The lack of a courtesy call spoke volumes. Additionally, if a company decided to block rooms for any length of stay, that is the choice of the Company.

• Linda (10/5): - Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. All was quiet. Rarely heard noise from the hallway or other rooms. Refrigerator was not on when we arrived. There was no visible control and had to contact the desk for assistance. Ultimately got it working.

Disappointed that we booked this hotel that had breakfast included, but they only offered one voucher for breakfast for my husband and made us pay for breakfast for our kids (ages 11-13) which cost an additional $40 each day for the kids. Room was booked with one adult and could accommodate up to a family of 4. Disappointed with Hilton and their policies.

• Roger (8/5): Not Hockey Family Friendly. - Was staying for a Hockey Exposure Camp at the Ice Vault. Upon check in, the supervisor advised me that we couldn't take my sons sticks to the room, for safety. But they would store in the back. I didn't see any other hockey player/family having to store their sticks in the hotel office. We ended up leaving them in the car. Being that a good portion of the hotel guests were there for the ice rink, having the sticks secured in our room shouldn't have been an issue. Side note watch out for the king beds. The corners stick out and if you get too close you'll clip your shin/knee.

• Patrick (10/5): - The staff was so courteous and genuinely expressed interest in us and our well-being. The room was so clean, I wiped all surfaces with a wet wipe and nothing dirtied the rag. Even the complementary toiletries were much higher quality than the average hotel. The breakfast was worth including in the room rate! We got anything you could have asked for, all fresh and delicious.... At half the price. Very filling, highly recommend the add on! We really enjoyed everything so much, they went above and beyond! We didn't arrive until 1am, so they gave us a late check out. The only thing is, they didn't properly relay that message to all departments. Housekeeping knocked on the door several times, and the assistant manager called a few times as well while we were packing up. Once we got to the phone and told him we were leaving, they totally understood. That is just to knit-pick, honestly.... aside from the pillows being softer than our liking, this is the best trip we have taken in 15 years.

• Michael (10/5): - Always have an outstanding stay at Hilton Garden Inn - rooms are clean, pool is a nice addition and lobby is gorgeous. It is central to all our need’s especially family gatherings in NJ - but above all is the staff from front desk to cleaning - everyone is super nice, you can contact them anytime, they will go out of the way for you. Matt is excellent, we lost our room keys and he gave us new ones in a matter of seconds, he is also very knowledgeable and nice - would recommend this place to anyone.
