• Patrick (7/5): Não vale a pena! - Localização Não é um hotel, cheguei pelas 22:30 e muito difícil de achar o local sem ajuda. O apartamento fica no 5 andar.
• Samuel (7/5): Meio confuso - O quarto é amplo e agradável. A localização principalmente para quem vai fazer o trem Bernina Express é perfeita Não é um hotel. É um quarto em um prédio. Se vier de carro terá dificuldade em encontrar pois a indicação para ae fazer o check in fica numa pequena placa na porta do prédio. Tem que andar uns 30 metros oara encontrar a recepção de um hotel chamado Terra. O check-in é feito por lá. O café da manhã, se quiser comprar ,e feito em um restaurante próximo. Ou seja as instalações são divididas entre vários lugares próximos e até descobrir tudo se apanha um bocado.

Es difícil de llegar a la ubicación donde levantar las llaves ya que nosotros buscábamos por el nombre que aparece en booking pero no existe ese lugar tiene otro nombre. Solo pudimos llegar porque preguntamos en el restaurante de la esquina.

• RAVI (5/5): Decent experience despite popular opinions - Rooms were great, views were great Spacious place and good time to spend with family. Location of room is right in front of train station. Server at the merrizi was great with us and served us well to eat. No wifi connectivity, we were told that due to storm they have bad connection. I was told owners already notified but no help. It is trouble for travelers and tourist because we reached around 6. Shops were closed early, you won't get sim easy. Also, the breakfast from hotel is the only available option, you don't have much options around and my experience despite reviews is that breakfast is just ok. Biggest disappointment, reception was at one place, breakfast in another building and rooms were across the road few metres away. Without help, I was dragging luggage through out. They could have informed us and we could have kept luggage in the restaurant and would have picked after check in.

We were in a converted flat on the 4th floor opposite. Collection of keys is from owner's boutique hotel with a gated entrance (Bernina Express not mentioned so easily missed). No Internet in flat. External noise.
• Yuko (5/5): - 駅から近いことと広いこと。風呂場から見える眺望は良かったが部屋からの眺望はなかった。友人の部屋は素晴らしい眺望だったので部屋による当たり外れはありそう。スタッフは親切だった。 古い。特にエレベーターが古過ぎて乗るのが怖い。また四階からスイートルームまで階段を登るしか無く荷物が多いと大変。また部屋に入るまでのルートが非常に難しい。1人の滞在なのにベッドルームが二つ、ベッドが三つもありソファが一つもなかった。メインのベッドルームは電気がつかず、部屋がとても寒かった。布団は薄く、空調がつかなかったので風邪をひきそうだった。

• Roxy (5/5): No es un hotel - El desayuno Ojo con este "Hotel" no es lo que uno esta acostumbrado. Fue una odisea encontrar la recepción ya que uno va buscando el hotel de la imagen y ese no existe. El pin que te envía te lleva a un portón cerrado, con nombre de otro hotel. No puedes entrar así que pasas de largo. Escribi por WhatsApp y me dijeron que era en ese portón me pare frente a él me abrieron, para mi sorpresa dice desayuno incluido y tuve que pagarlo alegadamente ellos dicen que no esta incluido 10€, luego me dan la llave, la habitación no es en ese edificio es en alguno de los que tienen alrededor en donde te toque. Básicamente son apartamento que ellos administran, pero no es un hotel. Almohadas muy finas, cama grande pero no es cómoda. NO HAY JABÓN, SHAMPOO o ACONDICIONADOR.

• Reto (7/5): Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit im schönen Tirano. - Es war ein Zimmer im vierten Stock mit Lift in einem Wohnhaus. Erinnert irgendwie an ein unpersönliches AirBnB welches von Professionellen betrieben wird. Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon war war sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgerüstet aber sehr ringhörig (Nachbarn und Strasse). (Kostenpflichtiges) Frühstück in einem Café vis-a-vis das offenbar der gleichen "Gruppe" gehört war bescheiden aber OK. Checkin eine Odysse: In Booking war eine Adresse aufgeführt, in einem Whatsapp das versandt wurde kurz nach der Buchung eine andere (und mit falscher Anrede und Namen) und Rezeption trotzdem nicht gefunden. Ein Anruf und uns wurde noch eine andere Adresse genannt, die dann auch stimmte (aber aussen nichts auf den Namen des "Hotels" oder der Institution hinwies). Zimmer im Wohnhaus dann noch über die Strasse an einer vierten Adresse. Aber man ist ja flexibel...

• Zhanna (10/5): Un soggiorno piacevole e comodo, perfetto per vivere l’atmosfera del Bernina Express tra montagne, tranquillità e piccol - Ci è piaciuta tantissimo la struttura: posizione comodissima, staff davvero accogliente e gentile, sempre disponibile. L’appartamento era bello e curato, con letti molto comodi e cuscini morbidi che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la pulizia: set di asciugamani morbidi, puliti e senza macchie, oltre ai prodotti da bagno con sapone e bagnoschiuma all’olio, un dettaglio molto piacevole. La vista dalle finestre era bellissima da ogni lato della struttura, creando un’atmosfera speciale già dal mattino. Ottima anche la colazione a buffet: con soli 8 € a persona fai una colazione abbondante e buona proprio sotto la struttura, senza doverti spostare lontano. E dopo colazione, in pochi passi arrivi alla stazione per prendere il famoso trenino rosso. L’unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta molto è stata la parte comune per arrivare alla suite: noi eravamo al 4° piano e l’ascensore insieme alle scale appare piuttosto vecchio e avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Inoltre, le suite sono molto vicine tra loro e purtroppo l’insonorizzazione non è delle migliori: si sentono facilmente i rumori degli altri ospiti accanto, dalla televisione fino anche a semplici starnuti.

