• Giuseppe (8/5): Lovely place - Quiet comfi cozy place, all staff and owner were extremely helpful even deducted one night stay because I had to go home early only thing. It needs a microwave in my room.. 4.5 stars
• Zhanel (10/5): great! - We are appreciatie to the owner of the hotel and all his team for hospitality! Thanks a lot! It was a great time there! We chose a deluxe room. We liked that it was quait spasy for two of us. The hotel is located in a quiet place. The territory is very clean, the room was cleaned every day. There are many cafes, laundries, massage salons nearby. A store where everything you need is right around the corner, a little further there is a famous 7/11. Yes, the hotel itself is on a hill, you have to climb up, and then climb up some stairs. You have to accept that as a given. But during our stay there, we looked at it as a sports warm-up :) Just keep that in mind when checking in and out, as you have to carry your luggage.
• Nigel (9/5): Superb - Great size rooms, very friendly staff, good wifi and a lovely swimming pool. It is situated up a rather steep hill, so if you are walking be ready for it!
• Nilesh (8/5): Best on Nanai Patong - Property located in the middle of Nanai Road. Uphill means if you are able to walk steep uphill then it is perfect. The swimming pool is very clean. The room 103 is very clean. The airconditioning is very powerful and a plus fan. The manager lady is the best. No microwave No breakfast facility on site
• David (8/5): Enjoyed my stay apart from the steps and hilly street. - Cons Spotlessly clean. Rooms made up everyday. Bed comfortable. Nice and quiet areas. 711 and cafes in walking distance. Manager and staff brilliant manager spoke really good. Was up a steep hill. Counted 40 steep steps up-to apartment - a struggle with luggage. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. Electricity pylons in grounds a bit of an eyesore. Street outside whiffs a bit and unkempt.

• Mathieu (8/5): Séjour agréable en famille - Très bon séjour dans cette hôtel situé au calme mais non loin des endroits animés et de la plage . Chambre propre , service agréable mais il manque un réceptionniste là nuit. Je conseille cet établissement pour ceux qui veulent aussi du calme et profite de la piscine .
• AA (8/5): Ruhige Lage, angenehme Umgebung! - schöne große Zimmer, saubere Anlage & Pool, ein Ort um sich zu erholen! Ausserdem keine weiten Wege zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu Restaurants.

Only Minuspoints - its not easy to get to - must be fit to manage the stairs up to the place. But once there quiet and calm, what a difference from downtown
• fajar248 (8/5): New hotel, great staff performance - Located just 1-2 km from patong beach.. This is new hotel, with modern interior.. Value for money.. Each room has a balcony, with view to phuket street.. You can reach bangla road by walking for 15 minutes. The Hotel has travel agent if you need vacation arrangement like city or one day trip to phiphi island..
• 270stevef (10/5): Much better than i expected - I was fully satisfied with my stay at this place. It was very quiet at night and a perfect place to relax. My room (deluxe) was huge and nicely furnished. The staff was friendly. Good value. Will stay there again.
• kgerster (10/5): Quite and clean - I stayed there several times and it was always a pleasure. Rooms are clean and spacious. There is a small pool (with plenty of shadow) with some sunbeds around. Perfect place for reading. Staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended.
• BrianA744 (4/5): wont do it again - the rooms look ok but. The lock on out door was hanging off only holding on by 1 rivet, every power point was worn out and would not hold a plug in. I pointed this out and mentioned it was a fire hazzard. She looked at me like I was stupid. Absolutely ruined one of my chargers first night in as it melted from the poor connection getting hot. Like i said a fire hazzard. There is no view of the beach let alone water views, only of construction work happening all around. Too far out of town tuk tuk is a rip off at 300 baht each way. only cost 600 by taxi from the airport.Bed hard as a rock can feel the springs. I wouldn't recomend this hotel at all.
• OllieM3 (8/5): Blue Sky - Great hotel. Great location and amazing staff. Highly recommend this if you want to get out of the hussel of the main town and relax with a great vista of Patong and the sea.
• lozAustralia (6/5): Too far away - Nice clean hotel, the rooms were fantatic for the price. Great for budget travellers (we are students) - however it was advertised as being close to patong, but we were disappointed when we realised it was actually quite some distance away on the top of a hill. The tuk tuk to patong was about 20B. Restaurant at the bottom of the hill was ok. There is really not much around at all - there is a small 7/11 up the road. The pool is very small, and quite shaded. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was always spotless when cleaned. Good for a budget traveller (we paid $30AU per night for the basic room). I wouldn't stay for more than a few nights.
• Lorrie1503 (4/5): Terrible Location!! - We booked this online and thought looked brill. Arrived, tired and after realising that we were up a huge hill, it turned out that they didn't have a reservation for us (even though I had paid for it). There wasn't really a problem as they accommodated us in the JRP hotel next door which was nice. Me and my boyfriend are young travellers who were looking for good clean budget accommodation. The hotel we stayed in was really nice and I have to say that the blue sky looked nice from outside but the location was terrible. It was miles away from anything. You definately can't walk to the beach or the shops/bars etc. You have to get a tuk tuk which costs THB50 per person each way so if you go down to the beach then it's THB200 return for 2 people. Then at night time, another THB200 return to get down to the pubs! Nightmare. We left after 2 days and found a good, clean and cheaper accommodation 2 mins walk from beach and bars of Patong. As I said, looks nice hotel but not a good location. There's nothing near it! Lorraine
