• Jean (10/5): Parfait - Les propriétaires sont adorables, nous avons passé un excellent séjour , tout était parfait , légèrement retiré de la spezia, au calme, avec une vue splendide, nous avons bien apprécié les conseils du propriétaire pour les visites des cinq terres, ainsi que les parkings à prendre.. en plus il fabrique une huile d’olive vraiment délicieuse.. • Ana (9/5): Great stay surrounded by nature - We had a very pleasant stay here while visiting La Spezia and Cinque Terre. The location is wonderful if you are looking for peace, nature and a more authentic atmosphere away from the tourist crowds. The view over La Spezia is beautiful, the surroundings are full of greenery and the place feels very calm and relaxing. The apartment was clean and well kept, and Maurizio was extremely kind, communicative and gave us many helpful recommendations for the area. He was also very flexible with our late arrival, which we really appreciated, as we arrived after midnight. We were traveling by car, so having a parking place was definitely a big plus. In general, we think this accommodation works especially well for guests with a car, since it gives you flexibility to explore both Cinque Terre and the surrounding areas comfortably while staying in a quieter setting. For us, it worked especially well because we spent most of the time exploring Cinque Terre and visiting relatives and friends in La Spezia and Lerici. The only thing worth mentioning is that if you are someone who plans to cook a lot during your stay, the kitchen setup is rather basic and not fully equipped for more elaborate cooking. For shorter stays or for guests mainly looking for a comfortable and peaceful base to explore the region, it is absolutely a lovely choice.

• Arianna (10/5): Uno dei migliori soggiorni in cui io sia mai stata! - Un soggiorno da 10/10! Non ho mai ricevuto un’accoglienza come quella che ci ha dedicato Maurizio! Grazie di cuore per la cura posta in ogni dettaglio, per tutti i consigli (anche prima del soggiorno stesso), che ci hanno permesso di organizzare al meglio la nostra vacanza. A pochi minuti di auto dal centro di La Spezia, la struttura offre una vista magnifica, in grado di staccare dal caos urbano e rilassarsi. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri!

Etablissement bien situé par rapport à La Spezia mais voiture obligatoire. Chambre de bonne taille. Belle vue sur La Spezia. Parking gratuit. Belle piscine qui doit être agréable en été (non chauffée). Chambre bien équipée dans l'ensemble mais salle de bain pas pratique (pas de prise de courant, pas de possibilité de poser ses affaires). Sanitaires pas dans nos standards de propreté. Fuites d'eau à l'extérieur de la douche. Pas de four dans la cuisine.

Il donne plein de conseils pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable et facile possible. Le bien possède toutes les commodités de base. La région est magnifique. Le logement est situé un peu en dehors de la ville ce qui permet de se retrouver très au calme tout en étant proche des facilités pour voyager (train et bateau).

Auch das kleine Lebensmittelgeschäft war sehr gut und die Inhaberin sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Anbindung an La Spezia nur über sehr enge und teilweise schlechte Straßen. Die Restaurants in der Nähe hatten nur abends geöffnet.

We wanted to walk Cinque Terre and did in one day which was an effort for a couple of retirees. Mauricio also made reservations for us at a couple of handy restaurants which were both well worth a visit. Highly recommended by a couple of Kiwis. Having to leave.
• Udo (10/5): Für eine Woche Aufenthalt idealer Ausgangspunkt um Entspannung und Unternehmung zusammen zu bringen - Lage Oberhalb von La Spezia mit Blick auf die Stadt. Das Studio war geräumig und ausreichend, für zwei Personen, ausgestattet. Die Betten äußerst bequem. Kleine Terrasse mit Morgensonne. für die Abendsonne sollte man auf die Dachterrasse gehen. Der Pool, etwas unterhalb gelegen, war sauber und mit reichlich Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet. Die Tips von Mauricio für Restaurants waren sehr hilfreich. Essen war sehr gut und Preis Leistung passten sehr gut zusammen. auch der Hinweis auf die Parkmöglichkeit in La Spezia (kostenfrei) war Gold wert. Er gibt auch gute Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen in der Nähe (Wanderwege, ideale Tageszeit, Aussichtspunkte usw.). Vielen Danbk hierfür Mauricio. Auf der Morgenterrasse lediglich Ausblick in die Berge.

• JFW (9/5): Gastvrij en comfortabel met een schitterend uitzicht in een prachtige omgeving - Heerlijk ruim en comfortabel appartement met een fijn zwembad en een behulpzame gastheer die goed tips gaf en enkele bijzondere restaurants in de onmiddellijke nabijheid voor ons heeft gereserveerd De weg erheen vanuit La Spezia is nogal gecompliceerd en het lag verder in de berg dan we hadden verwacht.

• Camille (6/5): - L'appartement est dans le calme de la colline, une belle vue sur les montagnes. L'hôte nous a donné de très bons conseils pour visiter les Cinque Terre et la baie de la Spezia. L'appartement n'était pas assez équipé : pas de sel, poivre, torchon de cuisine et un seul verre de vin. Le frigo n'a pas de freezer. La piscine était très froide et envahie de moustiques. Il y a 4 logements distribués sur le même hall d'entrée et on entend les portes claquer, les chaises racler et les conversations dans le couloir.

• Adèle (10/5): Un super séjour ! - La vue et l’emplacement sont incroyables ! C’est beau et c’est très très paisible. La literie est très confortable. Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par Maurizio qui est resté disponible tout au long du séjour ! Notre voyage là-bas s’est très bien passé et nous recommandons le lieu à 100%. Il y a peu d’équipements de cuisine et c’est un peu vieillissant.

