• Bairta (10/5): I do recommend this hotel as a leisure point after Lycian Way. - Location is the most excellent especially for paragliders as the beach in front of the hotel is the landing-in point for paragliders. For those who are travelling with kids there is not so many activities for children. The hotel is mostly liked by pensioners. It is better to know for younger guests.
• Alexander (1/5): - ни чего !! просто ужасно ! еда ужас, тарелки грязные , в баре у бассейна к барной стойке можно прилипнуть ! ужасные полотенца у бассейна! забронировал на двое суток ! после того как заселились , через 30 мин пошли на ресепшен и сказали что хотим вернуть деньги и уехать , нам отказали ! попросили вернуть хотябы за день , тоже отказали ! в итоге переночевали и уехали ! итог потерянные деньги и время ! могли бы хоть за сутки вернуть !

Поверхностная уборка, недостаточное для 5 звезд разнообразие блюд. Официанты не успевают обслуживать напитками, а самим взять нельзя. Дорого для такого уровня .

Когда берёшь все включено но почему-то сейф платный. Несмотря на все включено вода только на разлив бутилированной воды нету.

• Dermot (6/5): Recent stay - Very relaxing, beautiful accommodation and surroundings. We did book a standard room but upgraded to a deluxe room as it didn't suit our needs. It was off the main hotel site and up the stairs. Deluxe room was comfortable and lovely with a large balcony. Staff were superb. Nothing was too much to ask.

• Robert (8/5): Enjoyed our stay but the Bar needs improved. - I’ve got to say the weather was awful on the day and night we stayed so there was some limits on what was available. Even so we were given very little information on what was available to us in the way of bars, restaurants, sauna etc. other than a very limited fact sheet. The only bar that seemed to be available was the pool bar and it wasn’t the most comfortable. The choice of cocktails was limited and a bit the same, e.g. vodka, peach snaps etc. and all the time we were there we never saw a single cocktail shaker meaning the quality of the cocktails was quite poor and bit thrown together. Plus if I wanted a cocktail that was not on the menu I had to pay around £8-10 which I don’t understand as they would usually be using most of the same ingredients used in the “free” cocktails. I appreciate that there should be a charge for “off menu” cocktails but surely it should be a small charge of £2-4. You’d probably find you would sell a lot more if you did. The restaurant was very good with plenty of choice and good quality though the restaurant itself has a canteen feel about it. We upgraded to a Deluxe Double bedroom and the room was more than nice enough but a bit small and we didn’t feel particularly “upgraded”. Overall we had a very good experience but for a 5 star hotel the bar lacked star quality.

• Dell (7/5): Hotel was a bit old but kitchen standats made up for 5 star level - The Hotel is a bit old and maybe not worth 5 Stars any more. But the kitchen was splendid, food offer was excellent and varyied every day. This made up for the room stadart. We have been satisfied and happy with the hotel. At check-in the first night we got rooms close to a disco off site and the noise was quite terrible. The loud music stopped at.midnigjt though. The next day we could get 1 quiet room thanks to the manager who was very understanding. But the children had to stay in the noisy area. .

Huge thanks to the chefs at the buffet who made extra effort to offer me vegan meals during my stay. We enjoy the pool and the beach. My main problem however was the cigarette smoke. It seems that people smoke anywhere, anytime without any respect for the people around.

It’s such a great flatscreen, and it’s shame that it’s a complete waste without Netflix or at least a possibility to stream to the screen from your phone or laptop.

• Ceyda (7/5): it was lovely to have a holiday under colorful paragliding in the heart of the coast - the sea was magnificent. in addition, the location of the hotel was right in the center, so we had the chance to walk and explore everywhere. entertainments were engaging restaurant glasses were not clean most of the time, so I needed to keep asking to change. I have been asked to pay fee for safebox use in the room which was not clear on the facilities description

• roger (10/5): - The food options are fantastic really good selection 3 times a day plus a burger bar option by the pool ,the staff are very helpful and friendly and the public areas like the pool toilets and the bar areas are kept spotless and the staff round the pool are very efficient with the supply of drinks the entertainment staff are really engaging and try and get you involved in the daily activities darts, boccia, water volleyball table tennis and killer pool the only down side for me was the gym which is in need of an update one bike one runner would be enough a good rack of dumb bells and a mini rig would create more space and floor area rather than cramming the room with machines , the rooms are cleaned top to bottom every day and the cleaning staff work really hard overall we had a really nice time i recommend the Baladag cable car and the blue lagoon both spectacular we are even considering coming next year already.

Sadly,no soy or almond milk available for cappuccinos or cereal. Hotel is very well priced.Excellent value.

Food in the restaurant was scrumptious and the staff was very kind and helpful, bartenders especially. The beach reserved for the guests was rather small due to the hotel having quite narrow structure. The cable car to Babadag is pretty upredictable.

• Emma (8/5): Much, much better than expected! 😃 - We have just finished our 3 night stay at Belcekiz and it was much better than we expected. 😄 We read a couple of mixed reviews on Trip Advisor which we feel are quite negative. This hotel is great! Food - Really good for an AI. Lots of variety and really tasty. They literally feed you 24/7 (almost). Breakfast, late breakfast, snack bar, lunch, snack bar, ice cream bar, dinner, late night snack bar. Drinks - Not amazing, but OK, and drinkable! Service - Outstanding! They cannot do enough for you. Location - Brilliant. Right on the beach and less than a minute walk into town. Rooms - Small but adequate. Cleaning - Exceptional. The cleaners clean your room every day. Entertainment - The guy who does the entertainment is brilliant! He has so much energy and is always getting people to join in on things like darts, bowls, volleyball, table tennis etc, and then he hosts the evening entertainment too - karaoke, bands and more. Spa / Turkish Bath - This is onsite at the hotel and it’s sensational!!! The ladies here are amazing. Very friendly and talented masseuses. We felt thoroughly relaxed after visiting here. Sun beds - We visited here is September and didn’t have any trouble with ‘sun bed wars’. We always got a sun bed around the pool. There is not an iron available at the hotel, just an ‘ironing service’. When you only want one item of clothing ironed of an evening it would be nice to be able to borrow an iron for 5 minutes. The WiFi is good around communal areas but hit and miss in your room / other areas. The beach area (where there are plenty of sun beds), is not well kept. I think they need to employ someone to keep this area a bit cleaner.

The pool facilities and entertainment were amazing, we didn’t leave the hotel during the day and night and had so much fun. The entertainment team were so brilliant from playing darts and volleyball to the different theme nights every evening. We genuinely had the best week and met amazing people. Also, they do a roast on Sunday and it was such a lovely treat after being in Turkey and Greece for a few weeks. Thank you :) I wish the cocktail list was longer and there more sun beds near the pool

Some rooms are slightly small if accommodating kids but very clean, you won’t spend much time in the rooms so doesn’t matter to much.
