• João (6/5): Razoável - Edifício antigo e bonito, muito central em São Roque do Pico Precisa de uma renovação, casa de banho do quarto super antiga, autoclismo não tinha força suficiente para descarregar, luzes do teto a cair do mesmo, muito pouco conforto no quarto. Pequeno almoço estava praticamente sem comida durante os 15 minutos que estive lá.

As fotografias apresentadas não correspondem exatamente à realidade, demonstram quarto com mais espaço e casa de banho com janela o que não havia. O pequeno almoço era limitado tanto a nível de quantidade como de variedade. Por exemplo, temos direito a dois papo secos por pessoa, podiam colocar 2 pães diferentes ou um pão e um croissant por exemplo.

Great location. It was cold. You have to pay 5€ for the towels. Wifi only works on the groung floor. Lack of light at least in the living room to be able to read.

L' équipe est très gentille et aidante, bagagerie, petit déjeuner inclus. Tarif correct au vu de ceux pratiqués sur les Açores. Dortoir mixte plus cher que ceux des femmes (pas de dortoirs hommes). Très sonore (surtout le dortoir mixte au dessus du réfectoire), des équipements vétustes (serrure en mauvais état, 2 des 3 toilettes HS, un robinet HS, douche froide durant 2 à 3 minutes avant arrivé de l'eau chaude).
• Hélène Saint Rémy (8/5): Séjour dans bâtiment impressionnant. - Le lieu. Dormir dans un ancien couvent, c'est top. L'ensemble architectural est beau. Le rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont sommaires...on est dans un ancien couvent, normal mais la salle de bains aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment basic. Un peu une ambiance et organisation monastique.

• Sayh (10/5): Absolutely wonderful - The staff went above and beyond to accommodate their guests. I had asked about a bus, and the receptionist went out of her way to call the bus company to ensure I caught the bus in time, which was more than helpful. They were all incredibly friendly. In addition, the complimentary breakfast was quite excellent. Overall, I would highly recommend. The only thing that I would say is the bathroom lights are quite dim. But you could easily shower before it gets dark, which is not difficult considering the sun sets around 20.00.

• Lora (3/5): I left after two days even though i was supposed to saty for 5 - The building itself is really interesting and the staff is nice. No ac, no kitchen or fridge and the restaurants in the neighbourhood are just fast food. So if you dont have a car its really hard. You can hear everything even the quiets steps

But there is an extremely nice lady who left punctually at 11pm although I was the only guest. What a pity. We could have sang ourselves into sleep. Breakfast terrible but for the price ok, you don't have to eat it.

En rapport au prox, c'est imbattable, bien qu'il faille partager la salle de bains Le personnel est charment et disponible même pour une arrivée tardive, et propose spontanément des visites à faire. N'hésitez pas. Pour le petit dej, ce n'est pas la classe internationale mais on boit, on mange, suffsamment et de bonne qualité. Juste ce qu'il faut, sans chichis

• xavi ru (8/5): Edifici històric molt agrdable i habitació espaiosa. Bany compartir i esmorzar força millorables. - L'edifici en si és molt bonic, espai exterior molt ampli, habitació molt espaiosa. Bones vistes des de l'habitació. Les taules al davant de la sala de l'esmorzar són molt agradables, just al claustre de l'edifici. Seria bona idea posar-ne més, tot i que sempre hi vam trobar lloc. La sensació d'estar en un edifici històric és molt agradable. El bany compartit no estava malament, però era millorable. Relativament net, depenent de qui hi hagués passat abans, i sempre inundat per l'aigua que surt de les dutxes. L'esmorzar deixa molt a desitjar: sucs aigualits, cafè dolent i sempre amb regust de xocolata, panets secs, etc.

• Sebastian (5/5): - Haus, Herberge schon geil Nur ist das Konzept fraglich Wände hellhörig....wer einen leichten Schlaf hat sollte da nicht buchen. Die Gäste nehmen ab 23 Uhr keine Rücksicht auf andere Gäste die schlafen wollen. Sauberkeit ist vom Haus her gut.... Gäste hinterlassen ihre hinterlassen schaften. Ist halt ein Hostel....das Haus benötigt strengere Regeln Frühstück schul Note 4 und das ist noch gut gemeint.... ausreichend setzen Da kann ich selbst zum Bäcker um die Ecke besser essen Zimmer Preis war ok.... wenn das Frühstück angenehmer gewesen wäre.

