• Rachel (6/5): - Location was good for what we needed it for. Parking was difficult in the corners. Property a bit run-down. Rooms were too bright during the night to sleep in. The party at the property next door that literally run the whole night and was still going at 7.30am when we left definitely didn't help.
• Kellyanne (5/5): No hot water, no baths on premises, lots of trucks - No hot water when we went to shower in the morning. Filtered on places with baths and even sent to owner request for room with a bath. Request accepted. We arrive, only bathrooms with showers available, not a bath.

The conditioner container didnt work. There was no staff to greet u had to talk to a person on my phone.

• Ashley (10/5): Satisfactory - Staff were helpful and accommodating in our late arrival and early departure. They even helped when we left an item behind. Organising to leave it where we could grab on the way back. Nothing. It was what I expected for a roadside motel.

• Una (7/5): Overall a fine place to stay and we will be back. - Good regional motel, was great for our needs. Will definitely stay there again next time we're in Stawell for a night or two. The kids and I particularly liked that we could log into our own Netflix account. I would have liked to have been able to access the TV settings and use the "Sleep Timer" on the TV. We have the same TV at home, so I am familiar with the functions. But we were only there for one night, so again it was fine.

The lighting was exceptionally good in the room as we like to read The only negative was the noise from the trucks travelling along the road through the night

• Gregory (8/5): Cheap and cheerful. - Very clean, honest older style room. Quite large, great aircon. Noisy on the main road, a few flying bugs in the room, spray provided.

They gave me a room towards the back of the property so I could hear a bit of traffic but only as quiet background noise - easy to sleep through. Bed was really comfy, room was very clean and bathroom recently renovated. A great place to stay. It’s not centre of town and is a little dated decor but it’s accurate to all the photos and I chose the motel knowing location etc so it provides what it says on the tin. Really comfy and really clean.

We arrived quite late at night, yet the owner made sure our check in was still very smooth. The room was spotless and clean and had everything we needed to get comfortable for the night. We loved everything! Highly recommend!

• Matt (3/5): Cheap but I wouldn’t stay there again. - It was quiet The air conditioner clicked and made terrible noises all night, I turned it off and then heard dripping water, then ice started falling down during the night from the spilt system. The bathroom shower had mould in the corners and we refused to shower there and some of the sheets had stains.
