- Linda (6/5): Close to walking tracks and beach - Beds and pillows were very comfortable. No issues with outside noise.The view from the balcony was really nice and had undercover parking. Keys we're simple to collect and staff were accommodating. Apartment is in close proximity to walking tracks, beach and a short drive to shops. We even got to spot a couple of cruise ships at night out on the water. If cleanliness and the quality of unit items are a priority for your stay... this property may not meet your expectations. Note: *It has no dryer in the laundry. *Lots of stairs to reach the top floor, which would make access hard for those who may struggle with mobility.

- Jennifer (3/5): Great location but didn’t meet expectations - The check-in process was really smooth and easy, and the location of the property was fantastic. It was a spacious apartment. We offered this feedback to the property manager prior to leaving this review. However, their response was underwhelming. The furniture and overall aesthetic felt very outdated — previous guests items left behind and the apartment didn’t feel inviting upon arrival. Our bigger concern was the cleanliness of the property. The bathrooms had not been adequately cleaned — there was hair in the plugs and on the shower walls. The balcony had sand and leaves across it and no outdoor setting as we had expected. We found a significant build-up of dirt and debris underneath furniture which made us feel very uncomfortable. The amount of toilet paper provided was not sufficient for our stay. We had a picture frame fall off the wall, only just missing our heads while we were in bed. Additionally, when we attempted to contact onsite assistance during our stay, we were unable to reach anyone. Overall, the stay did not meet the standard we expected based on the listing or the price. There are plenty of similar properties in that area that we will prefer to stay at next time.

- TONY (5/5): A nice location esp if you're fit to walk to cafes, beaches etc. Cleaning could be improved - Proximity to the beach and coastal tracks Comfy bed A deeper clean would be appropriate especially in the bathrooms. It appeared that no one had stayed there for quite some time given the amount of dust on surfaces. No air conditioning and the bedroom fan didn't work. If you have mobility issues then the steps from the carpark and the steps up to the rooms (no lift) would be a struggle.

- Cristyn (8/5): Great apartment in a quiet area on the Sunshine Coast, but still close enough to everything - and the view is incredible - Love love love the view!!! And the apartment was definitely very spacious!! My favourite thing was that it was a short walk from everywhere, so convenient! The shower drain wasn’t draining properly, it could have benefited from some drain-o as it was pooling soon after turning the shower on. The place didn’t have aircon, but with the sea breeze, it really didn’t need it. Don’t book the third floor if you don’t like stairs haha, it was manageable for us, but I can see it being an issue for people less-inclined

There was only one remote control that worked the light and fan in BOTH the bedrooms, which meant when one person turned on the light at 5am, the light came on in the other room...
- Bexxie (10/5): Beach views for miles - What a beautiful view. I could sit on the veranda for hours. So close to shelly beach and the pool and apartment are larger than the photos. We had an amazing time. The beds were comfortable with 2 showers and 2 toilets. The fans pool and beach kept us cool enough so an aircon wasn't needed. Would definitely come again. The lounge room Decor could do with a revamp however being 3 star it is exactly that. A step back in time but the size of the apartment makes this place great as does the views and breeze. Such a great getaway weekend spent with the girls.

- Shanchita (9/5): Great place for a quiet restful stay. Close to the beach and shops. - The apartments were a walking distance from Kings Beach and Shelley Beach. There were uninterrupted views of the sea from the balcony. The Kitchen was very well stocked with all sorts of utensils you may need. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. There aren't any airconditioners in the apartment. In the evenings that was not a problem as there's a breeze. But on a hot day, it got a bit muggy. There was a pedestal fan in the living room but that does not oscillate. It would be good to replace that with a fully functional one.

- Paris (8/5): A great place, we will be back - The location was fantastic and checking in and out was so easy. The pool and grounds were well maintained and lovely. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The view was amazing! It was a perfect place for our family with small children and we will definitely be back. Amazing value for money Some areas weren't very clean e.g. under the entertainment unit, full vacuum cleaners in the cupboards etc but nothing major, generally clean just some little things.

- Leanne (7/5): We had a nice but hot stay - The position, outlook and balcony I didn’t realise it had no air conditioning. When I checked the facilities list I realised it wasn’t listed. I thought being on the Sunshine Coast a holiday accommodation unit would be essential for its customers comfort. Sleeping was difficult as the fans weren’t enough to keep you cool. If I realised there was no air conditioning I wouldn’t have booked this accommodation

- Sue (9/5): Great spot - It was well appointed, contained everything we needed, with easy access. It was in a great location, the pool was lovely, beds comfortable. The kitchen contained everything we needed, but the shelves and cupboards could do with a good clean. Also there was no wardrobe for the main bedroom, and the blue compendium containing relevant information was nowhere to be found.

The pool and gardens were well maintained. Instructions for check in were as advised by good communication. The lounge area could use some new furniture as all rather tired and uncomfortable. Screen door to balcony was difficult to use and didn't lock.

Grounds were amazing gardens were well kept. Pool area clean and tidy. Neighbours. Unfortunately the 2 nights we were there we spent the night until early hours of the morning listening to them talk and party. I’m not against it I love to chat and party but night 2 Saturday night they got home at 2:30 am and we’re still up when we got out of bed at 6 am on Sunday.

The apartment was more than enough for myself, it would suite a small family. Well appointed, it had more than I needed. Underground carpark was dark, particulary where I parked my car. - Stefanus (5/5): Dirty but great location. - The location was amazing The place was very dirty with a lot of dust everywhere and the kitchen floors were oily. I had to use a wet wipe to wipe all the dust off around the bed headboard and bedside tables. Both my wife and son have sinus issues with access dust, so neither slept well at night. There was also lots of dust around the rest of the unit on flat surfaces. Also lots of dust around furniture on the floor.

Me and my husband literally checked the double bed to see if it was upside down because it was so hard and springy. There were also hardly any basic items included in the accomodation. A full kitchen but not even a salt and pepper? I was a little disappointed by that.
