• Esteban Louie (10/5): - We stayed for a week meeting up with friends from home and it was a great property! Lovely rooms and outdoor area, kept very clean. The host Raine was very kind and attentive. It’s a short downhill walk to the seafront but the local taxi service was very quick. Free drinking water machine also which was nice! Would definitely stay again!

Немного старомодное место, добраться пешком из порта для некоторых может показаться сложным (расстояние небольшое, но есть подъем в гору + ступеньки), на мотобайке - обязателен опыт вождения.

• Daphne (10/5): Een perfect verblijf op een prachtige, brandschone locatie met een geweldig uitzicht en de meest vri - Ons verblijf was werkelijk fantastisch. De locatie was perfect: dichtbij alles wat je nodig hebt (op loopafstand van het strand en het dorp). Een goede uitvalsbasis was om de omgeving te verkennen. De accommodatie zelf was prachtig: ruim, heel schoon, goed onderhouden, een geweldig uitzicht en een heerlijk zwembad met bedjes. Je merkt dat er veel zorg en aandacht in is gestoken. Wat dit verblijf echt bijzonder maakte, was de host. Zonder twijfel de beste host die ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Ze was ontzettend vriendelijk en super behulpzaam. Vanaf het moment dat ze ons ophaalde bij de ferry voelde alles goed geregeld en vertrouwd. Tijdens het hele verblijf stond ze altijd voor ons klaar en reageerde ze snel, bijvoorbeeld wanneer ze onze was kwam ophalen. Daarnaast gaf ze ons geweldige tips voor restaurants, strandjes, scooterverhuur, een kapper en zelfs manicureplekken. Dankzij haar hebben we plekken ontdekt die we anders nooit hadden gevonden. We willen Raine heel erg bedanken! Kortom: een geweldige ervaring. Ik zou deze accommodatie absoluut aanraden en zou hier zonder twijfel opnieuw verblijven. Niets aan te merken!
• Jędrek (10/5): - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja z genialnym widokiem na morze oraz dalszą część wyspy. Czysto, przytulnie a Pani gospodarz bardzo miła i pomocna. Polecam od razu wypożyczyć skuter na czas pobytu ponieważ wyspa jest stroma a piękne widoki zarówno z okna sypialni jak i punktów widokowych, wymagają niemałego wysiłku by się tam dostać.

Die inkludierten Stromeinheiten sind relativ knapp bemessen.

• Beauchemin (10/5): Quiet retreat in the business of Mae Head - The property is very much a little piece of tranquility in the busy pier area. Modern, clean with all amenities. Ms Raine was such a pleasure to have assisting us. Would definitely stay here again. On the side of a hill, so if you have any mobility issues this may not be the place for you.

• Heike (10/5): Wir waren zum Tauchen auf Koh Tao. Die Wohnung war dafür perfekt. Wir haben es genossen!! - Eine sehr schöne, große, helle Wohnung, sauber, gut ausgestattet, sehr bequeme Betten. Anthony war super - jede Anfrage wurde beantwortet, viele hilfreiche Tipps, tolle Unterstützung in allen Belangen. Wir haben uns nie allein gefühlt. Perfekt. Das Haus liegt hoch am Berg, die Geräusche der kleinen Hafenstadt sind tagsüber hörbar. Es gibt sicherlich ruhigere Orte auf Koh Tao, aber für uns hat es gepasst, da alles (Tauchbasis, Boote, Strand) fußläufig erreichbar war. Wir waren mit drei Jugendlichen dort, die nicht Moped fahren konnten (und wir wollten nicht, das sie es dort lernen oder Unfälle haben). Der Verkehr ist für Europäer gewöhnungsbedürftig. Keine Moskitonetze oder -gitter vor den Fenstern vorhanden. Da wir das geahnt haben, hatten wir Mücken-Stecker und Netze (einfach vor die Fenster gehangen) mit. Das hat perfekt geklappt.

• Anaïs (10/5): - Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mrs Raine. Nous avons eu plein de conseils sur les choses à voir/à faire sur l'île. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, lumineux, confortable, parfait pour une famille de cinq. La piscine est très agréable, entourée de verdure, avec vue sur mer! A pied, nous étions proches des commerces et restaurants, également de la plage d'Ao Leuk parfaite pour le snorkeling. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Villa Seaview Garden! Rien.
• liesbeth (9/5): We hadden een heel fijn verblijf hier, met excellente service naar tips en (taxi/snorkeling/diving) boekingen to - De ligging van de villa was prima: rustig gelegen op 20min à halfuurtje wandelen van strand, winkels en restaurants. Propere kamers met airconditioning. Mooi zwembad. Maar het beste was de service van Raine, die heel vlot onze boekingen voor snorkelen, duiken of taxi service regelde. Jammer dat zwembad slechts tot 20u toegankelijk is
• Sietske (8/5): Het was erg mooi en wij hebben genoten - De locatie was erg mooi het appartement was zeer ruim. Zwembad super leuk ook omdat wij de eerste twee dagen de enige gasten waren. 10 minuten lopen naar het dorp was prima. Terugweg wel een pittig klimmetje maar dat was verder prima. Er waren wat problemen met de afvoer in de douche. De geur was niet heel aangenaam. Er is wel meteen actie ondernomen maar 100% fris werd het niet.

Raine was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, including arranging transport, laundry and gave loads of recommendations. You will need to use taxis to get around (or hire bikes). Definitely would stay here again. Decoration could do with a little refresh but it really wasn't an issue.

• Nienke (9/5): Amazing place to experience Koh Tao - De villa has an amazing view on tropical garden and the sea. Sunsets are very scenic. Its very spacious and clean. Good pool and outside terras. But what made our stay really exellent was our host Raine. She organised everything for us from laundry to scooters and from tours to bringing a beloved teddy to the pier that somehow was not packed. We had an amazing stay. Thanx Raine Without scooters its a bit far to get around town because its a bit high up, but with scooters its nice and quiet to be away from all the activity in town

• Kimberley (5/5): Was fine, wouldn’t stay there again. - The staff were really friendly. The location is really good, just quite a few stairs up to the property but super easy on a scooter. The pool is nice. This place was fine but calling it luxury is a stretch. Cleaning was only every 4 days - this should have been more frequent as it also included how often the towels were changed. It’s not great when you have ti put your loo paper in a bin and the bathroom was hard to keep clean because it would get very wet after a shower. The shower pressure was minimal. We had to pay an additional 1500 baht for power at the end, other than using the air con at night we didn’t use much so what’s included isn’t reasonable.
