• Gerd (9/5): Klare Empfehlung für Mariposa. - Gutes Motel, vor kurzem offenbar renoviert. Alles vorhanden. Sicher, sauber, freundlich. Kann man auch für mehrere Tage empfehlen. Im Erdgeschoss, speziell bei den Treppen, etwas viel Geräusche vom Kommen und Gehen der anderen Gäste. Absolut akzeptabel.

• Gala (8/5): Perfecto para una o dos noches máximo - Estaba limpísimo, el personal de recepción es encantador y la verdad que no le faltaba detalle, la habitación era muy grande, dos camas enormes y muy cómodas. Tenía champú, gel, acondicionador, un montón de toallas, sobres de café y tés, secador de pelo, televisión. Limpísimo todo aunque es un sitio con estética un poco antigua. Está en un pueblo con muchas opciones para comer o cenar, y justo enfrente de una gasolinera con un señor majísimo. Más que no gustar, es tener claro que se trata de un motel típico de carretera aunque no esté en una carretera perdida. Eso quiere decir que si te tocan vecinos ruidosos pues es un rollo, tienes los coches en la ventana si te toca en la planta de abajo, y no hay desayuno como tal. En la habitación número 100 dan cafés, tés y zumos. A pesar de que estaba limpísimo y estupendo, nos ha parecido muy caro para lo que en realidad es. Y está a una hora de una de las entradas de Yosemite, eso se comprueba fácil en el Maps, o sea que se llama Yosemite Inn pero está a una hora, no medio cerca. Que nadie se lleve a errores. Pero no hay nada que pueda resaltar como malo porque realmente no ha tenido nada malo.

• Nikola (8/5): Super ubytovanie, až na ten zápach na izbe - Dala by som 10/10, ale bohužiaľ ten zápach bol neskutočný. Úžasná lokalita. Extrémny zápach na izbe (pravdepodobne zo špinavej klímy, ktorú sme museli hneď vypnúť - jediné šťastie, že nebolo leto - a okamžite pootvarat okná, nedalo sa to vydrzat). Taký zápach sme ešte na ubytovaniach nezažili, je nutné s tým niečo urobiť :(
• Karolina (10/5): Perfect for visiting Yosemite - The room was very clean and spacious, and the cute hand wash and body lotion were a thoughtful bonus. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent, about an hour from Yosemite National Park, making it a convenient base for visiting the park. Free parking was available and felt very secure. There is also a great burger place nearby, along with a gas station and grocery store — everything you need for a comfortable road trip stop. It was a little noisy at times, but nothing significant enough to stop us from booking the inn again if we return to the area.

• Marcel (9/5): Super Unterkunft für einen Besuch im Yosemite - Super Lage zum Yosemite NP. Es war alles sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Leider kein Frühstück. In Mariposa ist nicht viel zur Auswahl. Alles im Ort etwas teurer. Leider war am 2. Tag der Highway 140 gesperrt aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Dies nur zur Info vor der Abfahrt immer die Strecke zum Yosemite prüfen kann immer zu Sperrungen kommen.

A clearly designated smoking area outside. Great for a stop on the way to Yosemite. Not a deal breaker but it would be nice if the pool were open!

• madeleyg2026 (10/5): Great Stay - We visited Yosemite on a family trip and chose to stay at the Yosemite Inn, and it truly couldn’t have been a better decision. After long days of hiking, the bed was incredibly comfortable we practically melted into it. The shower amenities were fully stocked, which hasn’t always been our experience at other hotels, so that was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated having a mini fridge to keep our drinks cold, and the complimentary coffee was a great bonus in the mornings. We stayed in a two-bed room for my mom, daughter, my husband, and myself, and it worked out perfectly for our group. I would absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

• Hummer (8/5): - Für unseren Aufenthalt vom 2 Tagen hat es super geüasst Die Hofbeleuchrung ist so hell dass sie beim Vorhang vorbei das Zimmer erhellt. Für Hellhörigkeit des Gebäudes kann aber niemand etwas.

The good reviews were a clue and, even so, we were surprised by - The girl at the desk when we checked in was so nice and helpful (Kirsten, I think). The room was huge, very clean, in great condition and the beds were so comfortable. The bathroom was very well maintained. Everything was perfect.

• Maria (5/5): Hotel de paso para no más de 1 noche. - Es un hotel de paso para una noche y poco más.. La habitación es grande y sin grandes lujos. El baño regular, estaba roto el grifo de la bañera y no nos pudimos duchar. Afortunadamente solo pasamos una noche. Aunque estaba limpio, el aspecto que daba era de no estarlo. Me pareció caro para lo que ofrecen. Le hace falta una reforma al baño.

The location is super convenient — 2 minutes to a gas station, 5 minutes to Mariposa downtown for food and souvenirs, and about 45 minutes to Yosemite entrance. The room was spacious, clean, and the AC/heater worked perfectly. Plenty of free parking and the area felt very safe. The front desk lady was very kind and let us leave our luggage before check-in and processed everything early so we could just pick up the keys later. Really appreciated the hospitality. Would stay again!

We had very noisy people staying above us who stomped and crashed around and all night. This is not the fault of the hotel, just extremely inconsiderate people.

• denisserio (8/5): Very good experience - Out of the 3 budget hotels I stayed during my trip to California (also 1 in LA and 1 in SF), the Yosemite Inn was the best experience. The location is perfect in Mariposa for both those who want to go to the Yosemite Valley and also for those who want to see the Giant Sequoias in the Mariposa Grove. The room is huge and the bed is very comfortable. Staff was friendly. It didn't go unnoticed that the carpet is old and the shower is low. But again, not much of a hassle if you consider this is a budget hotel. I would recommend changing that to an even better experience.

• Alexandra (7/5): very clean, friendly staff. easy location - we didnt have breakfast - we stayed here as a stop over on our way to Yosemite. we arrived late in the evening . staff were very friendly, giving us directions and tips for the next morning. room was very comfortable, large and clean. we didnt stay here long enough to get a good feel for the area. rooms were a little more expensive than we would have liked considering we arrived ad 9pm and left at 0800.
