We had a really dark room when I thought we were paying for a balcony, it overlooked out to an interior courtyard with no light. Shower wasn't great and everything was dark. Service was pretty nonexistent.

- DOMENICO (6/5): Posizione ideale. Confort da migliorare. Colazione da arricchire - Posizione perfetta per passeggiare nelle vie centrali di Roma. A colazione disponibilità di succhi e capsule di caffè Lavazza; merendine industriali. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la presenza, nella hall della struttura, di alcune bottiglie di superalcolici e Campari, disponibili gratuitamente per gli ospiti. Via del Corso è una via pedonale ma i cantieri vicini e i mezzi che ritirano i rifiuti disturbano la tranquillità ed il silenzio, anche nelle prime ore del mattino. Le finestre hanno infissi in legno non isonorizzanti, di conseguenza il confort ne risente. Segnale Wifi scarso, molto scarso. Canali Sky non disponibili (niente di grave, ma dovrebbero aggiornare le informazioni presenti sulla scheda della struttura). La posizione è, a mio parere, il punto forte della struttura

- Valeriia (9/5): Приятные апартаменты возле Пьяцца дель Попполо - Очень удачное расположение, исключительно чистая и светлая комната с отличным дизайном и удобными кроватями. Впечатление испортил персонал: не смотря на то, что я заранее уведомила о времени своего прибытия и дважды попросила об инструкции заселения, мои сообщения были проигнорированы и мне пришлось стоять с детьми под дождем возле двери. Мало того, я с трудом дозвонилась до владельца. В итоге, когда мне открыли двери, высокомерный синьор внутри указал мне на то, что я, по видимому, не умею пользоваться дверным звонком, хотя я звонила дважды и звонок просто не сработал. Локация, сами аппараты-супер, но снимать жилье у людей, которые сдают тебе его с таким видом, как будто бы делают тебе одолжение, я больше не стану. Особенно учитывая, что ценник выше 200€ за ночь.

- Patricia (10/5): Extremely comfortable and would stay again - Excellent spot - easy to access, elevator direct to floor (no stairs), felt very safe and lovely welcoming smells, very generous room with lots of extremely thoughtful touches - iron, hairdryer, tea/coffee, amenities, nice towels, good quality sheets, pillows etc, mini fridge, even some plates with knives and forks which came in useful . It was a little cold so the heated towel rail and reverse cycle air con was good. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini fridge was a nice touch - small microwave in common area if you have a baby or maybe want to reheat a takeaway meal and mazagines and books in common area. The place has been setup with thought for comfort and relaxation. Good location on Via dei Corso as easy access to a lot of things including shopping, restaurants, grocery store and taxis (on piazza dei Poppolo) The Wifi was ok but the signal was a problem and stopped the TV working sometimes. Shower is in the bath - not unusual in Europe. Getting the lift to go to the first floor was a little confusing - I didn't quite understand the instructions - the light in the lift needs to flash before you put in the security code. Extremely responsive though when I called and issue resolved immediately.

- denis (8/5): - Even if our room was facing Via del Corso it was quiet. And of course because it's on via del Corso, the location is perfect for any activity in the center of Rome. Only issue we have is that it take for ever to get hot water in the shower and it's more lukewarm than hot. Otherwise very happy.

We had a coffee machine, tea, coffee, some sweet treats and water given complimentary. Truly excellent choice for Rome. Highly recommend it! The only the thing is that they don’t have breakfast facilities. However there are lots of cafés for breakfast just a couple of minutes away so no problem.

- Carey (10/5): Wonderful staff, wonderful place and lovely stay! - This location is wonderful and right in the center near shops, restaurants and walkable distance to sites. The entire staff is kind, welcoming and ready to assist with any questions, concerns. They really treat you like family and make this feel like your home while staying. They have a few other locations as well and were just wonderful. Great communication, great recommendations and I'd definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore Rome!

- Tommaso (2/5): Decisamente sotto standard - La posizione e la camera . Il bagno aveva seri problemi . Zero pressione acqua , acqua fredda e diventa tiepida molto con ritardo. Tutti i sanitari bidet terribilmente pressione quasi pari a zero segno di manutenzione dei filtrini pessima e anche il lavandino pressione inaccettabile . Impossibile fare il bidet . La doccia purtroppo è stata fredda e dopo 10 minuti circa tiepida anche qui poca pressione e dal doccione centrale acqua fredda e senza pressione. Dispiace perché la camera molto bella ma servizio inaccettabile per una struttura . Prima volta che mi capita di fare una recensione e per giunta negativa .
- Mina (5/5): Okay. Lack of hot water and wifi ruined stay - Good location, easy check-in process. Easy to find. No hot water available throughout the stay. Would turn on for a few minutes and then drop out. Very hard to have cold showers. Also, the wifi didn’t really work. Would frequently drop out. Don’t expect to be able to watch Netflix or work from hotel, effectively.

- Yvonne (10/5): 10/10 - Location was superb - location on a shopping strip and a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The apartment was very stylish and beautifully decorated. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean. Check in was a breeze and the staff were so helpful and kind. Great value for money. Nothing.

- Andrea (10/5): Soggiorno top! - Direi eccezionale, la signora al check-in è stata gentilissima, ci ha consigliato dei ristoranti dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene e anche a buon prezzo considerando che i prezzi a Roma anche solo per un aperitivo sono piuttosto alti. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

- Carey (10/5): Absolutely wonderful and would recommend and book in a heartbeat again! - The location was perfect for site seeing, just a short walk to the underground and lots of shops near. The hostesses and their entire team were so welcoming, kind, highly responsive and just a joy to meet. They provided many wonderful recommendations for restaurants near but not in the touristy areas that were amazing and really made us feel like this was our home during our stay. The pictures of the rooms are accurate and they are very spacious and more than comfortable.

- Banu (10/5): Amazing stay - The location was excellent. The room was wonderfully equipped - it had a coffee machine, snacks, an iron, a fridge, slippers... everything was thoughtfully provided. It was spotless. As soon as you enter the hotel area of the building, you receive a warm welcome; everything is very clean and well-organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I received excellent service. In terms of price and comfort, it was incredibly satisfying. I would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others. A bad smell in the bathroom

- Nadine (8/5): Would defo stay again. The bed was so comfortable - Huge room lovely balcony, refreshed breakfast corner and really excellent location. Wonderfully clean This morning really really early there was bins being emptied I think in the building, as it’s all marble it just carries noise. We had Americans staying in rooms nearby and again the sound just carried. It’s a beautiful room and really this is just the only thing. It’s a quiet location just a couple of very noisy moments. Having walked 100k steps across Rome in a few days we were exhausted, so just could have really done without it

Since it is not readily seen as a hotel from the outside and is part of a building with other boutique hotels and businesses (entrance is locked) it would have been helpful to know how to get in and communicate with the hotel when you first arrive to avoid a 1/2 hour if wondering around with luggage

- Danilo (10/5): Perfect location, look no further if you're staying in Rome. - Staff was exceptional in accommodating every request and fixing some issues that were out of their control, yet afflicted a bit our staying. Locations was 10/10, right in Via del Corso, close to the most influential monuments in Rome. Room was good enough, perhaps a bit on the smaller side for two people. Despite being on via del corso, the soundproofing was excellent. Besides an issue with the hot water on the first two days, which was solved by the end of the second day, and anyway out of the staff control, nothing major to report.
