• Heike (9/5): Uns hat es gefallen. - Wir sind erst sehr spät angekommen, da die Fähre Verspätung hatte. Das war aber kein Problem. Das Appartement hatte Meerblick und eine schöne Terrasse. Parken war direkt am Haus. Danke Lorenzo für die Infos und Tips. Eine richtige Kaffeemaschine wäre nett gewesen.

• Lorraine (8/5): Lovely apartment, nice pool, super terrace area with fab views, very peaceful - The apartment was very clean, and comfortable, nice bathroom with good shower, bedroom was nice, comfy bed and plenty of storage, kitchen was fairly well equipped, absolutely loved the spacious terrace overlooking the pool and the views of the sea & Mountains, very peaceful. On arrival the outdoor space was a little untidy, for me first impressions count, the steps leading up to the apartment were unswept, and back garden area was a little unkempt, just needed a little attention, not much, and sun umbrella stands in all gardens seemed to be broken, but not a problem to us tho, the pool area was in need of a little attention, but appreciated that we were staying out of season and only booked the morning of our arrival. But if a pool is advertised then it should be ready for use. I contacted Lorenzo (caretaker) to mention the pool, who was brilliant, he immediately came and got the pool cleaning underway, I was able to swim the next day, the pool was lovely. It did seem if a problem was reported, Lorenzo was there to fix promptly.

• Lisa-Marie (8/5): Schönes Appartement, sauber mit ausreichend Platz. - Check In war auch zu einer sehr späten Uhrzeit möglich, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Lorenzo war für Fragen und Tipps da und super freundlich. Ein schönes Appartement, vor allem der Balkon, sowie kleiner eigener Gartenbereich. :)

• Annet (7/5): Prima verblijf - Lekker ruim appartement met eigen wasmachine. Vriendelijke host. Ligging rustig waar wij van houden. Jammer is dat het terrein om de huisjes en het zwembad niet zo goed wordt onderhouden. Veel onkruid tussen de tegels bij het zwembad en de douches, overal lag speelgoed rond het zwembad terwijl er geen kinderen waren tijdens ons verblijf! En we vonden het een beetje vreemd dat we zelf ons bed moesten opmaken bij aankomst. Het kan een plaatselijk gebruik zijn maar we waren inmiddels al bij 4 andere lokaties geweest en daar was het nergens. Neem dit mee als tip

• bruno (10/5): Agréable - L'accueil est parfait avec du personnel très agréable et à l'écoute en cas de besoins. La situation est parfaite avec toutes les commodités et la plage à proximité. Tout le confort attendu. L'utilisation de la piscine comme terrain de foot et séchoir par certains locataires voir même consommation de produits illicites à la vue de tous.

• Klaudia (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment was perfect, in the middle of north coast - excellent starting point for exploring the northern part of the island by car. The place has private parking at the site. My son enjoyed the swimming pool a lot, we also enjoyed breakfasts and dinners at the spacious terrace. It was not needed in october, but in hot summer is important to point out that the apartment has two aircon units - one in each room. The place has an outside grill too. The host Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful. It was great value for the money, we would come back anytime. Everything was fine, for a longer stay the kitchen could be better equipped, we ate in the restaurants a lot, but I missed some sandwich maker or tools to make pancakes, so I could prepare something to take to the beach for kids.
• Ana (8/5): Peaceful affordable and nice location - Lorenzo was very nice, we really enjoyed the terrace, it’s a decently sized appartment, perfect for 3 people. Parking is on site, peaceful and quiet with lovely views Missing some kitchen equipment, keep in mind there’s no spices, oil etc.

• Paola (8/5): Very good - - Small pool and parking two steps from the apartment - washing machine, iron, several rolls of toilet paper,… - we didn’t use the kitchen or were in the apartment for long, but the kitchen seemed to be sufficiently equipped - it would have been nice that the sheets were already put in the bed (we had to do it ourselves) - air conditioning in living room worked but dropped water continuously. After the first night all floor was covered in water, which we had to clean ourselves. They tried to repair it during our 3-night stay but it still dropped water when we left (although much less)

It has a very good position that allows you to visit all the famous beaches in the north .Lorenzo is nice , friendly and very hospitable, he really did a great job! I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to explore the north of the Island such as : La Pelosa , Rena Bianca , La Maddalena & San Teodoro Beaches!

• Robert (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment perfect for a small family. Everything you need is supplied. Lovely quiet area close to the mountains and the sea. Nice restaurants close by and a supermarket just down the road. You will need a car to make the most of your time here.
