My favorite part of the experience of my family’s six day stay was our oceanfront view from our bouncy. Waking up to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets every morning and evening. The only thing I didn’t like was that our bouncy door was broken but they had a repairman come and fix it, which I will let it slide. Otherwise I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to come enjoy South Padre Island. Seabreeze is definitely a great location.

I understand the sea and its constant salt takes it toll on properties. As does renting out. Our apartment had a box with beach toys which was fun for my nephews from The Netherlands, who were on their first trip to the U.S. steps from beach, didnt use pool. Rules are clearly posted inside. But overal I had this " I paid too much" feeling while staying there. Maybe not a fair statement, somethings simply seemed to need some attention. Due to the size of our group (5, husband couldn't make it last minute) it was less expensive then 3 hotel rooms for 3 nights. A great place for families for sure!

The ocean was so close that we could see our tent and chairs we setup on the beach from our room patio. The water was warm and clear. The staff was awesome and friendly.

I really hope they exterminated all of the condominiums to make sure that problem is fixed.

Condo did not provide coffee but did have a Mr Coffee pot. Condo also did not provide Kleenex and the toilet paper could be upgraded.

Best thing is a view of ocean right from the windows especially when you open up the door you can see the beach. Hotel is close to shopping and major restaurants. It is very friendly to the children. Security services noticed visiting night time to make sure everybody’s all right.Private entrance to the beach, dedicated spot for self parking, and pool and hot tub were clean.

The furniture was super comfy, we had extra blankets and pillows already closets, the kitchen was gorgeous and fully stocked! We had our our laundry room, we had a view of the ocean, the cutest balcony furniture! The couches, and beds were so comfy! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home!

First impression was the wonderful staff, so welcoming and courteous definitely made us feel we were in the right place before even having a glimpse at the property. The property is so difficult to describe in just a few words, Condo 103 was excellently furnished with all we needed. I packed some extra items in case of needed them just to find out I overpacked and all the items were provided as promised. Fully functional and equipped kitchen was great. The cleanliness of the unit was excellent, No mold or smelly unit like we’ve experienced at other locations we’ve stayed at. The pool was truly heated which was great since the weather was a bit cool. We loved the beach access which was actually just a few steps away. The views from our condo were breathtaking. Seabreeze1 is our home away from home from this point on. Fabulous place, website does not do it justice.

Wi-fi a little slow, but not enough to really make a huge difference. Personally I would have preferred being up one floor for a better view of the beach, but we definitely got more than our $'s worth!! Would stay here again.

Kitchen was well equipped but did show a little aging. Overall experience was fabulous and would definitely return in the future.
• Mike (10/5): Very nice condo at a good price. - For us, the drive to get there was quite long, but it was definitely worth it when we saw how large and well furnished our condo was. It's right on the beach, and the beach itself has nice clean sand and is kid friendly.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the walls and ceiling are thin so you hear your neighbors on all sides, the dishwasher didn't work, the washer and dryer sound like they are going to vibrate thru the floor. Also it is 6 stories and the elevator (only 1) was out of service on the first floor for one day. We had to use stairs. It was ok for us but I don't know what people who can't did. If you don't mind noise I will say the view is amazing. The air conditioner worked very well.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Somewhat dated units and noise from pool area - Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze very much; the facility is a bit older, but it looks like there is some attempt at keeping it updated (our unit's bathrooms were the most dated, but again, it was fine). The only real negative element of our personal experience was our unit's location right above the pool--it made enjoying sitting out on the balcony difficult as families and children were enjoying the pool. Obviously, there's nothing wrong with the pool being used as intended, but I do sincerely wish that I'd had an awareness of that when we booked or that management would have inquired with us with regarding needs like hotels do (you can request high floors, distance from elevators, etc.). Given that, I'm doubtful we'd stay at here again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Loved Seabreeze 1 - My family and I vacationed in Condo 102. We absolutely loved the condo decor and homey feel, beach front location and short walk to the beach. It was awesome to wake up to the sunrise and sound of the waves. We had small kids, so the 1st floor was perfect for them as we could open the balcony gate and watch them in the pool from our balcony. The condo was very clean and the front desk staff was awesome. The condo was equipped with everything you would need for a vacation stay. We were all impressed and I am already looking to planning our next stay.

The condo was quiet even with several families on the property. We used 1 of 3 community grills for dinner one night. The pool and hot tub were clean. The grounds were well kept. Assigned parking made sure that everyone had a parking space or two if you parked back to back. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again along with recommending to others! #seabreeze1rox

If bringing a mobile baby or toddler you may want to bring something to child proof the outlets and some rubber bands for the cabinets. Decorations may need to be moved up but no big deal. This is the best place I've ever stayed!

Beds were comfortable, liked that it had a full size washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen with all dishes and small appliances you could want. Disappointed that pool and hot tub were being redone but that only makes it better for another time.
• Brenda (10/5): Awesome Staff & Room! - When we first arrived, we were almost late. The drive was longer than expected. But we made it with 30 minutes to spare before the office closed. The property manager - Soila - was already calling to make sure we were going to make it! She was soooo awesome! When we walked into our condo - I was so amazed at the beauty. They left the curtains open and one of the first things you see is the ocean. Just gorgeous! A very nice place to stay that was convenient to so many activities. If I were to go back to South Padre - I would definitely stay here again!

The second bedroom beds weren't the best but ok for a couple of nights sleep. Overall it is a nice place and good price for a large group right by the beach, especially with a full kitchen and washer dryer. I will definitely be staying here again, probably in the off season like I did this time.

• Cindy (4/5): Disappointment - Room 104 is in desperate need of a kitchen and bathroom upgrade. The kitchen was poorly stocked (3 teaspoons) with greasy, outdated and rusty cabinets. The owners need to remove the dated, rusted and unsightly "jetted" tub. There were no tissues or paper towels. The glass dinning room table was smudged and unwelcoming. Overall condition very disappointing. Family members stayed in other units which were in far better condition.
• Alex (6/5): Nice condo, excellent view, poorly maintained - We stayed in unit 504. The condo is very nice, spacious, nicely furnished and has a fabulous view of the golf from the living room and master bedroom. The master bed has a comfortable mattress and all bed sheets were clean. The building has direct access to the beach as well as a private pool. The assigned parking is also a plus. At the first glance, the condo appeared clean and well maintained. However, a closer encounter revealed a couple of problems that need to be addressed. The air conditioning system is way overdue for cleaning/sanitizing. All A/C vents are unacceptably dirty, so much so that in the master bedroom, for instance, the air flow left a dark trace on the ceiling. The ceiling fan blades in living and bedrooms are extremely filthy - the built-up dust is hanging over the blades. This is really unacceptable and for those who suffer from allergies may be quite hazardous. There are numerous dirty spots on the doors, walls and cabinets that need painting, touch up or cleaning. The laundry room is really dirty and has an unkempt appearance. The washer and drier are rusted. A more thorough cleaning after each guest stay is also needed; for instance, although the bed sheets were clean, several blond long hairs were found on the comforter, and numerous hand prints were visible on the glass sliding doors, and many not-in-plain-view floor spots were really dusty. Also, the rusty and dirty unit front door makes a deplorable first impression.
• Mary (10/5): Great place! - Beautiful location on beach, very nice balconies. Property was well kept and clean pool, etc. Parking is limited, but you do have assigned spots for 2 cars.
• Heather (10/5): Great vacation spot - Loved the great view from our balcony. Bedding was comfortable. Full sized washer and dryer were provided. Nice pool and easy access to the beach. Walking distance to convenience store, gift shops and restaurants.
