- Lynette (6/5): - Most plugs in room not working. No remote for TV. If the plugs were working it was only for a certain amount of time. We had 2 rooms, in 1 room shower had very little water pressure and in the other it wasnt working at all. Window in 1 room was broken so could not be closed. No heating in 1 room and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the duvets werent the best. No locks on bathroom doors
- Steve (6/5): Pas cher mais ca ne vaut pas cher! - Point positif, proximité avec la ville et la plage. A part ca, chambre avec un chauffage déficient, surtout qu'on le fermait la nuit et entre 10h00 et 15h00. Eau de la douche tiède, au mieux(pourtant système Triton?). Ma serviette n'a pas été changée durant mon séjour de 7 nuits (d'ailleurs aucun ménage de fait).
- Scott (10/5): Good for short breaks - The guy who ran the place was very helpful nothing was to much trouble, helped us with directions and an issue we had. Reasonably priced for what you get, beds were comfortable and we slept well. Parking at the rear of the property was a nice bonus.
- Sarah (4/5): - The owner is lovely, very welcoming. But unfortunately the property isn't up to standard, we had to change rooms on a couple of occasions. It was very noisy from other people staying there too. Bed was really uncomfortable, but owner did provide extra bedding to make it more comfortable.

- Shaun (10/5): An absolute Gem !!! - Absolutely amazing stay i had, at this hotel. I really enjoyed it. The owner was a very polite charming man who was extremely helpful to me. There's a lift in the hotel if you struggle with the stairs. My room was awesome, just what i needed. There was no issues what so ever. The hotel is located about 10 min walk to Blackpool South Rail Station, 5 min walk to the bus stop(Bus 11 Blackpool to Lytham/Bus 68 Blackpool to Preston). Attractions are with in easy reach too. I do apologies on my delayed response in sending my review, i thought i already did it 😂😉 but yes i made it back to Coventry ok after a good trip i had here in Blackpool so yes ill definitely come back !!! 🙂
- Martin (4/5): - This property is in a convenient location, but is in need of a major update and deep cleaning. Carpets leading to our room and on the stairs are dirty and needs major clean or even renewing. The room itself was quite poor in cleanliness and aesthetically. Floorboards move when walking towards shower room, needs a headboard so you can’t see the marks by the bed from people’s head, only one working electric socket in room - the second one by the table not working and comes away from the wall. The shower room and toilet was rusty and uninviting, the tiles had spongy things and grouting all over them. The good thing about this hotel was convenience to Blackpool itself and also it came with parking. Sorry but won’t be back until it’s been renovated and cleaned.

- Gemma (6/5): - Although clean at first glance, the fixtures and fittings were very tired and in some cases broken. The shower enclosure was filthy with mould at the bottom of the door and our sinks waste pipe wasn’t connected so when I poured a drink down there it poured out the bottom onto my shoes and the floor. I didn’t report this at the time as bar taking our money on arrival I didn’t see a member of staff throughout our entire stay. Whilst some noise is to be expected in a multi occupancy guest house, the walls were very thin to the extent we could hear phone notifications and alarm clocks from the next room. It was a very very cheap price considering it was peak season Bank holiday but clearly there’s a reason for such a low price.

- Melissa (10/5): Great Stay - Nice place to stay for a little get away. The hotel manager is very welcoming, the room was clean and towels and toiletries were provided. It is a 5 minute walk to the pleasure beach and sandcastle waterpark so we didnt have to pay for parking as it was included in our stay.

- Gary (10/5): Great stay - We just used it for getting head down. It was perfect location for water park and pleasure beach and south pier. Owners were friendly and hotel and rooms clean.

- Angela (10/5): Very good value, clean, welcoming accommodation - Very welcoming, clean and good value. The host, Victor, was very helpful and friendly. There ia also a small lift for those with mobility issues. They are no longer serving alcohol in the bar, however we were able to take our own drinks into the bar area and able to access the pool table free of charge. There was free parking at the back, though only enough room for about 4 cars. We enjoyed our stay and will return if we get the opportunity to do so. I would definitely recommend it.

- Maureen (8/5): Very happy stay , except no breakfast served. - The check in was very good , the owner was very friendly and helpful . He put us in a family room which was very nice of him , the room was very comfortable . The only downside was when we went downto the dining room around 9 am there was no one there , we waited around 15 minutes , but no one arrived . So we left our room keys in the drawer as suggested and left , and had to find a place to have some breakfast .
- Natalie (10/5): Decent little hotel - Hotel was better than expected. We stayed for 1 night to save on a round trip to Blackpool for the lights. Room was really clean and tidy. Bar was closed while we were there but this didnt bother us as we were out anyway. Perfect location. Not to far set back from the front but not close enough to interupt your nights sleep. Providing there is room we will be staying again next year.

- Gemma (6/5): - The host was pleasant. It wasn't obvious how to check-in as the host was in a staff only area and had to shout to get attention. The hotel is also in a poor condition i.e. several holes in the floor (near window and radiator). Tiles missing in the bathroom. For what we paid it was adequate but your typical run down Blackpool b&b.
- Amanda (2/5): - On arrival we could not find the property as no sign out front as per picture, a small sign on the wall outside was all we saw No bar area as advertised just a room and to supply own drinks, we searched for bed and breakfast included and on Seth Al were told no breakfast. As soon as we walked in the carpets were dirty and a smell of damp snd dirt. Hotel is very dated and in desperate need of a full revamp. Beds were old and dirty and ripped in places, carpets and I dirty room smelt of drains , shower just trickled when it was hot water, flooring did not go all the way to the sink , drawers were old and full of dust and a dead spider in one so had to keep clothes in bag, we never saw owners after checking in will definitely not be back

- Derek (10/5): Perfect for the price - We stayed for 3 nights and we can't complain. The room was small but had everything we needed and was very clean. The bathroom could do with updating and maybe having a better shower but for the price it was just what we needed. The couple that run the hotel were lovely and very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Never again. - Upon arrival the hotel is run down from the front and missing its signage. I rang the bell several times and got no answer. The door was open and called for someone and still no answer. I had to ring the hotels number to get service. Hardly welcoming. I was told where the room was, but not escorted to the room and no offer of taking my luggage. Walking to my room, the hotel is very run down, a far cry from its days as The White House under George. It looks as though no work has been done to mondernise the hotel.The rooms door handle was loose and not very secure and the lamp in the room doesnt work. The room itself was clean enough and the bed was confortable. The shower was like a trickle, no power what so ever and didnt look very clean on the tray. What surprised me was no one comes in to refill your coffee etc or provide clean cups. Also there is no bin in the room for your rubbish and even worse had i been female there is no bin in the bathroom. Apart from eventually getting checked in I never once saw the owner to be asked how the my stay was going or to check out. So, suffice to say i wont be staying again.

- Paul (2/5): Complaint - When we gt there i ad confirmation for 2 double beds one for my wife and 6 year old grandaughter one double for me the owner said wen we got there hotels .com ad changed board arrangement i walked in r room to find a double and 1 small camp bed im 18stone disabled person we ad to reach over kettle to turn tele on advertised bar theres no bar im in agony now we cudnt afford diff hotel as on banefits thanks