• Dave (8/5): Great property in lovely tourist town, but hard to sleep! - Best room in 4 weeks of travelling around Europe! All the facilities we needed & centrally located. Lovely little town. BUT, the very loud processions & fireworks late at night into the early hours of the morning kept us awake. Don’t stay in Tirano on a celebration night if you need your sleep!

• Bozza (7/5): Comfy friendly convenient accommodation - The Staff were very welcoming. The family restaurant where we had breakfast the following morning, was pristine & beautifully presented. There was a wonderful rapport with owner and staff; it was obvious to see. The breakfast was extra but we enjoyed it and set us up for the day. The room allocated had a large balcony and tea provided in room made it possible to relax and enjoy a little of the Mountain View. Checkout was at a very reasonable time of 1100. Not a criticism but a few pointers… The room felt hot and so had to keep balcony door open while sleeping. While there appeared to be an Aircon unit, no instructions nor remote to be found. This wasn’t great as being on the main road there was a lot of traffic noise from lorries n people occasionally honking middle of the night. It would have been nice to have had somewhere to hang clothes/towels in bathroom too. Wifi signal was hit n miss.

• Julia (8/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die wunderschöne Umgebung zu geniessen und zu bereisen. Wir hatten auf dem Balkon eine tolle Sicht über Tirano. Super Zimmer!! Das Frühstück fanden wir ok. Leider gab es nur einen kleinen Cappuccino für jeden. Die Kinder konnten keinen gepressten Saft anstatt Café bestellen und die Brötchen waren hart. Vielleicht war es unglücklich bei uns und sonst ist es besser….

Cambiaron toallas e hicieron la cama nunca barrieron el piso !! Tendrían que devolver la plata de los servicios que publican y NO brindan.

There was no WiFi, the room was very basic, the laminate floor was worn, and didn't look anything like the photos on booking.com. The bed was hard and the traffic noise was very loud, as was the noise from the adjacent apartments.

• Sonia (1/5): Breakfast not included and the photo is not the building you stay in. - Room was a reasonable size and clean. It was good to have a balcony. False advertising. Photo is not a photo of the property they sent me to. Advertised as the 'Bernina Express Eco Rooms&Breakfast' and non-refundable; received an email confirmation that welcomed me to their 'B&B'. Had to phone to be directed to key collection, then informed it was about a 5 minute walk away & asked if I'd like to 'pay' for a breakfast, that was advertised as included. Showed them the details and they said I'd need to raise it with Booking.Com. It was difficult to figure out how I was supposed to access the building and then the room. Dingy corridors and on 4th floor (luckily, there was a lift - heavy backpack). WIFI didn't initially work either & toilet seat was broken. Returned to the 'key office' and upon speaking to a different agent, was advised that when business was slow (out of season), they'd added the words 'and breakfast' to the name of the property but it didn't mean you get breakfast, it was 'just' their name. Showed her also the email I'd received, which welcomed me to their B&B and was advised that though breakfast was available at a local restaurant, it was at a cost, that people wrre happy to pay. Showed her other details, which clearly stated free breakfast and breakfast included and she then contacted a manager, who agreed that 'on this occasion' they'd inform the restaurant & I'd be added to the breakfast list. The advertising needs to be changed to reflect the true property photos so that people know what and where they're booking. Am sure they'd still get bookings if acurate photos were listed but the building does not look appealing at all from the entrance. They also should remove the words '& Breakfast' from their title and the term B&B from their descriptions. This would save a lot of bad feelings from misrepresentation.

• Nigel (8/5): Great room in a great location - The room was in an apartment near the railway station round the corner from the hotel. It was big, clean and comfortable with a decent bathroom and shower. There was a lift to get to the room. There were good coms with the hotel on the day as we were not due to arrive in Tirano until 10pm. I contacted them and we did all the checking in over the phone. We got sent directions prior to arriving. The apartment was easy to find in a great location. We travelled by train from Milan. We didn't arrive in Tirano until 10pm. But couldn't get in to our room! Our host (never met them) didn't send us the room code. It took a bit of time to go to the hotel's restaurant and find somebody who could get the code we needed but we got there in the end. It didn't help that we had set off at 7am and this was the end of a long day. Lesson - check you have the building entrance code and the room code. In fairness, because of this we were not charged the 30 Euro late check in fee for arriving after 8pm. Small note. We were not late for breakfast but the guy who greeted us sat us down and apart from "do you want tea or coffee" that was it. They did omelettes and other things which we would have had, if we had known. This kind of thing really irks me but others might not be bothered by it. Lesson - there are other things available or breakfast.

• Venables Kyrke (1/5): We stayed for less than ten minutes as the room was so poor and the worst we have ever experienced. - Nothing. This was not in a safe area and the room was nothing like the description on your website. The access to the room was through a backyard and public stair well with no secure entry system. The room was on the top floor accessed via a poorly maintained lift and stairs. The lock to the room was faulty. Inside the room was not clean and tidy and was nothing like what we expected. The room price was not good value for what was advertised as a suite.
• Daniela (4/5): - Gostamos do localinterno pois o ambiente parecia um apartamento, com cozinha, sala, dois quartos Infelizmente foi difícil de encontrar o local pois o endereço das instalações nao bate com o local de fazer o check in. Isso nao foi nos avisado. Também nao há estacionamento e o booking disse q teria. Tivemos deixar carro na rua e longe. O café da manhã, q o booking disse q tinha, é pago e feito numa cafeteira do outro lado da rua e infelizmente foi muito ruim.Nao indico pois atendimento funcionários nao é bom.
• John (8/5): A perfect location for your stay in Tirano. - Very clean, comfortable with excellent beds and bathroom. The room was very close and convenient for the train station. Nothing. It was perfect for a one-night stay.
