• Octavio Elias (10/5): - La habitación tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, y el apartamento también cuenta con una cocina y heladera. Alex es un gran anfitrión, dando indicaciones claras para llegar y entrar al edificio y apartamento, y además dando sugerencias de lugares por la zona y cómo llegar a las atracciones principales de Roma. La zona es tranquila y de fácil acceso. Volvería a alojarme aquí en un futuro viaje.
• Soha (8/5): Excelent location and good wifi - Alex was excellent. He is a very kind person who followed up with us on WhatsApp, welcomed us, and guided us to the hotel. The room was excellent and included a microwave, an espresso machine, and everything you might need. The location is excellent — very close to the metro, bus stops, and train station. Everything is just a few minutes’ walk away.

• Christopher (9/5): - Verkehrstechnisch sehr gut Lage nahe Termini (natürlich in einem Bahnhofsviertel, mit den entsprechenden Konsequenzen). Sehr sauber, sehr netter Empfang durch Alex. Mir ist während des Aufenthalts wegen meines eigenen Verschulden ein Schlüssel abgebrochen, was aber sehr nett und ohne Probleme behandelt wurde – dafür noch einmal vielen Dank! Sehr gerne wieder, wenn ich wieder in Rom sein sollte!
• Corinna (9/5): Oase mit guter Verkehrsanbindung - Vorgarten. Moderne saubere Ausstattung. Bahnhofsnähe mit Anbindung an Regional- und Fernverkehr sowie beide U-Bahnlinien. Nachträglich erhobene Zusatzkosten für Steuer, Reinigung, Aircon. Aircon-Kosten wurden mir wieder erlassen, weil es noch kalt war.
• Reda (10/5): - Fantastic place to stay. Just opened after renovation, everything is brand new not the same as pictures, we were pleasantly surprised. Great location very very close to Termini station from which you can go anywhere both by foot and public transport. The hosts were also great people who were quite communicative and showed us places to visit and where to eat. All in all it was a great stay.

• Marcelo (10/5): Excelente opçao para poucos dias em Roma. Recomendo! - Tudo estava bem. O quarto e banheiro muito limpos, mobiliario novo. A nossa recepcao foi muito simpatica e atenciosa para com nossas necessidades. O quarto era muito silencioso e confortavel. A localizacao foi muito conveniente tambem, tanto pra chegada quanto pra saida. Sentimos falta da TV que havia na descricao do quarto, mas isso nao foi algo exatamente negativo. Outro ponto é que nao entendemos que dividiriamos a cozinha com outros quartos. De qualquer modo isso nao atrapalhou em nada.

I initially made a mistake with the reservation by booking for one person instead of two, but even after we resolved the issue ourselves, he continued to shout at us. He repeatedly called and was very intrusive, knocking on the door multiple times just to check if my friend was there. He even threatened to call the police if he saw my friend again, despite the fact that my friend was not there. On top of that, he asked for an additional €30 per night for my friend to stay. Overall, the experience made me feel very uneasy. I would not recommend this place at all—stay away. The host was extremely rude and made our stay very uncomfortable. Os quartão estavam em ótimo estado e muito limpos, a cozinha disponibilizou todos as comodidades que necessitavamos.

• Alison (10/5): I’m coming back and will recommend to family and friends. - Sergio’s place was amazing. They just upgraded from the pictures in the posting. New floors, new furniture, new bathroom, fresh paint. Great AC and heater. They provided clean linens and towels and offered to provide new ones a few days into my 4 day stay. The staff was available via what’s app for anything. Easy to find and get to the place. There’s multiple locked gates so it’s very secure. Bonus they have an elevator!! The place was so new they didn’t have a fridge available yet.

The location is excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major attractions, making it ideal for both short and long stays. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with anything needed. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would definitely choose it again.

Sowohl nach draussen sowie zu den daneben/darüber liegenden Zimmern sehr ringhörig, während meines Aufenthalts jeden morgen ab Punkt 8Uhr hämmern und bohren aus der Nachbarswohnung.

