• ping (10/5): Every things is very good - The hotel is just a step away from the Ölüdeniz beach in Fethiye. Its second-floor restaurant has the best location along the entire coastline. We dined there every day, and from morning till night, countless paragliders glided past us and flew right overhead — it was incredibly romantic. The lhotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are all very attentive. The room cleanliness was even better than many international five-star hotels. The breakfast was plentiful, but since we stayed for three days and had the same breakfast every morning, we hope there can be some variety — otherwise, guests staying longer might get tired of it. All in all, we highly, highly recommend this place
• Ekaterina (9/5): - We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect — right on the promenade, with plenty of restaurants and bars around, and a bus stop just outside (Fethiye bus every 5 minutes). There are also a few beach clubs only a short walk away. The hotel itself is beautiful, very green and peaceful, with cozy, spotless rooms where towels are changed daily. You don’t hear the noise from the promenade, which makes it even more relaxing. The on-site restaurant was very good too. Most importantly, the host was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

Google maps brought us to the wrong end of the street which was closed off so it was difficult to find. In the room It was pretty loud at night as the music is pumping til past midnight

Elke avond is het feest met live muziek, ook in het eigen hotel. Het gebouw is oud en de ramen sluiten niet degelijk. Zelfs oordopjes helpen niet. De decibels, gemeten in bed, liggen permanent tussen de 55 en 68. Het probleem is vooral dat ze dit zelf niet vermelden.

Tucked away just a few meters away from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants, this beautiful little hotel has 10 charming rooms fronted by a small (12m) pool and a beautiful terrace offering an oasis of relaxation, peace, and tranquillity under a canopy of olive trees. Go up a few steps to their restaurant and bar overlooking the beach and amazing landing paragliders to enjoy a superb breakfast until 11 or a delightful evening selecting from their extensive menu of quality foods and wines all served by the nicest of staff. Honestly, we did not want for anything all the time we were there and recommend it without reservation. Also I want to mention the staff at the hotel from the restaurant manager and his team to the cleaning staff. All were very welcoming and made our stay extra special.

We’ll abs - Our stay at Jade Residence was absolutely amazing from start to finish. First off, the location couldn’t have been better—it’s practically on the beach! It’s just about a 4-minute walk to Ölüdeniz Beach and the beautiful Belcekiz shoreline. So you’re in the heart of all the action, close to both the beach and vibrant shops and cafés, yet once you’re inside the hotel, it feels like a peaceful oasis. Despite being in the lively part of Ölüdeniz, the noise didn’t bother us—most evenings the music winds down by 1 AM, and we were able to sleep soundly. The vibrant atmosphere actually added charm to our stay without disrupting our rest. What couldn’t have been more thoughtful was the hospitality of our hosts. We had an early departure at 4 AM, and unexpectedly they prepared breakfast for us before we left! That kind of care really sets Jade Residence apart—such a personal, welcoming touch. Our room was comfortable and cozy. We especially loved relaxing by the lovely pool and garden—an intimate, tranquil spot shaded by olive trees, perfect after a day in the sun. The terrace, restaurant, and overall vibe were both stylish and genuinely inviting. In short: great location, thoughtful service, and a peaceful retreat right in the heart of Ölüdeniz. We’ll absolutely be back—and wholeheartedly recommend Jade Residence to anyone looking for a memorable stay! Nothing

Днем достаточно тихо, и не там много проживающих в отеле, лежаков на всех хватает. Ночью достаточно шумно до часа ночи тк рядом бары. Номер на мансарде не совсем удобен, человеку выше 170 см совсем будет не комфортно.

• Texier (9/5): - The main hôtel was delightful and the swimming pool area is gorgeous (amazing decor and plants) and a haven of tranquility right by the bustling sea front. We decided to spend time there rather than the beach as it was so enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and clean. A/c worked well and the bathroom is modern and well functioning with a good shower. We rented a car and just be mindful to come via the back entrance (we followed Google and ended up on the sea front which is the wrong place). Parking was easy as they park your car in their private alley. Very convenient. Breakfast was great and copious. Breakfast is on their rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the landing of paragliders in the morning. The only downside is the proximity to the beach, in the evening you hear the club music quite loudly on some nights.

• Fiona (9/5): Very happy staying here it ticked all our boxes! - It was excellent in all the right ways - charming, a little old fashioned, comfy beds, quiet pool area, a book exchange, excellent air con and WiFi. A short stroll took us to the very busy and bustling strip and the Jade was a peaceful haven to retreat back to. The staff could not have been more helpful. Lunch served by the pool everyday was an unexpected bonus. Only slight negative - and the emphasis here is on slight - the music from the strip is loud but shuts down at 1pm. It didn’t bother us.