Les lits inconfortables, l’eau froide, l’odeur insupportable de l’humidité de la salle de bain (qui fait pourrir le fil du sèche cheveux) et la cohabitation avec un cafard et une sorte de petit scolopendre.

• Silvia (8/5): Nice Youth Hostel in a Historic Building, but Limited Social Spaces - The hostel is great because it’s housed in a beautiful historic building, which adds a lot of charm. However, maybe due to the time of year, there weren’t many guests around. Also, the lack of a kitchen or common area makes it harder to meet and connect with others. That said, the price is excellent, making it a good option—especially if you’re traveling with a group of friends.
• Katrin (7/5): Wunderschönes Haus mit Charme - Wunderschönes, altes Kloster. Saubere Zimmer. Einiges im Haus und den Zimmern wurde bereits sehr schön restauriert und lässt den besonderen Charme des Hauses wirken. Gute Lage. Restaurants und Piscinas (Meer) zu Fuß erreichbar. Kostenfreie und ausreichend viele Parkplätze vorhanden. Sehr hellhörig. Um 7 Uhr war in unserem Zimmer 204 die Nacht spätestens vorbei, da es sich über Küche und Frühstücksraum befindet und das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Ebenso laut hört man die Geräusche aus dem männlichen Gemeinschaftsbad im Zimmer nebenan. Das war leider nicht so erholsam. Schön, dass Frühstück dabei war. Leider war das Frühstück für meinen Geschmack zu eintönig und ungesund. Nur weiße Brötchen, jeden Tag dieselbe eine Wurst- und Käsesorte. Kaffespezialitäten gibt es aus dem Automat (löslicher Instant-Kaffee). Außerdem waren die Geschirrbehälter, Tee-Beutel oder Speiseplatten manchmal leer und wurden nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Im Badezimmer fehlen Abstellmöglichkeiten für Duschgel, Parfum etc.

• Gian Luca (7/5): Günstige Unterkunft. - Das Hostel ist sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den Ozean. Es war leider sehr viel defekt. Die Dusche fiel fast auseinander. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück ist rationiert (uns hat es aber gereicht). Wenn man für eine günstige Unterkunft auf gewissen Komfort verzichten kann, dann absolut ok.

• tanya (6/5): - The building of the hostel is remarkable, worth staying the night there. There are beautiful walks close by. The hostel is pretty basic, we could hear the next room guests during the night very loudly. Breakfast is also basic but ok. No towels, bathroom facilities get crowded, and a couple of toilets were closed off to be fixed and were a good distance away from the room.

• Deni (6/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal( männlich), W. weniger Möglichkeit besseres Zimmer gegen Aufpreis( 23€ pro Nacht) zu haben- in ein Doppeltzimmer, da auf der back Seite Sollarpanellen sind mit Speicherkasten der tönte.... Ist schon ein Teil in " gefallen" erwähnt. Dazu - keine Küche/ Frühstück so la la/ für Vegi people nix dabei Duschen nur zwei zum benutzen, so auch WC- für mehrere Gäste- nicht Comfort

• Wiebke Kathmann (4/5): Für mich leider enttäuschend - Lage und Aussicht, Sitzplätze im Innenhof Die Zimmer waren unangenehm warm und kühlten zu keinem Zeitpunkt ab. Das obere Stockwerk ist extrem hellhörig, zwei von drei Toiletten im Frauenbereich waren defekt, aus der dritten roch es nach Abfluss. Generell roch es in vielen Bereichen des Hostels unangenehm nach Abfluss, was auch von den Mitarbeitetenden erkannt wurde, da sie regelmäßig mit Raumspray hantierten. Es gibt keine Küche im Hostel und keine Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen.

• Valentin (9/5): Très belle auberge de jeunesse - L'auberge est très bien placé proche de la gare maritime à pied et le bâtiment est magnifique à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur et le petit déjeuner même s'il était simple était bon avec du pain frais. La chambre était très propre avec les serviettes de toilette changées en cas de besoin. Merci à la dame de l'accueil qui nous chauffait de l'eau chaude tous les soirs pour la tisane. Nous avons loué un scooter pour visiter l'île à l'agence près de la gare maritime et c'était super. L'eau de la douche n'était pas très chaude
