Appreciation to Mr. Sandeep for managing the food & beverages efficiently. However, I would like to share one honest feedback. The top management coordination was very good, but the middle management manpower needs improvement. Some team members were not fully aware of their responsibilities and were unfamiliar with the hotel layout and locations. It seemed that most of them were freelancers, which caused confusion during check-in time. we was deploy 3 people from our side during check-in to ensure smooth coordination. - Shishirpal (2/5): Mental harrassment and unprofessional staff - Absolutely unskilled and unprofessional front desk staff, poor staff professionalism at the restaurant too. Too many experiences to share. 1. I was accused of stealing the table lamp, and was told that it cost 6500 rs, and pay 3500 as it was used. I got confused who took the lamp, and ended up blaming one of my professionals colleagues who had visited me, leading to end of the professional relationship and loss of lakhs of rupees worth work. The front office staff later told me on WhatsApp that they saw one couple enter the room after I had checked out and leaving with the lamp so I don't have to pay anything. They consistently failed to speak to me on phone and didn't recieve the call despite calling multiple times, leading to mental harrassment. All I requested was a phone call to get a closure for the matter. How did the couple get access to my room after I checked out? Apparently the rooms aren't secure, and not safe to live in, Delhi NCR isn't a safe place anyway. 2. The restaurant staff is also untrained except for some members, even when the breakfast wasn't busy, they failed to provide glasses, water despite asking many times. Didn't pay attention to any of the requests. Food was average and options fair. Every day of my stay the dosa would come swimming in the waterycoconut chutney, and despite requesting that Id prefer the chutney in a bowl, they didn't pay attention. Leave alone outstanding services that I always get from Marriott being a platinum member, the service was way below average. 3. The only good experience I had was they provided me with a room heater. I stayed there nights, and my room was 1015, checked out on 14th Feb 2026, early morning. I demand a compensation for the mental harrassment and the financial loss incurred owing to the security lapses and unprofessional behavior of the staff.

Free wifi is pretty good I booked a room with two beds; I was under impression that the rental would be same if one or two persons stay in that room. because the room has two beds. But to my surprise the rental is different if two persons stay in the room, the rental is on the higher side. It caused lot of confusion. The facility has no fitness center of their own. The rental is at par with other five-star hotels in the neighborhood but in reality, it is not a five-star.

If a guest has to do everything, why is the front office staff needed? In four degree celcius, the rooms were not heated. We had to call for extra blankets and room heater. Through out the night there was a constant low intensity humming noise coming in .Probably from a DG set in the vicinity. This property is surrounded by three banquet halls. The food is great. Full marks to the F&B team.

For their hotel Manager these are “ not meeting expectations”. Avoid this lodge called Ramada, Ghaziabad.

All the staff including housekeeping and restaurant waiter staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. I wanted to particularly appreciate the Executive Namrata, Alok who went out of his way to make the stay so pleasant. My wife was not well and they’re so helpful and got us our room right away and was always very friendly, welcoming and pleasant.