• Fiona (10/5): A lovely little - The Jade Residence is a hidden gem in the heart of busy Oludeniz. It is a little bit old fashioned, charming and comfortable. The aircon works well, the beds are comfortable, the shower great with lovely products (Le Labo iykyk). The staff could not be more helpful. A single bed was added to one room at the last minute and they helped us to organise a lovely sunset boat trip. If you exit the hotel onto the seafront you have all the facilities at your fingertips - great activities, bars, fun shopping. And then you can retreat into the lovely Jade Residence. Great breakfast too. It didn’t bother us at all but the music from the bars is quite loud. It doesn’t last all night and definitely didn’t affect our stay.

• Frank (10/5): If we had to do this all over, I would have scheduled additional days to stay at the hotel - Breakfast is served in the restaurant and is brought to your table with all dishes. There is a good selection, excellent coffee choices and is very filling. The pool is excellent for cooling off. The property has many places for taking photos and private areas for couples or groups to relax. Of all the properties we stayed at in Turkey, this was our favourite. The beach area caters to a younger crowd and we preferred to stay on the property. In the evening there was music that we could hear, but did not bother us.

It’s perfectly located with so many restaurant and cafe options at walking distance. And finally, the staff is super nice and helpful.m I would definitely recommend staying there!

• Natalie (9/5): Superb - The hotel was stunning, very White Lotus vibes with the wooden decking and tropical trees. There also aren't loads of rooms, so it never felt cramped or super busy, very quiet and chilled atmosphere. The Turkish buffet breakfast was amazing, never had anything like it! Would go back just for this You're about 20 metres from the beach as well so the location is ideal. Because of the large trees in the garden (which are stunning) - only a few spots around the pool actually get sun throughout the day. So if you're there to get a tan, be prepared to shuffle your sunbed around every hour (assuming no-one else has got those spots already) Saying that though, the sunbeds are some of the comfiest ones I've ever used in a hotel. You're also right next to the beach if you're desperate to cook your skin like we were

• Dusan (10/5): Our stay at the hotel was a perfect blend of tranquility, exceptional service, and unique ambiance, - The airport transfer was included in the price, and the hotel sent a spacious, clean taxi to pick us up. Stepping through the entrance marked "Jade" from the bustling promenade feels like entering an entirely different world. The peace and refined ambiance of the hotel courtyard are truly surreal. It’s clear that great attention has been given to creating a unique style and atmosphere here that you won’t find anywhere else. The hotel terrace is perfectly situated between paragliders in the sky and the promenade below, providing an excellent view of all the activities. Breakfast was very diverse and delicious, offering food enthusiasts a unique opportunity to try a wide variety of different options. The room was spotlessly clean, which deserves high praise. Each morning, the housekeeping staff tidied the room with great care and were very pleasant. All the staff, from the reception team to the restaurant staff, are exceptionally kind and bring a wonderful positive energy to the hotel, making them truly worth every penny spent on our stay. The hotel is a peaceful place, and although there’s some noise from the nearby Bam-Boo bar, it ends around midnight, so it’s manageable. However, I’d suggest improving the sound insulation of the internal doors, as they tend to slam shut easily and noise from neighboring rooms can sometimes be disruptive. Enhanced door insulation and quieter door mechanisms would add to the overall peace and privacy for guests.

• Lyndal (9/5): Gorgeous oasis in a very lively town! - Jade is a beautiful hotel with the most amazing pool area. It’s right on the beach so everything is at your door. The terrace breakfast dining is gorgeous. Oludeniz is a party town. It’s noisy (which we were warned about).

I loved every corner of it, except the fact the rooms were a bit worn out The location was great, it’s one the frontline of the beach, so we used to swim and go back to hotel for the sunbeds, which was so convenient and we did not have to pay for the sunbeds on the beach. FOOD WAS TERRIBLE. First night we came in we went to the dinner, food was just not good, so we thought, okay we don’t have to come for dinners and i’m sure the breakfasts are great here, because the reviews said so and oh my god it was even worse. Never in my life i had a worse turkish breakfast. But that’s the only con about this place also it was really loud at night, but it’s just oludeniz

Very lovely staff from cleaning team to reception to restaurant; the main lady and Mehmet each greets you with such positive vibes in the restaurant everyday. The room was clean with towels changing daily and comfy bed. Location is both a positive and negative here. The accessibility and closeness to the sea is amazing however it is ridiculously loud at night due to nearby bars. They do warn you about this to be honest and it’s not their fault but it was difficult to sleep.

• Camila (9/5): Great spot in the madness of oludeniz- rooms need soundproofing - -Location - Love opening the windows and see the paraglides in the sky -swimming pool -staff was amazing -because we were leaving early they prepare a lunchbox for me and my husband - they made sure that mine was vegan . Really nice -Just in front of the beach -they really need to make the rooms soundproof - for the price paid should be an obvious thing you can hear EVERYTHING making it difficult to sleep.

