• Illényi (10/5): - A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, szerettük a környéket. Jó a közlekedés, és reggelizni is lehet a közeli kávézókban, mielőtt az ember nyakába venné a várost. Ha ott vagy, feltétlenül próbáld ki a Gail's-t, fantasztikus a kínálat és a hangulat (a hotellel átellenben van, sok helyi jár be oda reggelizni). De Starbucks és Pres a Manger is van a közelben, sőt Lidl és még Ikea is 😆 Nekem ilyen nem volt, minden abszolút szuper.

• Renzo (10/5): Location perfetta per un breve soggiorno londinese - Hotel caratteristico che fa subito sentire l'atmosfera londinese, estremamente curato e pulito, personale gentilissimo che mette a proprio agio e sempre disponibile. Posizione fantastica con 5 linee sempre a disposizione su tre fermate quasi equidistanti. Lungo la strada ci sono negozi e locali per ogni esigenza e la presenza della stazione di polizia a un isolato fa oggettivamente molto piacere. Camera perfetta con tutto il necessario. Fantastico Niente

Habitación cuádruple en primera planta orientada a la parte posterior del edificio muy tranquila y funcional. Sin lujos pero con todo lo necesario. Muy recomendable para una visita de turismo por Londres.

• Billie-Jean (10/5): - I liked how close the accomodation was to where i needed to be, transport amazingly close. The hotel was easy to find and absolutely immaculately clean. I had no complaints but i wish i had been aware of the stairs.

Le ragazze della reception sono state estremamente gentili e collaborative. La camera piccola ma pulitissima. Bagno comodo e pulito. Davvero un'ottima esperienza. (Peccato solo non servano il breakfast perchè sono sicura sarebbe ottimo). Solo un consiglio: magari si potrebbero fornire delle mappe della città (anche a pagamento) e della metro e dare qualche consiglio in più su dove mangiare, fare breakfast nei dintorni. Ma veramente un posto dove tornerei e che consiglierò sicuramente.

• Mª Ángeles (8/5): Hotel limpio y las personas de recepción muy agradables. - La limpieza del hotel. Las personas de recepción eran muy agradables. Hotel bien situado y a 10 minutos del metro. Facilidad para dejar las maletas, una vez que salimos de la habitación, para así poder seguir viendo la ciudad hasta la hora de salida de nuestro vuelo. La habitación quizás se quedaba un poco pequeña para 4 personas. Estaría bien tener alguna percha más, tanto en la habitación como en el baño, para poder colgar abrigos o toallas, respectivamente.

• Birgit (9/5): Again back - The same as last time: very friendly and helpful staff - the room was small but everything was very clean - the bed was comfortable - both central London and the airport are easily accessible. I felt comfortable and safe, even in the evenings near the hotel. Being able to stay here again was one of the reasons for travelling to London this time. I will definitely be back.

The room was nice and the bathroom was bigger than expected The bed was SO SO comfortable!!! We were really tired and with a lot of back pain from all the walking and the mattress was so comfortable that after only a few hours my back was as new! Baby cot was comfortable as well as our 6 month old slept through the night for the first time ( both nights ! ) The room was next to reception but it was completely silent, no noise whatsoever, and also the street outside was quiet day and night

The room was simple but had everything I needed, and most importantly — it was very clean. Friendly atmosphere and easy access to shops, venues and transport. If I ever need a hotel in this area again, I would definitely come back.

A perfect budget stay. I mean the room is small, but at the price point and location that is to be expected, so I really can't complain.
• Anna (7/5): Comfortable stay in a friendly hotel at a great location for Apollo - Easy walking distance for Apollo. Staff couldn’t have been any nicer. Room clean and comfortable. Room over looks the road with constant traffic and sirens - not a fault of the hotel just something to be aware of when booking. Room also had a slightly strange smell of fish.

• Anne (6/5): Gute Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. - Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, die Station Hammersmith ist ideal erreichbar. Wenn es Fragen gibt, hilft das Personal unmittelbar und erklärt auch, wenn es Fragen gibt, sehr gut. Check-In und Check-out war reibungslos. Um in die Dusche zu gelangen, mussten wir quasi an dem WC-Becker vorbei bzw. um die Ecke einsteigen. Ist also eher was für gelenkige Personen. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass es keinen Lift gibt, d.h. wir haben unsere Koffer in den 3. Stock getragen.
• Rubén (10/5): Excelente, volvería a alojarme aquí - Todo, pero especialmente el personal. La persona que me atendió era muy amable y atenta, y además hablaba español, lo cual facilitó mucho la comunicación. Además, te guardan el equipaje de manera gratuita tanto antes del check-in como después del check-out. La ubicación, aunque algo alejada del centro, también está muy bien, ya que el hotel se encuentra en una zona tranquila, segura y muy bien comunicada, con una parada de metro muy cerca en un extremo de la calle y otra en el otro extremo. Para mi gusto, le faltaba presión al agua de la ducha y del lavabo (en la planta tercera), pero es sólo mi opinión, ya que a mí me gusta que el agua tenga mucha fuerza. Por lo demás todo estuvo genial o mejor: estupendo.

• Pianna (10/5): The staff makes it a joy 🤩 - We’re going twice a year for work and always stay at Star Hotel. Great location for Olympia, great for cafes and restaurants. Clean and good price point. But more importantly the staff is friendly, helpful and always supportive, making it a joy. See you in September.

La recepcionista fue muy agradable y nos permitió hacer el check in antes de la hora establecida porque ya estaba la habitación disponible. El último día nos ofreció dejar nuestras maletas fuera del horario del check out.

• Elois (10/5): Consigliato anche con bimbi - Check-in e check-out veloce. Struttura molto pulita come le camere. Ogni giorno hanno sistemato e pulita la stanza. I letti sono comodi e le camere sicuramente più grandi rispetto alla media. Personale gentile. Posizione comoda a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro di Hammersmith. Zona trafficata ma la notte non abbiamo avuto problemi con i rumori.

Si trova in una posizione rifornita sia di supermercati, che di ristoranti e di locali per la colazione; la zona è abbastanza frequentata anche di sera. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato era confortevole e calda. Nulla!
