- عمر (8/5): الفندق لم يعجبني - الموقع مقابل المسجد النبوي الشريف مباشرة . الغرفة نظيفة . لا يوجد مواقف سيارات (من تفصيل الفندق) . الغرفة صغيرة جدا جدا (11م مربع) والحمام كذلك كانت الاقامة في الغرفة متعبة لشخصين حجم عادي فما بالك لو كان احدهم سمين او ضخم . الفندق كبير وبه 3 مصاعد فقط . قبل وصولي الى المسجد كنت تايه عن العنوان وقوقل ماوصلني بسبب تحويلات في الشوارع و اتصل برقم هاتف الفندق المذكور في بوكينغ محد يرد على جميع التحويلات (الاستقبال الحجوزات المبيعات الادارة .. الخ . واريضا ارسلت واتساب محد رد . هذا انطباع مش كويس عندي ابدا . بوفيه الافطار سيء من ناحية الطعم و التنويع واسوأ شيء هو الفول ومعاه الطعمية كانوا اسوأ من سيء يومين مشينا حالنا أنا وزوجتي بأجبان وبيض . الكافيه اللي في الفندق اسعاره غالية جدا كل شيء ب 20 ريال اقل شي ان كان شاي كرك او لاتيه او كابوتشينو رغم ان فيه فنادق اخرى كافيهاتها بنص هذي الاسعار . الفندق اشوفه يصلح لشخص واحد جاي بدون سيارة و بدون فطور .

- Sufyan Hamid (9/5): Worth the stay if you can get the rooms - The best located Hotel if you have ladies and childeren with you in the group. With some convincing, additional extras can be accommodated. Can hear the Azan very clearly in the rooms, no need of alarms to wake up even for Tahajud No parking, But thankfully the Haram under ground parking at P11 Helped alot. Oddly had to go and check the room although I told the receptionist I dont want to as have stay here before. Felt it was mandatory for randomly selected guests only Food quality at the restaurant.

- AbdulSamad (8/5): Excellent Spiritual and Devotional Journey - Location is close to Haram specially very convenient for ladies. Haram view room with three twin beds was ok. But the room with one twin bed was very small. The telephone devices were out of order, I complained but no actions was taken. The breakfast was ok and enjoyable. When I visited in October last year they gave me two rooms very comfortable. This time I went by car and I was utterly surprised to know that they do not have car the parking. It was very embarrassing for me and my family.

Kadınlar bölümünün karşısında olması Kadın misafirler için bir ayrıcalık. Sevmediğim bir şey yoktu ama gelenlerin bilmesini istediğim oda biraz küçük ama bizim için sorun değildi.

- KamranS (10/5): Up close and personal - Manager Yasir is an excellent person who always trying to help customer, proximity to Haram is 2nd to none, just walk out the door of the hotel and you are at Masjid. Food is good and staff is very friendly. more elevators are needed during the prayers hours but since hotel was built a while ago that may not be any option anymore, however there is a dedicated staff member at elevators to help wheelchairs and elder guest

Accessible for the men and especially the women as gate 338 & 339 is for the women I couldn’t fault the hotel as I had my elderly mother and my wife with me. The food was great.
