Con respecto al personal, Uno de los que estaban en recepción, ( creo que era el jefe) Nada agradable, muy irónico y con mucha falta de empatia. No te hacia la estancia agradable.

Jeanne (10/5): - Une auberge où on se sent comme à la maison ! Le personnel est adorable et vous fait en plus des pancakes maison minute tous les matins ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent. L'emplacement est parfait, on peut faire énormément de choses à pieds et les stations de métro sont proches. Certes les lits ne sont pas hyper confortables et nous sommes un petit peu à l'étroit dans le dortoir mais tout est propre et bien insonorisé. Nous avons passé un super séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir ! Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Zummo (7/5): Très sympathique et peut dispendieux ce qui fait du bien - Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, spécialement a l’accueil. Le hall d’entrée /Salon est parfait pour travailler. Déjeuner un peu plus tôt vs quelqu’un qui est sur place pour affaire. J’ai un chambre très petite, j’étais avec ma conjointe, petit détail : pas de verre sur place. Peut être rappeler aux gens qu’il n’y pas de savon ni shampooing dans les chambre…c’est pas grave faut juste le rappeler aux chambreurs.

Ekaterina (5/5): - Расположение, приветливый персонал, было чисто и красиво в номере. Дают маленькие полотенца для душа, кровать слишком жесткая. Отдельный номер находится на 3 этаже, лифта нет, лестница крутая (если есть проблемы с ногами, то номер не подойдет). Окна выходят на улицу с автомобильным движением 24/7.

J'ai été très satisfaite de mon choix. Très joliment décorée, elle est confortable et fonctionnelle. Le petit-déjeuner est top ! Les pancakes sont préparés devant nous ! Du café et de l'eau chaude sont disponibles à toute heure ! Et il y a un congélateur avec des repas tout prêts à un prix plus que raisonnable vu la qualité ! Rien

4def34ef72167098424746d57b55dd5d (5/5): Not for me - The location is good not far away from Old Montreal (around 20mins walk). Welcoming staff. The property needs some serious work and the pictures don’t really look like what you find on site. There is a strong smell of smoke and everything from furniture to the walls needs work and replacing.
