• James (8/5): Good location, good vibes, but strong perfume smell. - We liked the 60s vibe. Small, intimate resort. All rooms look into the garden and pool. The room was large size. We liked the restaurant at the pool. And excellent customer service. The room was missing a decent mirror. The was no in-room coffee supplies, with a dirty kettle. There was a strong perfume smell on the bed sheets, it was quite overwhelming.

• Kostas (5/5): Απογοήτευση - Κεντρικό ξενοδοχείο με ωραίους κήπους ως εκεί Το δωμάτιο είχε αρκετά προβλήματα. Η τουαλέτα δεν ήταν καθαρή, οι βρύσες είχαν άλατα, το ντους δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά, ο νιπτήρας δεν είχε ζεστό νερό και η τηλεόραση δεν δούλευε καθόλου. Η καθαριότητα δεν γινόταν καθημερινά, αλλά μας ρωτούσαν αν θέλουμε να καθαριστεί, κάτι που θεωρώ απαράδεκτο για ξενοδοχείο. Το χειρότερο περιστατικό ήταν όταν εμφανίστηκε ποντίκι στο μπαλκόνι και μπήκε μέσα στο δωμάτιο από χαραμάδα της μπαλκονόπορτας. Καλέσαμε την ασφάλεια, η οποία αρχικά έλεγε ότι δεν υπήρχε τίποτα, μέχρι που το ποντίκι εμφανίστηκε μπροστά μας. Η εμπειρία ήταν πολύ δυσάρεστη και αγχωτική. Επιπλέον, γίνονταν εργασίες όλη μέρα με έντονο θόρυβο (σίδερα, τροχοί κτλ.), με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να ξεκουραστούμε. Δυστυχώς, αντί για χαλάρωση, αντιμετωπίσαμε μόνο προβλήματα. Δεν θα το πρότεινα. Πήγαμε λέει για χαλάρωση στο ξενοδοχείο Και τελικά γνωρίσαμε τον μόνιμο ένοικο του δωματίου 🐭 Κάτι χιουμοριστικό Καθόμαστε ήρεμα στο μπαλκόνι, ξαφνικά εμφανίζεται ένα ποντίκι. Λέμε «οκ, επισκέπτης». Μέχρι που μπαίνει μέσα στο δωμάτιο από τη χαραμάδα σαν να είχε κάνει check-in πριν από εμάς! Φωνάζουμε το σεκιούριτι. Μπαίνει μέσα, μας λέει με ύφος σιγουριάς: — «Δεν υπάρχει ποντίκι, αποκλείεται!» Εκείνη τη στιγμή περνάει το ποντίκι μπροστά μας σαν να κάνει πασαρέλα. Τελικά το βγάλαμε έξω μόνοι μας. Μάλλον ήταν ο μόνος που είχε all-inclusive διαμονή κι εμείς απλοί φιλοξενούμενοι στο δωμάτιό του!

• SOOJUNG (9/5): - 위치와 가성비 대박 입니다. 중년남자 셋이 갔는데 만족도 짱입니다. 기대를 워낙 안해서 그럴수도 있겠지만 알로나 비치 등 어지간한곳 도보로 가능해서 위치는 정말 넘사벽 입니다. 다만 조식이 아쉬웠는데, 가져간 식품이 있어서 ... 크게 불편하진 않았습니다.

• patrick (7/5): Hôtel très correcte mais voies d'accès catastrophiques - Emplacement , parking, piscine , chambre confortable avec balcon . Petit déjeuner un peu léger, une petite cuillère a café de confiture !!! les voies d'accès pour arriver a l'hôtel et pour rejoindre la plage complètement détruites et inondées, incurie totale de la municipalité qui s'étend en fait sur toute la commune d'Alona.

• Ann-Kristin (9/5): Nice place, short distance - Short distance to beach, restaurants and markets. The staff was kind and helpful. The double room was nice but the 3-4 people room was even nicer cause it was at the front of the pool. Quiet place, not so many guests. They turned on music for us in the pool. Breakfast was good, but it was from a menu and it was not a lot.

• Carl (3/5): Will be a better place when construction is finished. - I liked the staff. Kind and understanding. It's tough to run a business while remodeling. So much construction! Noisy and dirty, and its proximity made me feel unsafe. We have mold allergies, so the rooms were a no-go. We took the partial refund and found better accommodations for our needs.

• Jane (5/5): we had a comfortable stay also there were some problems. the location is very accessible and the staff are polite and co - location is near to everything, airport, beach, restaurants and bars the toilet won’t flush all the way. we still had to request for a pail and dipper. we complained already to the staff but still was not able to fix it. the aircon is also not enough to cool the entire room, it is hot on some areas. there are also mosquitoes and ants in the room. i hope the hotel can fix this.

• Joel (2/5): - I took out a cancellation policy with Expedia when I booked this booking but canceled it within one day and I paid $16 on the Expedia website for the cancellation option. And I was able to cancel it on Expedia website. I never went to this hotel and I never stayed there and I refuse to pay this fee because I never stayed at the property and I purchased a cancellation policy. This company is not abiding by the rules of Expedia and Expedia is not living up to their rules and I refuse to pay this through my credit card company because I never stayed at the property

Mould on the ceiling and a general stink about the place. There are puddles outside the accommodation which require you to wear wellies, which we did not have!

• YOUNG SOOK (4/5): 잠 못 이룬 이틀 밤 - 친구랑 2박 했는데 옆에 빌딩에서 새벽 4시까지 밴드가 무지하게 시끄럽게해서 날밤 새웠어요. 옆에는 공사 하고 낮에도 방에 와서 쉴수가 없었어요. 화장실에는 하수구 냄새가 심하게 났네요

• Jessica (7/5): Good location - The accommodation is in a perfect location for alona beach, staff are attentive and helpful. Breakfast was made to order, very well presented and delicious. We were in the rooms at the back of the property. When we arrived a member of staff was burning rubbish outside our room, smell of smoke coming into our room. We then spoke to a member of staff at reception and they stopped it.

• Karen (10/5): Solo traveller 2024 - Everything was great. The room I had overlooked the pool. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were amazing 👏 swimming pool, fab and 2 minutes to the beach. Very close to all amenities. They don't any food other than breakfast which was a shame. However there are many restaurants very close by.
• Richard (4/5): - Was a little disappointed because there was no housekeeping fridge was not plugged in but looked like it was. The tv had no channels our second night there. Internet was spotty and breakfast only gives 1 egg. The staf was friendly and the pool plus the ratio I enjoyed. It lacked staff so you couldn't get anything.
• James (8/5): - Location is excellent. Everything that Alona Beach has to offer is literally around the corner. Spacious bedroom. Good Aircon. Nice sized pool, very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. My room appeared as if it were half way through a renovation. Wires stuck out thru the ceiling and walls, albeit the ends were taped. Wall plate was missing which left a gaping hole in the plaster. When it rained heavily water pooled on the floor passed the entrance door. Some water also dripped thru the ceiling but not near the bed.
