- Per (10/5): Superb stay - The hotel far exceeded my expectations. It was spotless clean, extremely well run, well furnished with everything of high quality and in excellent condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The laundry in the same building was very good. The hotel is offering free snacks afternoon and evening. Breakfast was good as well. I often stay in hotels and honestly, I rarely experience a hotel run as well as this. I absolutely recommend it. The bathtub could have been bigger and the room could have been a little better designed but these are design flaws that have nothing to do with how the hotel is run and that would be very hard to correct now.

- 君君 (8/5): - 環境舒適，整體感覺乾淨，樓下有一間711一間咖啡店，一出門就有youbike也很方便，周圍吃也方便 我是一個喜歡到處旅行的人，也會慎選住宿的品質，這次入住整體感覺其實還不錯。但第一次住到大廳不能外食的旅店，雖然。後來有猜到也證實了，因為旅店它有提供下午茶.宵夜跟早餐，所以大廳不能外食，但住宿的樓層的公共空間是可以飲食，旅店有旅店的規定，當然是沒有問題的，但餐廳部的員工大聲告知的態度讓人心情不悅，雖然大門的玻璃上跟餐桌上有貼，但一般人進去不會馬上發現，我覺得沒有必要用那種態度來告知，好像你喝1杯飲料犯了什麼天大的罪一樣，在等待入房期間觀察了一下，幾乎入住旅客都有外食，被告知時都是一臉尷尬，是說辦理入住時有先告知是否好點！ 再來入住，我是住女生背包房，從公共空間到客房，整體感覺非常乾淨舒適，可惜一層樓有男有女，如果能分開更好，當然又得考量到有混合房，然後如果可以在進入房間之前就換下鞋子，穿上拖鞋的話會更好，女生的衛浴空間很大舒適，進到房間六人房隔間感覺不錯，有個人空間滿不錯的，床也蠻舒適的，發現自己是靠近門邊的時候，就已經有猜到，進進出出一定會吵，因為經常旅行都是睡背包房，所以也很習慣是還好可以接受。總結，旅店的整體感覺從一樓到8樓大廳到進到自己的房間，整個感覺就很新，乾淨，很舒適，美中不足的 是有些細節提醒不夠完善，比如大廳不能外食，比如外出要不要寄放房卡....等等
- Chiao. Fang (8/5): - 整潔，舒適，員工、接待人員都非常貼心及客氣。 沒有非常不滿意的狀況 就以背包客房會希望男女可分開樓層，因為連盥洗室都在同一邊不同側，會有隱私上的疑慮。8樓洗手間男女在一起（雖然男生小便斗有隔間）不認識男女要同時進洗手間就有非常的不安全感 以上

- TSUTOMU (10/5): 家族皆んなが大感激でした。 - 部屋が広くて綺麗だった。フリーのお菓子や夜食があったのには驚いた。

- JingChi Huang (9/5): - 1、設備： 有飲水機，並提供下午茶、宵夜。 背包客房單人位置寬敞，附拖鞋、毛巾、瓶裝水、泡麵、保險箱、衣架。 2、服務人員態度良好： 寄放行李、入住、退房，是不同櫃台人員，但服務態度均友善親切。 聲音問題：晚上盥洗時間，在房間內可以明顯聽到水流過管道間的聲音。
- 震 (9/5): 地理位置近車站，環境佳，價格依背包客來說稍高。 - 環境佳、整潔，附宵夜 不能說不滿意，因床位僅門帘隔開，建議附帶鎖置物櫃。
- 嘉琪 (10/5): 會在回訪的好旅店👍早餐很好吃 - 整體來說會想要在回訪的旅店、大年初四入住和洋家庭房，房內空間很大，浴室的水壓也很大，房間有沒有任何霉味或潮濕感👍重點還有Dyson吹風機並且有多種吹頭、烘罩，實在太適合長髮人！加分！ 最滿意的是早餐，除了內用也外帶餐盒上樓給家人，廚師最值得稱讚👍到了很多大飯店入住過，這家的廚師很用心，可能過年🧨入住的早餐第一次看到還有紅蟳米糕跟鰻魚米糕，還有涼拌的小卷、鳳螺這些海鮮。 當然熟食區也超讚、現煮牛肉湯、半熟蛋、全熟蛋都可以利用號碼牌現做，還有蒸食區、叉燒包、小籠包、地瓜應有盡有，其他熟食區記得有三色蛋（挺費工）、還有時蔬、還有一道蝦仁燴時蔬，咖啡挺好喝的，雖然是咖啡機但「不是」不好的豆子，比很多大飯店都好喝太多了。 重點外帶上樓的外盒是廚師大哥很用心準備、總共有三個餐盒、並且兼顧營養均衡的用心❤️早餐接待的員工也很棒、隨時留意是否需要清潔桌面、也會派出自動的機器人方便客人整理碗盤。 參與刮刮樂活動獲得古蹟旅遊卷+樓下的CAMA咖啡買一送一卷，剛好帶孩子區古蹟也不用另外付錢～很實用👍 八樓大廳還有塞車可以玩、很不錯👍 唯一小小缺點…. 1️⃣就是初四入住價格稍高（13500），但早餐算是加分回來 2️⃣和洋家庭房沒有浴缸，但進去浴室有檜木的味道（有檜木椅跟瓢盆） 3️⃣地下室停車-車高超過1.9M或「底盤太低」不能下停車場

- Judy (10/5): Our favorite hotel in Taïwan! - Wow…what an exceptional property! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms were luxurious and roomy, the staff were superb and the food was abundant and delicious. The self serve laundry next door is a welcome bonus. Highly recommend!!! Nothing
