Anthony (10/5): truly away from it all! a great retreat - Excellent staff, great cleanliness, excellent breakfast, good prices, very accommodating staff. great peace and quiet, and a magnificent view of Etna. we will definitely return. difficult to reach by public transport, however, the staff provided personal transport services at reasonable prices and so we were accommodated just as well.

Parkplatz in der Anlage, Tor wurde nachts geschlossen. Hübsche Anlage mit 3 Pools, einer nur für die Hotelgäste. Alles war in Ordnung, die Anfahrt - enge, schmale Straßen- war etwas mühsam, aber das hat mit dem Hotel nichts zu tun.

Mikko (9/5): Charming little oasis of peace - Lovely place, lovely people. I have to especially mention the best sauna - well, outside Finland - I’ve ever visited. Genuine Harvia wood burning stove and a view to Etna - nice! Only tiny details reveal that you are not in Finland (I mean addition to the aformentioned Etna view :D). There was a beautiful and playful kitten called Tanos that we wanted to take with us, but they refused to sell it to us, because the owner’s grandchild was were attached to him :D.

Carolina (9/5): Worth staying if you want to visit Etna, Biancavilla and the cities nearby. - Great place to stay during the summer, and worth paying extra for breakfast every morning with lots of fruits, cakes, bread, coffee, cheese, and even mandorla granita! Room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable too. The staff was great and happy to help with all the questions we had! It’s a bit far from the center, so you definitely need a car to get to the hotel. Also, we had to ask for toilet paper twice as they only left one roll each day for four people. Oh…and bring bug spray as there are lots of mosquitoes in the area.

We’ve been here before and the staff is very friendly, the agrihotel is very clean and it is safe to park your car there too. Breakfast was good, however, there wasn’t the same variety as there was before. And this time we had to pay extra for breakfast when before it used to be included in the price.

Paul (4/5): A bit disappointed and expected better - The pool area is very nice. They have 4 pools to choose from. While you need to wear a head cap in 3 of the pools where we weren't aware of and could not use. I am disappointed and expected better from this accommodation after the reviews of other customers. My experience in the accommodation did not go very well. We were given a room where the air-conditioning was only lighting up with no cool whatsoever. When we reported the issue we were told that's because the temp outside was 40 degrees. As if the purpose of the air-conditioning is not to cool the room. We were left for some time of uncertainty because if they weren't going to fix this issue we were willing to look for another accommodation. Anyway to cut the long story short, they gave us another smaller room than the one we booked and paid for. But at that time as long as the air-conditioning in the new room was working fine, we accepted it. One time when we were returning to our room, we saw the cleaner and she started speaking in a rude manner in Italian and when I asked her to speak in English, she became angry and went away.

Mark (1/5): Bad - It was an awful experience. The worst. The facility and the room was under construction. No other room was available. The balcony door had no handle and no means to open or have access. Despite being in a country setting the room was cramped and I'll equipped. No proper staff. The night of arrival reception said they would cancel the second night of the prepaid booking, In the morning on checking out they refused to refund my visa account. The grounds and the pools were dirty.
Anthony (6/5): A place with a very High potential but badly managed. - The room and the pool were clean and well kept To arrive at the hotel is a disaster using Google Maps. I was directed to a dirt road barely as wide as the car. To make matters worse it seems that the owners know about this but seem to do nothing about it. Moreover, the hotel sign is compeltely different from the one advertised on Booking.com to the extent that i had to ask at the reception if i were at the place where i have booked. Finally, having arrive in the evening and after a gruelling drive to find the hotel, they were only able to offer pizza for dinner.
#travellersvensson (7/5): Good accomodation for reaching AETNA - Actually very big Hotel Area with different pools, no direct neighbours, bit outside of town. Nice big room with open Shower. Big parking lot (free) and possibility to eat in the owners Restaurant (Daily Menus). Good location for a stay close to Aetna. The Location was bit outside and as soon as you leave the hotel we didn't feel very safe. On top, there was rubbish at the side of the streets everywhere, even in the nature on our way to Aetna. Not much to do in the evening. You need a car.

Godwin (8/5): overall good but not fully what we expected - Good breakfast and food in the hotel's restaurant. Hotel has 4 pools and the location is around 25 min from Etna Land. Helpful staff and nice large room (although not as stated in booking site description) and with a spacious shower. On the booking site room stated view with a pool but room had no pool view (so clarify before booking) and also stated balcony which was just an extension on to the car park (we never used). In the morning we had to inform hotel what we were going to eat in the evening so they prepare and reception staff clearly explained menu we selected (which included the water) and then we were charged for the water which as per the description indicated that it was included with the wine.
