Scorpio (2/5): Never returning - Front desk was rude. Almost refused me after stating multiple times I made a reservation online. The door did not lock. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The mattress was hard. The pillows were flat. The AC was bad. The hairdryer almost caught fire. The carpet was sticky? How do you make a whole Capet sticky??

Ryan (2/5): Horrendous - This was by far and large the worst experience I’d ever had. The room was abysmal, with stains literally everywhere, the Comforter had at least 13 cigarette burns in it, and was stained to the point of unsuitability, the refrigerator didn’t work (and had towels in it), the door sealant was broke, the room constantly smelled of smoke, the couch was stained. I could go on but I’m limited in characters. I read the reviews, which must have been faked by ownership, and convinced myself to get the room for value. Never again. Avoid this like the PLAGUE! You’re likely to catch it here!

Dina (2/5): Difference between "no-frills" and unacceptable - My reservation was split by accident so i had 2 different reservation numbers. One person told me this was fine at check in. The next morning i was humiliated and had to wait at the window by the office being accused of over-staying and not paying a for second night. Even when i showed both reciepts. I even offered to write the confirmation numbers down. That was just the reception. The air conditioning was broken and made the room damp. The door was broken an i had to be let in and it didnt lock once in the room. The bed linens had some substance and about 30 burn holes in it i couldn't tell but i had my own. Luckily. Maids just walked in without notice 2 times. Just all around not great. Did not bother to stay the second night and left.

I called back and they said they didn’t book it , I did and they don’t have any rooms; I advised but it shows availability and then asked for a refund; was told no refund can be provided.

She called the police on me while waiting on my refund to leave which she had offered when she called me in my room to raise her voice to me that I was trying to ruin her business when expedia asked me how my check in was. I gave it basically a 3/5 and then told me that if I didn't like it I should turn in my key to get a refund.When I turned in the key she wouldn't give me the refund that she promised and called the police on me. I waited to speak with the officer and when he got there he went straight into the office where she had started to cry as if I had done anything to her. I never even raised my voice. Do not go here. We had 4 people in 2 rooms next to each other and she threatened to call the police when the woman rooming with me went to the next room to talk to our friends.There is a no visitor policy but we were all paying tenants, not visitors.

My recommendation for future guests staying in this hotel is not to let the maid service the room alone or do not leave any personal belongings. Disappointed for this incident.

I've rented several rooms and it always seems the hotels have a special room for discounted rate people.. I've managed book the same room several times with a few flaws like holes in the bedspreads light fixtures not working and so on

I was first put in the smoking but asked to be moved because the smoke odor was too much for me. I was moved to the room next to the one i was in which was handicap. I had no problem with the room being clean. The only problem i had it that there was a large looked like urine spot on the sofa that went through to the other side of the cushion. I didnt sit on the sofa. I only sat on,the bed.
LaPorsche (2/5): Discriminated against strongly. Never again - I would never booked her again. Half the things that was suppose to be in the room wasn't. Only two pillow. A smoking room no ashtray. When i went to tell them about the missing items. The night auditor told me people always still a lot of things. Really? Like really lady. So can y'all replace what they stole? Lied and said there was no downstairs rooms. I watched her check another person down stair. They were not in need to stay down stairs. Bur i guess it was available for them though. Be cautious.

Briana (10/5): One of the best hotels for the low low - I was kind of nervous when I booked the hotel online, but it actually was a good stay. Me and my boyfriend stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and had no complaints. The room was very clean and spacious and it smelled like spring. I don’t know if they had an air freshener bomb or what but I love it, because I hate the smell of stinky rooms. Oh btw some people complained about not having WiFi... all you have to do is ask for the password and the staff will give you a piece of paper with the name and password on it, then you connect it to your laptop and from there you can connect the rest of your devices from the laptop. But the next time my boyfriend visits from college we definitely will be coming here again.... I mean you just can’t beat the price and it was actually a decent hotel.

chelsea (6/5): Comfortable but annoying - Hotel guest in room below us screamed at us numerous times and banged ceiling with a broom, accusing us of "banging around" when all we were doing was walking normally across the floor. Hotel staff was helpful & understanding, gave us a call out of consideration to the other guest, but they ultimately understood that we were not at fault. Beds were comfortable & room had a full kitchen (perhaps a waste of space?). Bed spreads could use a wash.

agolddog (4/5): Kind of half-assed - Basic, functional room. Just that there were a number of small things I found wrong which seem kind of half-assed. The door didn't seal that well, so some noise from I45 found its way into the room. There was a used washcloth on the shower bar, between the folds of the curtain. A soap bar wrapper behind the bathroom door. Breakfast offered the standard waffle iron,but no cups to put the batter into. Drink choices were coffee, cappuccino, or some weird blue slushy thing. A couple of unlabeled generic container of cereal flakes, but neither milk to put on them, nor bowls to put them in. A pastry tray with nothing in it. So, on the on hand, the room did its job, providing a place to sleep. On the other, it seems like they're not really trying. Just enough negative things to move it down a notch below average.
Allie_A (6/5): I stayed here for five nights and still don't know what to day about it - I stayed here for five nights and it was an odd experience. We had a room with two double beds and a kitchenette which turned out to be the handicapped room. First up, the room was clean except for a few burns in the bedspreads and some of the towel changes were not totally clean, but there was alot of like about this place, and alot to give concern: To like: 1) We had a huge kitchen which is rare in a hotel like this 2) Staff was generally nice 3) Internet connection through a wall jack was blazing fast. Wi-fi adequate but dropped out at times 4) Price was fair To be concerned about: 1) Room was very plain. There weren't even any lamps on the desk or nightside table, we went to Walmart and bought our own. 2) Sink was literally in the bedroom area, so no privacy there. 3) Handicapped shower had no water pressure, and water leaked out all over the floor of the bathroom (this might be by design) 4) The main issue for us: there seemed to be an unusual amount of activity going on in the parking lot and in the rooms near ours at strange hours of the night. The cleaning staff even showed up at exactly midnight a few times to the room next to ours to clean which we thought was very odd. For this reason, this is someplace we're likely to stay away from next time. So some advice about this place, you'll get a decent, clean, if a bit barren room here for the price, but keep your wits about you when you are there.
