- Jennifer (6/5): - The accommodation was clean and comfortable, however unfortunately I had very noisy and inconsiderate neighbours who were generally noisy on my first evening and on my 2nd evening they arrived home very noisly at about 11.30 and continued on with loud music and talking till well after 1.30!! I think there is zero soundproofing between units and I certainly suffered!!
- Debra (2/5): - This property was musty & had roaches. I saw 6 in 1 cluster. Everything smelled. The bed is worn out The bathroom was dirty. When I went to the manager, his excuse was that, "It is a rainforest." Well, I've been in deeper rainforest cabins & they didn't have roaches & weren't dirty Debra Corbett 2 Dec - 3 Dec 2023
- Sylvia (8/5): - Cabins are of an older type, but comfortable, air conditioned, clean and employees are friendly and helpful. Nice food and in walking distance to the lake. Really enjoyed my stay and will come back.

- Todd (10/5): - Stayed at Lake Eacham several times and always found the Tourist Park to be very quiet, peaceful and extremely handy to get around whilst on the Tablelands. Staff are very friendly and amenities are fine. Cabins are well equipped and clean.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Disappointed - PROS: welcoming counter staff and comfortable bed. CONS: everything else. Quite a number of tiny cockroaches, dead and living in cabin. Ensuite floor needs a good scrub, camp ablution block and camp kitchen needs maintenance. Tenants should not be permitted to park their motorbikes IN the camp kitchen. We could go on, but…will not stay here again. Our friends who stayed in the camp site also stated they were very disapointed and would not be returning.
- Chris (8/5): - The words 'tourist park' conjured up images of somewhere big, bold and brash! Nothing further than the truth.This is a small, quiet, layed-back retreat, set in rainforest. It has clearly been here for some time, so some of the facilities and the cabin in which I stayed have seen better days, but they suited my style of travel perfectly. Friendly and helpful staff, great cafe with a good meals menu. Could hardly be closer to the rainforest birdwatchers' delight a short walk down the quiet country road.

The entire outside of the cabin is covered in mould (including the aircon). This is surely an extreme health hazard. We had to burn incense sticks to deal with the musty smell. We also could not get wifi service at all whilst staying here.

- TRACEY (8/5): - Beautiful part of the east coast. We went In the winter and it was perfect weather with plenty of people about. We only stayed one night but the cabin had everything we needed and the hosts are really nice people. i understand they have recently taken over the park. There was a lovely cafe attached and a shop where you could buy basic needs. Also there was the possibility to have a meal prepared and delivered to you. Worth a stay for sure.

- david (10/5): Peaceful weekend - We just stayed one night in a cabin . This was our second stay at Lake Echam . It's a lovely quiet park near by to a great crater lake that you can swim in and walk around . Nice little camp kitchen and the staff were friendly and helpful .

- John (10/5): Hidden paradise on the Tablelands - These comfortable, quiet cabins are set close to Lake Eacham and all the Atherton Area has to offer. The park has ample room for the kid to play and the 'camp kitchen has every thing you need and a great open fireplace to sit around at the end of the day.

- Kathy (8/5): Cabins close to Lake Eacham - We chose to stay at the cabin accommodation along with family to be close to the lake for a child's birthday experience. Unfortunately it rained heavily the first 24 hours there however it did not take away from a good time and the staff were more than helpful in accommodating us.
