- Nicole (4/5): Smells and dump trucks. - Closer to a motel with a noxious smell. It was so gross, I couldn’t sleep without covering my nose. All night the sound of dump trucks, I guess from the fast food restaurants. Never again will I stay here.

I went to put bags in my car at 6am and turned around to go back in the room the key card was deactivated and they kept saying they reactivated it but it still never worked she just let me in so I was unable to walk in and out. The rooms smell and they need to wash the blankets.

- David (4/5): Not worth $113 - Stayed at this place August 21st.2023 On arrival was not informed that breakfast would not be available until I asked about it..... Room smelled bad mainly because it was 100 degrees outside and inside. AC was set to low. Took hours to cool it down and a can of Febreze. I accepted a $20 refund for the lack of breakfast. Wendys across the parking lot.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Not Pet Friendly - Even though this location was listed as pet friendly on Hotels.com, they do not allow pets. This was an older hotel and the furnishings showed this. Also, It could use a good cleaning. There was dirt and grime along the base boards and corners in the bathroom. I expected more for the$100 price.

The next room they gave us, wasn’t the room that we put in for, so the third room they gave us, didn’t even have pillow case on the pillows. This hotel is absolutely ridiculous, I don’t recommend this hotel!!!

Time to replace it. Hotel clerk was friendly. We did not try the free breakfast, wanted to get on the road quickly.

- Liz (4/5): In an emergency, it worked fine. - We were coming to town due to the death of our Father. We couldn't find the hotel when we first got into town from out of state (due to heavy construction along I55). The front desk person stayed with me on the phone, providing crucial directions until we found the hotel. The hotel staff were fantastic! With that said, I was disappointed with the hotel's "free breakfast". The juice tasted like Tang and the food was oatmeal packets or individually packaged cheese danish, muffin or granola bar. Our family that arrived late the night before, missed out on this breakfast. By 9:00 am everything was put away. The rooms were clean but the blankets made me a bit nervous. The cover had burn holes. On several nights before getting into bed, I found a stray hair on my blanket (not my hair color). the top sheet had a stain. Because we were in town for the death of our Father and dealing with all that emotional draining stress, I was so tired I didn't bother to contact the front desk. I just didn't use the cover blanket and I just hoped the stain was what was left over AFTER the sheet was thoroughly washed and sanitized. The bed itself was very comfortable. The staff MADE the hotel and it was the cheapest hotel with "free breakfast". In an emergency, it did the trick. However, if I was planning a pleasant vacation, I would not book this hotel again.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Disgusting roaches. - The woman was very rude upon checkin. Our room had roaches. I took it to the front desk. She denied me to speak to a manager, was very rude, wrote a note to manager (don't know if she gave it to them) I still have not received a phone call. I took a picture at the front desk with a roach alive in cup to send if necessary.

- Linda (2/5): Very disappointed - We wanted to have a clean place to spend the night on our way to New Orleans.The pillows very stained and lumpy,I did not want to use the face cloths because they were stiff and rough.The towels were more like hand towels and were very thin. General appearance was run down and smelled of Clorox. I did not shower. I did not rest at all.
