• Flavio (9/5): - Hotel molto bello in posizione comoda al centro ma tranquilla. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. La camera era bella, spaziosa, letto molto comodo. Presente una SPA con sauna finlandese, bio sauna e bagno turco con annessa sala relax. C'è pure una bella piscina che però non ho avuto modo di provare. La colazione era buona, abbastanza varia, sia dolce che salata, però secondo il mio personale parere il prezzo richiesto era un poco troppo alto.

• Brigitte (8/5): Das Hotel bot in seinem gesamten Flair eine wunderbare Ergänzung für einen Stadturlaub. - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut , wenige Minuten in die wunderbare Altstadt. Die Gasse und die Umgebung des Hotels sind sehr ruhig und ansprechend. Der Wellnessbereich ist harmonisch gestaltet und bietet eine ausgezeichnete Entspannung. Personal sehr freundlich.

• Jacopo (10/5): Un piacevole e rilassante soggiorno! - Accoglienza molto cordiale, massima disponibilità del personale, camera spaziosa e bagno pulitissimi; ottima e varia la colazione. Anche la Spa, molto bella, ha la piscina riscaldata e l'idromassaggio ad utilizzo gratuito. Posizione perfetta, a due passi dal centro. L'unica cosa che suggerirei di evitare, e che ho trovato poco elegante, è di addebitare 5€, al checkout, per una delle due bottiglie medie d'acqua utilizzata (quella naturale) che normalmente, da sole nel frigo, fanno parte del servizio di cortesia. In ogni caso un'ottimo e piacevolissimo soggiorno!

• Patricia (7/5): I won’t return but it was a mostly comfortable stay just manage your expectations. - Great location, spacious room, spacious bathroom, spacious balcony, great view. In theory many amenities but severely understaffed. The food is good. I stayed 12 days and my sheets were never changed even when I requested to house keeping. The owner, Carmen, and her husband are very kind but they need more staff. Understaffed, unfortunately I had a terrible time upon arrival with a clearly stressed out reception (owner), there is no one to help with bags you must carry them up the front steps of the property. I had spa treatments booked but the 18 year old worker mostly didn’t show up to do them. I did get a pedicure from her but the cheap foot bath machine was broken and she cut open my toe. I was still charged full price. Really bad WiFi in the rooms. WiFi in the reception area is good. It rained almost 5 straight days and the very next sunny day the pool was closed so they could work on the pool terrace and pool itself.

• Niels Sandal (4/5): God placering af hotellet men virkelig dårlig pris/kvalitets forhold. - Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til bymidten og attraktioner. Der er gode udendørs faciliteter med liggestole og grønne områder. Morgenmaden var virkelig dårlig. Udvalget var meget begrænset, og hurtigt udsolgt. Frugt og grønt var af dårlig kvalitet. Brødet tørt og kønsløst. Udvalget af ost og pålæg er meget begrænset. Der står i beskrivelsen af hotellet at der er motionslokale, men det er helt værdiløst. Udbuddet af vægte og træningsmaskiner er lig nul, lokalet er forfærdeligt varmt. Lokalet er aflåst og det er meget svært at få en nøgle udleveret.

• Riccardo (8/5): - Ho soggiornato alla struttura Dominik a Bressanone e ne sono rimasto entusiasta. La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dal centro. La camera era pulitissima e molto curata, con arredi nuovi e di design. La jacuzzi in camera è stata un vero plus: spaziosa e rilassante. Anche il bagno è bellissimo, moderno e funzionale. Colazione buona, con una selezione varia e di qualità. Esperienza assolutamente positiva! L’unico aspetto che ho trovato un po’ deludente è stato il rapporto con il personale: sebbene sempre gentili e professionali, ho percepito una certa freddezza nei modi. Probabilmente è anche una questione culturale – noi Emiliani siamo abituati a un’accoglienza più calorosa e spontanea – ma mi sarebbe piaciuto sentire un po’ più di calore umano.
