• Kevin (7/5): Was nice for what we needed. Didn’t utilize the kitchen as it was just a one night stay. Beds were nice - Secluded from a lot of traffic and noise. Easy access in and out especially to the highway. Very clean. Not much around there. The mall is not a safe place. Food options were limited.

• Tyler (7/5): Quick concert trip. Place to stay near attactions - Clean, great location to the mall and highways to downtown. Suite kitchen well set up, hot water was hot, hotel was quiet. Good breakfast, pool, and workout facility It is a bit of a microtel, but that is as designed.
• Paola (8/5): Comfortable room but at a higher cost that it should be. - Good room size and comfortable bed housekeeping cleaned the room every day. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner.
• HEATHER (4/5): Room served its purpose - Location was great We had no shampoo or conditioner in our bath. The bottles were 100% empty. I had to go to the front desk and ask for them. Our pullout sofa bedding had holes in it also.

• Luis Eduardo (8/5): - We based our trip to Niagara Falls out of this property and I think it worked out well. We are from Texas and are used to long drives. It was approximately a 30 min drive in our rental. The property is solid. Two adults and two teenagers were comfortable in the room. Dining choices were plentiful and easy access to the mall.

• brenda5214 (10/5): GREAT Experience A++ - My 1st impression walking in the door was GREAT! Very clean and modern decor. We were greeted with a welcoming smile by Krystal. She was very nice as we told her we were 15 minutes early from the 3pm check in and she assured us it was no problem at all and checked us right in. The room was spacious and clean, we loved it. Supplied with a small kitchen and all the needed amenities. Beds were ok, not comfortable but not horrible for our 2 night stay. Breakfast the next morning was just as great. Maureen greeted us with a good morning and small chit chat. You would not even know it was a busy holiday weekend as Maureen and Jess kept the food/drinks refilled with HOT options. These 3 ladies made a very positive impact on our stay and felt they needed recognized for their excellent customer service. The outside patio was very nice to sit and relax by the fire pit table to wind down our evening. Refreshing lemon water and hot coffee/water was available 24hrs. My only issue was the bathroom exhaust fan was not working...but this was not a game changer or a major issue that would hinder our stay. Great location next to the highway and across the street from the mall and several restaurant choices. We recommend and would return.

Shopping is close by and a lot of great restaurant options. The best part is that you can eat in because the rooms have what you need enjoy lunch or dinner. The breakfast is also great!

• Porter-sparks (8/5): We really enjoyed the room. The breakfast was a little disappointing but good. - I've stayed at other hotels where the selections were better. I was disappointed that as soon as you chose the food it was cold by the time you reached the table. The replacement of towels was haphazard. One day our room was missed completely for cleaning. I pointed out some concerns to the staff that was not addressed.

• TANIKA (1/5): horrible didn't even stay all night - they allowed me to check in knowing that they had no electricity. i had a group of children for a party for my son Birthday and we got a room with no electricity ruining his birthday. They were misleading also. There was no way they should have allowed me to still check in they did not notify me at check in that there wasn't any electricity. they have dishonest and misleading employees

The TV was high quality and had a lot of station options. The bathroom was large and clean. I will definitely be booking this hotel again when we stay near the city. The 90 entrance is just outside the parking lot for easy travel! Great hotel!

• Julia (2/5): - We showed up and the elevator wasn’t working and they kept saying the electricity was low. The air in the room wouldn’t go lower than 75 degrees. We also had to carry or bags up and down the stairs. We ended up leaving after a few hours. I will say, they did give us a full refund, but didn’t help us get our items down the stairs.

The lobby was clean and well decorated and the room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and catered to our every need

It’s conveniently located off the highway, across from a mall (Walden Galleria). As a result, there are plenty of restaurants very close by and shopping options. Breakfast was typical (eggs, sausage, fruits, cereal, etc.). I would have no problem recommending this hotel.

The staff was friendly especially Maureen at breakfast and Ben who just greeted me in the hallway. The gentleman at front desk was great too, his named slipped me. So sorry. maybe it was Micheal🙈. But regardless the service was great. Thank you for a cozy welcoming stay.

• tinamH2328KJ (10/5): Clean, Excellent Staff, Safe place to stay - We had a wild weekend of basketball and some of our teams stayed here. Check-in was easy, with welcoming, professional and friendly staff. All of our rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The night staff was exceptional while our teams played some team-building games and parents got to hang out together in the lobby. We were all very grateful for the pleasant staff, delicious breakfast, tasty coffee and the safe feeling this hotel gave. After check-out and leaving the hotel, I realized that I left an article of clothing in my room. I called the hotel and they had my clothing. I was able to pick it up, hours later, and they had placed it in a bag, tied it and had my name on it. So convenient and very personable. Thank you to all of the staff working this past weekend - you are appreciated more than you know!
