります。 部屋には冷蔵庫があるので近くのコンビニや少し歩きますが24時間営業のスーパーでご飯を買っても安心です。 宿泊費を抑えられてコインランドリーまであるのはかなり嬉しいです。
• Brandon (10/5): Awesome Hotel, great value and area - A hotel i've stayed at many times. Good value, decent sized room. Sometimes noisy guests but they provide earplugs. Free drinks and shaved ice in the lobby, and the area around it is a bit rowdy but lots to see and do, right next to the Tennoji zoo and Tsutenkaku tower, also right near a very convenient train station and subway station! If you don't mind the area(it's safe, but quite a bit of homeless people) it's a great place to stay!
• kyo (6/5): - 非常に惜しい施設だった 価格に対して施設は清潔だし スタッフのサービスは完璧だった しかし火災報知器か何かの非常ベルが深夜に2度誤作動で鳴り響き、起こされてしまった 睡眠が妨害されてしまった点と非常用設備の 不具合という不安になる部分で 評価を下げざるおえない コスパは高く個人的には再訪すると思うが 他人へおすすめするかと言われると上記の点で微妙

• DAECHEOL (10/5): 최고의 가성비 - 호텔 선플라자 II 별관(Annex)를 포함하여 이 그룹 호텔에서 지금까지 총 3번 묵었습니다. 절대적인 퀄리티가 최고라고는 할 수 없으나, 2~3인 숙박 시 인당 1박에 1만원대라는 것 감안하면 매우 훌륭합니다. 지하철 및 난카이/JR 역이 도보 5분 거리 내에 있고, 조금만 더 걸으면 신세카이 지구, 츠텐가쿠, 덴덴타운에 접근 가능합니다. 리셉션 직원분들도 항상 친절했습니다. 침구류 및 화장실, 샤워실 등의 청결도 및 위생 상태도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만 객실에서 한번씩 퀴퀴한 냄새가 날 때도 있었지만, 참을 수는 있을 정도였습니다. 앞으로도 오사카 방문 시 꼭 이용할 예정입니다.

Already in the elevator there was a thich smell of tobacco and in the hallway and the so-called "hotel room" it was impossible to breathe. When I woke up my eyes and throat were totally dry and I ended up checking out after only 1 night and find another place to stay. I spent the next couple of days trying to get rid of the smell that was in all of my clothes, my jacket, my backpack - everywhere.

• PATRICK (10/5): Idéal comme lieu où se poser a Osaka - Très bon emplacement. Métro au pied de l' hôtel et gare JR a 150m station Shin imamiya. Endroit animé vous avez la tour tsutenkaku dans le quartier animé rétro Shinsekai en face de l' hôtel ainsi que le zoo et plus haut le parc tennoji. Dontomburi est a 20mn a pied.

• MING-HSIEN (8/5): 還算令人滿意的住宿 - 房間及廁所維持得很乾淨，櫃台服務態度很親切，一樓有免費的紅茶、麥茶、咖啡等飲料可以取用，有廚房可以使用，離地鐵動物園站、JR新今宮、南海電鐵新今宮站很近，可以直接抵達機場，附近有很大的唐吉軻德可以逛等 只是附近環境可能地處比較複雜的地段，晚上有時候外面會有吵鬧聲，入住這幾天甚至有時有聽到飆車聲音，浴室只有一樓有而且只有三間實在不夠負荷旅客數量，房間隔音要去樓下索取免費耳塞 因為是一個人的旅行，一個休息的個人空間是足夠的，價格也很實惠，所以是可以接受的，適合背包客之類的旅客

• Declan (8/5): - The hotel is clean the staff is nice and overall it was a great stay. The area around it leaves a bit to be desired, as it’s not clean. However it’s close to restaurants and shopping areas so there’s plenty to do. Plus there’s a JR station right by it, so there’s easy travel to anywhere you need to go. I would definitely stay here again.

• Yasuyuki (8/5): - 3畳の板の間に布団がある部屋で、各フロアにトイレと洗面所があり、内装が新しく快適でした。1階に給茶機があったので、お茶を飲みながら新聞を読んでました。シャワー室は狭いが、お風呂は2,3人入れる広さ。私は朝一番に一人で入浴することができました。