Also the amazing breakfast at the roof top watching the para gliders landing in front of you Everything was amazing except the loud music at night. But the hotel informed us ahead that the music may be loud around the hotel till 1:00 am

• Mohammed (7/5): Good stay for an escape from the world - The staff were very kind, Gorken, Muhmt in the Restaurant The breakfast was good which was included in our booking everything we tasted in the restaurant was good. Made from organic local vegetables. The meat and the sea food were made with love as 5* plates The room was basic, the location is good. Each room is provided with a safe for valuables. The bed is comfortable. However the bed cover is has rough texture which we didn’t like. The lights in the room need to be improved
• Ece (9/5): Wonderful relaxing stay and great food! - The staff is so friendly and polite. The manager was courteous and on top of everything.The pool area was so calming and felt private. Such great food in the restaurant! Their breakfast is also absolutely amazing. Loved their caipirinha! A must try. So close to the beach and the other attractions.Would definitely come back here The room was a little dark at night, the lighting was not enough and it gets loud at night so get your earbuds to sleep

• Monaya (10/5): Just amazing. And I will come back to same hotel again and again - The hotel itself is amazing, like a little garden. It’s directly on the beach, u walk few steps and ur on the beach. Walking around the town didn’t find a better hotel. Staff are amazing and friendly. Nothing.

• Serdar (10/5): Great boutique hotel at Oludeniz - Very tastefully built and decorated. While it is right on the main beach, it feels very secluded once you are by the pool. Near by night clubs’ dance music at night.
• Michelle (10/5): Excellent relaxing holiday in the best hotel in Oludeniz. - Everything - the staff were amazing - helpful, friendly, polite and fun to engage with. The room was spacious and cleaned every day with clean linen and fluffy beach/pool towels provided each day. The rooftop restaurant was fabulous with amazing views and the best food in the town. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The pool area was an oasis of calm and tranquility once you left the busy main strip and so beautifully designed. The background music and live music played in the restaurant was very tasteful. The position of the hotel was excellent for accessing everything with ease. The cleaning staff were so friendly and did an excellent job keeping everywhere immaculate. The only downside was the loud music that started in the neighbouring bars on the main strip, which went on until the early hours but this did not distract from our enjoyment of this hotel. Foam ear plugs are thoughtfully provided but we managed to drown out the sound by playing a wave/sleep app through our speaker that we took with us. The garden area around the pool is quiet throughout the day, so you can doze in the sunshine and catch up on any lost sleep and if you are out partying until the early hours, the music will not bother you.
• Dhakshi (10/5): Don't overlook this place, book it NOW!!! - On this trip in Turkey, we went to Cappadocia, Istanbul and finished here and what a treat!!!! The room was so nice and big and had a pool view (I think all rooms have a pool room though). Breakfast was on the 2nd floor roof top with a view of the water and paragliders coming in for a landing. The main reason we stayed here was because it was right on the beach and what a treat! The main VIP is Ali who checked us in and helped us organize airport drop off and a boat to butterfly island (which ended up being a LOT cheaper than hiring a private boat or doing a tour). Literally, nothing!

• Serdar (9/5): Both fun and relaxing vacation at a very tasteful hotel while being in the middle of all the action. - Beautiful property, on the main strip but very peaceful once you’re by the pool. Very friendly and attentive staff, especially the manager Görkem. The noise from the night clubs near by at the end of the evening is the only negative.
• Pelin (8/5): Good Stay - The ambiance of the place was very nice. The pool area is designed very nicely. Exactly by the beach of ölüdeniz. A lot of restaurants, bars, shops around the area within walking distance. Breakfast was lovely. Best quality, fresh juices, egg choices etc. Internet was not the best. No elevator but they help with the luggages. Restaurant of the hotel was slightly more which is also expected.
• Elizabeth (10/5): A fantastic choice for a visit to Oludeniz - The location on the beach was amazing and the hotel was somewhat shielded from the hustle/bustle of the rest of Oludeniz. The property itself was beautiful and the roof top breakfast was top notch. The staff were incredibly polite, professional and accommodating. They were happy to give out recommendations and help book tours. They valet parked the car so we did not have to worry about parking. The property is located next to all the bars and restaurants with loud music in the evenings which ended around 1am. honestly, this did not bother us at all. By the time we finished dinner and walking around town it was quite late already, and we were exhausted so fell asleep right away. Before you know it, it has wrapped up. If you plan to go to bed at 8 or 9pm, this may not be the place for you, though they do offer earplugs. Nothing
