• Nada (10/5): A must stay - I liked literally everything about my stay at Pink Inn, from the sea view from my room, to being walking distance to the beach and close to the bus stop, to being central between Split and Omid, which is a must see! And to top it all, having a fabulous hostess who was very responsive to all my texts, and who made me feel welcome and at home while being away from home. Thank you Iveska! I enjoyed my stay so much that I wish it was a little longer than 2 days

The bed was very comfortable, and the desk was great for remote work. Sometimes the wifi connection had a low signal but overall it was stable

• Tamar (8/5): Simple and comfortable! - Comfortable and quiet with a sea view. Ives is amazing, very kind! In general at this time of year, prices are high in this area and unjustifiably so.

• Maureen (10/5): Perfect for us with a large terrace/balcony with sun beds and parasol. We could chill to our hearts content. Could - Perfect terrace overlooking the sea. Lovely apartment too. Ives provided a plug in mosquito repellent which helped, though we did take deet and citronella candles (on the terrace). The room has basics like washing up liquid, salt and pepper so once you’ve bought some milk across the road in Tommy’s as long as you have brought tea and coffee you’re good to go. Towels were changed every couple of days and the bed midweek Ives and her mum were lovely and were very helpful. Especially when I couldn’t get the TV onto a station to watch the euro final! Apartment no 1 is in the eaves so if you’re very tall you’ll need to stoop in some areas The Marina next to the Meridien is about 15mins walk away and what we found to the best local restaurant was in the Residence next door to the Meridien - Porto Spalato. Slim pickings in the area for excellent food as Arkada was closed ( meant to be the best), whilst we were there but we didn’t starve and Fabio (pizza joint across the road), does a good omelette. (Steer clear of the chips though very soggy!) On a busy road, the upside is the bus into town stops outside, takes about 30mins into Split cost 3.50 euros pp Temps were reaching 40 degrees whilst we were there, so AC in the bedroom rather than the kitchen/living room would have been preferred. There is a fan and we left the door open to the AC’d room, to get some relief. But these are minor issues. There is parking so if you’re touring this is perfect.

Nice clean and comfortable apartment with everything you needed, with an excellent terrace with an absolutely fabulous view. The terrace also had sunbeds and table and chairs. Very quiet and peaceful area. Good base to catch the bus to other areas. Nothing not to like

• Raja (9/5): Happy with my 2-night stay and the travel/local tips were useful. - The owner/hostess Ives is very hospitable and accommodating of requests for information and assistance. The room was recently renovated and the bathroom too, which was spotless. The bedlinens and towels are of good quality. It is only about 50m walk to get to the Strozanac South Beach, and the beach walk leads to marinas and other hotels too. Great value for money.
• Stephen (10/5): It was a great relief from the heat of the city in Split; we were lucky to find it at short notice. - It was a room only basis, as there are some local eateries within 5 minutes walk. I think it would be a real bonus if the property would offer a light breakfast (continental) as the location is great (especially if you have a balcony with a sea view, as did we!). But there are supermarkets also close by (eg Tommy) where you can buy bread, cold meats, cheese, yogurt etc). A parasol was available to put up on the balcony, and the room had a plug-in insect repellent (tablets supplied). Not applicable - we loved our stay there.

We were upgraded to a beautiful apartment facing the ocean to our surprise. The apartment was extremely clean and Ives genuinely cared about whether we were enjoying our time in Croatia by checking in frequently. Split was easily accessible by bus, the beach was a 5 minute walk away and the grocery store was across the street. I would recommend to anyone visiting Croatia to stay at the Pink Inn!

The guesthouse is run by the owners, so there is a great service and assistance starting from accommodation related requests to how to find any point in the city, always friendly. The quality of our room (no.1) was superb. it has spacious room with a small kitchenette in the living area, a separate bedroom with a queen size bad and a fully private terrace with a stunning view at the sea. Highly recommended. We stayed there for 3 nights and I wished it was longer.

• Marina (10/5): - La habitación estaba muy limpia, el balcón con vista espectacular. El hotel está ubicado a minutos en carro de Split por lo que es muy conveniente. Se puede ir a la playa caminando y quedan mercados cerca para hacer alguna compra de comida. La anfitriona fue muy amable y colaboradora en todo momento. De regresar, seguramente volvería al mismo hotel.

Huoneistoon kuulu myös iso parveke josta uskomattoman kauniit näkymät merelle ja vuorille. Saavuimme hotelliin vuokra-autolla joka oli odottamassa meitä lentokentällä. Ilmainen parkkipaikka oli heti hotellin vieressä. Vastaanotto hotellissa oli erittäin lämmin ja omistajarouva, Ives, tarjosi meille tervetulias cappuccinot. Kotiuduimme heti. Eräänä päivänä kun saavuimme huoneistoomme, meitä odotti ruokpöydällä viinipullo ja tuore granaattiomena.