• Daecheol (10/5): - 방 2개를 예약해 7층, 8층 각 1개씩 배정받았습니다. 객실은 딱 잠만 잘 수 있도록 되어있는 구조입니다. 방에 구비된 것은 매트, 베개, 이불과 작은 탁상, 냉장고, 텔레비전이 전부입니다. 화장실, 세면대, 샤워실은 공용입니다만, 생각보다는 많이 붐비진 않았고, 위생 상태도 좋았습니다. 이 호텔의 최대 장점은 위치입니다. 바로 앞에 지하철 미도스지선/사카이스지선 도부츠엔마에역이 있어 교통이 매우 편리합니다. 또한 도보 3분이면 신세카이 지역, 지하철 10분이면 난바에 접근 가능해 이 두 지역을 투숙하는 동안 거의 집앞처럼 돌아다니면서 즐겼습니다. 한 가지 치명적인 단점이라면 방음이 너무 안 돼 옆 방 소리가 다 들리고 밤엔 소곤소곤 이야기해야 한다는 점.. 귀마개를 무료로 제공하긴 합니다만, 그래도 이 부분은 많이 아쉽네요. 아무튼 1박에 인당 2만원 언저리의 저렴한 호텔 치고는 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 객실과 관련해 문제가 발생했을 때 직원분께서도 최대한 친절하게 도와주셔서 잘 해결했습니다. 덕분에 오사카 여행을 저렴하게 잘 끝마칠 수 있었습니다. 다음에 또 오사카 여행을 한다면 재방문할 의향이 있습니다.

• Maisarah (10/5): - Excellent location, very good amenities & staffs. Absolutely loved the heater that kept us warm during the winter nights. It’s a tight space for 3 of us but that’s what you get for the price. The walls are paper thin so you have to be quiet at night. There’s only 1 lift and 1 shower (located on the first floor).

• のぞみ (8/5): - フロント、清掃スタッフの方はどの方も接遇が素晴らしく安心して泊まれました。共有スペースも毎日清掃され清潔に保たれてれいました。 気になったのは長期滞在されている男性の方が同じフロアにいたのですが、女性トイレを使われるので気持ち悪かったです。女性専用フロア以外に泊まるにあたりこのような事があると怖いのではと思いました。 あと設備では乾燥機が家庭用くらいなので洗濯物の量次第では完全に乾燥させるには時間を要します。ホテルから出て左側にコインランドリーがあるので量が多い時はそちらを利用するのも良いかと思いました。

• EMILEIGH (8/5): Over all great experience - Over all very good. The place is clean & nice. Super convenient area, near to Shin-Imamiya station that direct connect to many places like Kansai Airport and Nara, and many 24hours store and a big 24hours Don Quijote mall. Only something not so good is that only a few staff with good English communication. Some can understand simple English, but some don't understand even simple enquiries. Having some difficulties on one early morning when try to check my extended nights bookings. Evening staffs were good in English.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - 員工服務態度十分好， 住宿環境舒適。 位置鄰近地鐵站， 距離JR站及南海線站約10~15分鐘路程，樓下附近都有便利店。 此次住宿女性樓層有床的房間，雖然29吋行李箱在房間有些難打開，但整體都十分舒適理想。 共用空間方面需要其他住客合作，因化妝間等是共用空間，難免有污糟的情況，員工清潔的時間有固定，所以有時候比較污糟。 另外，建議出入去共用空間或化妝間都要鎖門，因碰上有其他住客帶朋友回房間。 亦有男朋友到女性樓層房間找朋友。 逗留的時間唔清楚，但難免令人擔心。

• Manna (6/5): - Everything is as expected given the price point. The place is clean and pretty convenient location wise. However, I did not enjoy the neighbourhood. It's not shady per se but it's a bit rundown and not much eating venues around, especially at night.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Hostel type Japanese style clean simple accommodat - This is a clean hostel type hotel Japanese style rooms. Extremely small rooms. Everything is very clean but there was only 1 shower for men and 3 for women and the building had numerous rooms. There is also washing machines which you need to pay for but these were also heavily used and waiting lines. There needs to be more facilities to support the number of guests but fine for a quick stay if you only need a room for a night. Location is a bit outside Osaka and is a train ride to Osaka Station and a change of trains to shin-Osaka station but the area itself is nice and has local restaurants. Value is good as long as you do not need any hotel type facilities.
• Verified traveler (6/5): So so - Not bad, not great. Front desk guy seemed to have a problem with me throughout my stay. Only 1 shower for every man in a 8 story building and women have 3 showers?
• LU (6/5): - fail to check in on first day,as nobody at the counter,have to seek for nearby hotel to stay for a night.Check in on next day ,everything onward was ok.good location,newly renovated,lobby still under renovation.
• Jeffery (8/5): - decent hotel for a great price. The room is basic but functional. It is right off the subway entrance.
• tye (6/5): You get what you need - It is a budget hotel, so you do not get your own bathroom which can be annoying if there are grubs from other countries there that do not know how to clean up after themselves and the walls are thin but it's a good place to stay. Would recommend for someone on a budget.

• joyce (2/5): Hotel near JR, but my room at 8th floor, no WiFi - Drinking water, Bathrooms only available at groundfloor, very inconvenience, make up room very dirty!
• PHATTHARAPHOP (6/5): - It was our first experience and found that it's not our prefer. Though there is 9 story but bathroom is on the first floor and has too few. Not really convenient.

• Bianca (8/5): Good deal - It's extremely cheap and the area is sketchy, but it's safe. The staff is friendly. Having to use the side door at night instead of a front entrance is annoying and the wi-fi is awful. The room is small but there's a TV and fridge. It's a pretty good deal is your won't be spending a lot of time in the room.