O quatro super limpo, com ar condicionado, banheiro grande e confortável (o meu era dentro do quatro). Haviam hóspedes do quarto ao lado, mas nem os vimos. A cozinha super funcional, geladeira, microondas, cafeteiras (tinham cápsulas disponíveis), louças … Fomos recebidos super bem, não esperamos nem um minuto na porta, o anfitrião já estava a nossa espera (nos comunicamos por WhatsApp). Foi perfeito, recomendo muito.

• El (7/5): - Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία αν θέλετε να μένετε κοντά στον κεντρικό σταθμό τρένων. Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό. Για θέρμανση έχει air condition, μια χαρά ήταν. Υπάρχει μια κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα με μηχανή espresso, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων και ψυγείο. Βολεύει πολύ και έχει ολα τα απαραίτητα. Είμαστε ικανοποιημένοι απο την διαμονή μας γενικά. Η ντουζιέρα δεν έχει προέκταση, ώστε να μπορείς να την κρατήσεις και να κάνεις μπάνιο άνετα. Προέκταση έχει μόνο στον μπιντε, που φτάνει μέχρι τον νιπτήρα. Επίσης το νερό δεν είχε πίεση και σε συνδυασμό με το ότι έτρεχε από ψηλά και δεν μπορείς να το κατευθύνεις όπου θες, μας δυσκόλεψε λίγο.
• NINAKA (10/5): Wonderful 🌟 - Location is 🔝, close to every major sightseeing’s, easy to navigate, bus and metro stations are 2-3 min walking distance. Safe and quiet neighborhood. It was clean and they had housekeeping almost every day. We had private bathroom but shared kitchen which is very comfortable-you can get morning coffee and tea there. Also there is a fridge to store whatever you buy. Alex was amazing during our stay, he explained everything on the map and answered all of our questions, he even let us borrow an umbrella and a scale for our luggage. Amazing stay 🥰 One thing to pay attention is that water pressure in the shower is quite low, but since we did NOT have a problem with hot water, we did not tell that to the host.

Some guests occasionally forgot to close the lift doors, which means you have to take the stairs.

Lorsque la fenêtre est ouverte on entend une soufflerie assez forte dans l'arrière cour de la chambre 50 (qui à part ce problème est relativement calme).

• Sergio Emanuel (8/5): Gran ubicación - Su localización: cerca de la estación Roma Termini, y de las principales atracciones turísticas de Roma… para el Vaticano estás a 200 m del metro y llegas directo y rápido Ascensor muy pequeño, que el baño estaba en una zona común y cada vez que quería usarlo tenía que salir de la habitación, cerrar con llave, abrir el baño también con llave (era de uso exclusivo)… nada grave en lo absoluto, solo un poco incómodo

• Kiana (9/5): - Super close to the train station, so it made the trips in and out very easy. Having the metro a 5 min walk away was a big plus! Lots of places to eat and drink in the area. It is also walking distance to all of the main places to see. The room was very clean and the A/C was a reprieve! Being next to a train station always makes for a little bit of a seedier area, but we never felt unsafe!

Al lado de termini, y a 15min andando de la Fontana, Pantheon… si no te importa caminar, la verdad es que relación calidad-precio es un 1000%. Si volvemos a Roma repetiremos! Lo único la presión de la ducha, un pelo largo hay que tener muuucha paciencia.

Air conditioning which was a life saver and one of the owner alex I believe also gave me grapes when I bumped into him. So friendly It was good! Got a tv, got air conditions and a lift to take me to floor 4 rather than taking stairs

Host was very helpful and it was a great location as easy access by bus and walking to a lot of the attractions in Rome. Great air conditioning unit :-) I like a shower head that is mobile and can be removed to wash, and the shower has a static rain head. A minor issue.
• Ocean (9/5): Superb - Good, responsive host - very helpful too! He gave us extra bottled water every day as well. Room was clean and the location was great. The bed took up most of the floor space in the room, so there wasn't enough space to layout our suitcases without being cramped.
