- Hoffman (1/5): Never going there again rude unprofessional staff except Colorado she is awesome. - Bed was comfortable was decently clean. One of the lady's were very helpful I was told I paid for two reservations on the same day. I ask the Indian lady two move that day to the next day she said she would the next day I had a problem with another booking agency the took my money but didn't book the Indian man was rude when I talked to him he said he was going to cancel my reservation. I had to talk to the new lady from Colorado and she talk to him and told me how to hand the other booking agency. I got it handled and the next day paid for. Then the man told me I hadn't paid for the current day that the Indian lady said she was moving the extra reservation to. Mind you this is like 6 at night and no one had told me I was not paid up I assume it was out of spite. In short I'll never go to that location again and will tell every one including all my oil rigger friends not to go there. Horrible experience!!!!!

- Carl (4/5): - They have repainted hallways and updated air conditioning which is a plus, but TVs and remote issues and bath tub not draining is a huge issue with everyone else’s stuff getting on you like buggers and hair is not pleasant.still mold in the restrooms. I will probably not stay again until it’s renovated.

- Wayne (5/5): I stay in hotels 300 days a year and this is the worst super 8 so far. - Location ease of parking. Price was decent. Room not refreshed enough. Hardwood floors dirty every day. Room semi hot when I returned at 6:30 pm daily. Stayed 7 nights and only had tv 2 nights. They would not get batteries for the remotes. And the nights it did work their WiFi pop up would pop up every 5 minute and could not get it to X out of the screen.

The breakfast was probably the worst I have encountered with cereal and no milk, no drinks other than coffee with no creamer and microwavable super mini sausage biscuits. The sheets were not changed, I noticed when I went to pull the cover back there was hair everywhere and black specs which were clothing pills from either socks or pajama's.

Front Desk communicated amongst themselves to have to extend my stay when I only paid for 1 night and surprised about another charge on my card. They called to confirm about a declined payment (unauthorized) *when I specifically noted at front desk day of check in I was only staying for one night and that I DO NOT want to be double charged. Will be my last time there. With that being said, Management needs a Meeting with staff about those small things that can affect a paying customer and to help avoid mistakes like the one I with any of their previous or future customers.

My 12 year old forgot his phone in the room after checkout and she saved his phone for him! I’ll be back soon :)

The room was dirty and there was a razor blade in the bed. I understand is under management and renovation and they’re definitely trying their best. But unfortunately, for this day, their best wasn’t good enough by far cry.

- Selena (8/5): Exactly what you want from a cheap, cool stay when you need it. - I was in town from California visiting a family member who was incarcerated nearby. Very close to where I needed to be and the Walmart next door was a huge plus. The AC was extra cold so it was very enjoyable to be inside during the 105 degree heat. The shower had a blow dryer and the kitchenette was very convenient. I had very low expectations for it being a super 8 so I had at least hoped there would be no dead bugs inside but there was a “sleeping” cricket near my bed. Lol everything else was fresh and clean.

The hotel is nice, the service is great. The owner needs to shut down the place for at least 2 weeks and get to work on those roaches..
