Goda viner på hotellet, främst från Fontanafredda. God mat i restaurangen. Bra frukost. Det finns inte mycket att göra i byn då den är liten. Svårt att promenera då det är väldigt backigt då hotellet ligger högst upp på ett högt berg.

C'è una ampia scelta di dolci e salati molto appetitosi. Le bevande calde vengono servite al tavolo. All'interno non si ritrova l'ambiente del castello. La ristrutturazione è stata troppo categorica anche se è molto elegante. Nella camera doppia mancava la macchinetta del cafè mentre era a disposizione nella camera tripla.

Staff eccezionale, dalla prenotazione, accoglienza e gentilezza per ogni necessità a qualsiasi orario,dal mattino fino al dopo cena il cliente è coccolato. Hotel dotato, esternamente,di zona relax e di piscina, internamente di ampia zona bar dove rilassarsi ascoltando musica, leggendo un libro messo a disposizione dei clienti o guardando qualcosa nella zona TV e divano nella hall. Stanza ampia con una vista mozzafiato. Parcheggio di fronte all' ingresso dell'hotel e ristorante adiacente, sul retro,raggiungibile a due passi. Una nota di merito alla sala colazione, con ampia scelta dal dolce al salato, davvero l'imbarazzo della scelta, personale molto gentile e disponibile anche qui. Un posto dove ho lasciato un pezzetto di cuore. Per me, servizi impeccabili, non ho alcun appunto da fare.

- Pascale (8/5): Etape agréable - On cherchait un endroit un peu central pour visiter Alba et les Langhe (si choix à faire: Morra, Barolo et Grinzane Cavour). Hotel calme et chambres agréables conformes aux photos, personnel à la réception assez distant mais parlant un peu français, piscine petite, espace autour assez exigu. Vue pas si belle que ça donnant surtout sur la voie rapide et la zone d'activité (et travaux de la future autoroute) en contrebas. Localisation pas si pratique pour visiter les vignobles des Langhe car impossible de traverser l'autoroute et la rivière, on est obligé de faire le tour par Alba ou Bra, donc km en plus et circulation. On a un peu la flemme de reprendre la route le soir pour dîner, heureusement restau de l'hôtel très correct, service efficace. Parking de l'hôtel gratuit. Petit déjeuner buffet assez quelconque. On aurait bien aimé gouter des spécialités du Piémont. Le café et le thé ne sont pas à volonté, un peu mesquin.

- Brazzy (9/5): Posto magnifico - Luogo bello e pulito, personale capace e sa gestire le varie situazioni in modo perfetto, cibo ottimo, colazione completa ed abbondante e infine il panorama che si può osservare dalle mura è uno spettacolo. La sala della colazione, al chiuso è troppo piccola per contenere tutti gli ospiti, dispone solo di 40 posti a sedere, e come è successo alla mia famiglia, abbiamo dovuto aspettare che si liberasse un tavolo prima di poter fare colazione. Durante la bella stagione non credo che si verifichi questo disagio in quanto sono provvisti di giardino esterno.