• manuel (9/5): - Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Anlage ist mit grossem Pool super geeignet für Paare und Familien, die etwas abseits der touristischen Region entspannen wollen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einen kleinen Laden und einige Restaurants. Besitzer Maurizio gibt gerne Bescheid und organisiert Reservierungen. Man erreicht la Spezia sehr schnell mit Auto und Bus. Der Bus fährt aber nur ca. 5x am Tag, man sollte daher vorgängig prüfen, wie man sich fortbewegen will in den Ferien.

• Pol (7/5): - Supervriendelijke ontvangst door Maurizio!! Veel tips gekregen. Geen airco in de slaapkamer, enkel in de woonkamer,keuken gedeelte. Koffiezet en de haardroger ontbraken. Er is ons wel gezegd dat we smorgens beneden koffie konden halen doch voor mij niet echt comfortabel. Luide airco en een enorm lawaaierige frigo in de keuken die voor een appartement klein uitviel. Deze werd wel vervangen na 3 dagen door de eigenaar. Slaapbank niet het type dat openklapt tot een bed. Kortom ons appartement met balkon wat wat gedateerd.

• aurelie (10/5): Super ! - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Maurizio a été exceptionnel : très attentionné, toujours disponible et d’une grande gentillesse. Il nous a parfaitement guidés pour découvrir les Cinque Terre ainsi que d'autres magnifiques endroits aux alentours. Un grand merci également pour sa réactivité : suite à un orage qui avait provoqué une coupure d’électricité, son équipe est intervenue très rapidement pour rétablir le courant. Je recommande chaleureusement ce lieu au calme pour un séjour paisible et bien encadré. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Idéalement situé pour visiter les alentours (voiture indispensable). - La piscine plutôt grande et dans un calme total, vue sur les Oliviers. Nous avons également apprécié les recommendations de visites du gérant. La taille de la chambre familiale ; vraiment étroit avec des ados.

• Katrine (9/5): - Et dejligt, roligt sted i bjergene med gode restauranter i nærheden. Boligen var rigtig fin, tilpas størrelse, ren, og der var det i køkkenet, man skal bruge for at lave mad. Vi havde en fælles altan, som vi kunne sidde på om aftenen, Rigtig hyggeligt! Den mandlige vært var meget imødekommende og hjælpsom. Poolen lå godt med udsigt over bjergene, og der var sjældent for mange mennesker. Især ikke om formiddagen. Det var skønt. Et godt sted til at komme ned i gear og slappe af. Det eneste “dårlige” vi kan komme på er, at wifi-forbindelsen ikke var særlig god udenfor boligen. Vi havde derfor minimal forbindelse nede ved poolen, hvilket godt kunne forbedres :)

• Tanja (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely recommend this place and choose to come back. - Maurizio is very helpful, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with him. The apartment complex is very well kept and renovated to a great standard. The whole compound is very clean, tasteful and well maintained. The pool area in particular was absolutely amazing! The kitchenette's had everything we need. The shower had great water pressure. The beds were comfy. On two nights we went (first for drinks only and then for dinner) to Cerroloungu, which is a magical place just up the road. The chef made us the best veggie-lasagne you can dream off, the red wine is something else, and the plum-honey-gelato at the end to die for! Definitely recommend! Our trip to beautiful Porto Venere was another highlight, plus we walked from Monterosso to Vernazza (part of the Cinque Terre), which is a very picturesque walk with great views! Slightly challenging as it's quite steep at the beginning, a bit up and down in the middle, and a good bit down at the end. Maurizio said it's no problem, but some people of our group found it more challenging than expected. The layout of the apartments was not easy to see and understand during booking. Only once we arrived did we get a better understanding of the compound. We had initially thought (because we were a large family group) that surely we had booked the main house, with the lovely outdoor patio area / teak furniture in the shade, that you can see in the pictures. It turned out there were many more apartments and we had booked studio apartments with 4 people in one room (doubled bed + sofa bed) that also contains the kitchenette + table. It was slightly awkward as many of us are already grown-ups. It's less of an issue with the property and more our own fault. But just in case, others struggle to understand the layout as well, that's what can lie ahead (I'm sure there are other options).

• Monika (9/5): Wir haben den Aufenthalt und die Aussicht sehr genossen. - Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen mit toller Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ebenfalls schön. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, beispielsweise bei Restaurants- und Ausflugtipps sowie Reservationen.

• Barbra (8/5): Een ontspannen begin van onze vakantie. - De ligging is schitterend; je kijkt uit op een groene vallei en het aan de voet van de heuvel gelegen stadje La Spezia. Verder is het heerlijk stil ‘s avonds. De weg naar de locatie is enigszins avontuurlijk te noemen: een flinke klim met enkele haarspeldbochten. Al wendt dat op den duur.

• Yori (10/5): Waanzinnig verblijf - Samen met een vriendenstel en ons hondje verbleven wij op deze prachtige locatie. De eigenaar was ontzettend vriendelijk en gaf ons allerlei tips voor dingen in de buurt. Ook heeft hij heerlijke zelfgemaakte olijfolie. Het appartement zelf was super schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en met een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht. Het zwembad lag er ook tiptop bij. We hebben volop genoten en vonden het jammer dat we niet langer konden blijven. Niks!
• María (10/5): - Excelente atención, Maurizio siempre atento y amable. Es un sitio a unos 10-15 minutos de Spezia, ideal para relajarse y alejarse del turismo masivo. La piscina está muy bien y las vistas son preciosas. Nosotros 4 (dos adultos y dos niños) estuvimos en una habitación, no son apartamentos, con cocina, sofá cama doble y una cama de matrimonio, eran muy cómodas.
