Guest Reviews
- Pat (9/5): The property was ideal for our weekend stay our host was very helpful and easy to contact - The location was quite central and near to attractions - mostly walking distance
- Andrew (9/5): -
- Rafael (8/5): -
- Fortugno (10/5): Pleasent - The flat is little and cozy, all cleaned before our arrival.
The owner is welcoming and always available
Close to the centre, you can walk easily .
- Jo (10/5): Excellent location for all Belfast has to offer - Great location, tesco on the corner and 15 minute walk to town. Nice, safe and quiet area Nothing
- Raymond (9/5): -
- Celia (8/5): It was nice for a short stay - It was in a convenient spot, Tesco at the end of the road, clean and comfortable , and convenient for local buses. The weather had changed, and it was quite cool at times. There were no hand towels . The shower gel and shampoo were cheap ones probably left by a previous visitor. Not enough toilet rolls. It was a very busy area, being in the University quarter, lots of students.
- Jacqueline (9/5): Great location with easy access to the city and the botanical gardens. - Great location. Good communication from hosts. 2nd bedroom quite small but it was a city centre flat so can understand this.
- Moos Luna (8/5): -
- Joanna (8/5): -
- HineyWall (9/5): -
- Anne-catherine (8/5): - Emplacement, propreté et parking devant. Dimension réduite du lit double. Pour 4, l'équipement est un peu juste avec une salle de bain réduite et un seul WC, sinon le reste est bien.
- Kieran (10/5): -
- Sean (9/5): Superb - Very well appointed and a perfect location for exploring the city. Very comfortable beds. Great communication with the owner before and after. Literally the only tiny thing we'd change would be a slightly more powerful shower but this had no impact on our stay at all!
- Sylvia (8/5): Christmas shopping trip. - Location was ideal for City centre, shopping etc. Everything we needed was provided and beds were comfortable. Owner was helpful. Will return.
- Joanna (9/5): Superb - Brilliant location
- Nicki (10/5): Great place to stay and very central - Property was lovely and clean and spacious
- Erika (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mathijs (9/5): Great stay, very tidy and affordable! - It was very tidy and had all the facilities you need for a short stay. Also, it was really affordable and at walking distance from the city centre!
- Antonio (8/5): Very good - Reasonably quiet street/area but easy walk to city centre and some very nice pubs/shops. Could do with a couple of things renewing/modernising (ie poor shower and a bit of decorating) but didn’t spoil our stay.
- Lindsay (10/5): Excellent stay for a girls weekend. Host was great, easy and no hassle to get in to the apartment. Lovely and clean wi - The location was great. Bars and shops on the Main Street which was a 2 min walk.- The pressure in the shower is not great
- Sally (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment close to all tourist attractions tesco on your doorstep comfortable and clean everything we needed lovely host
- Thomas (9/5): A great choice, a great find. - The apartment was in an excellent location.
Everything was exceptionally clean and stylish.
Facilities were more than adequate and nothing was tatty with everything in full working order
All four of us staying agreed we had made a great choice in choosing this apartment. Nothing really, we had no complaints at all.
Only thing I can think of is we found the key box a bit difficult to get open.
- Jemma (9/5): Superb -
- H (7/5): Good -
- Sean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kimberly (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great, easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
My mum said her bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and her room was a good size with lots of space for clothes, etc.
Host was nice and responded quickly to all contact before and during stay. Bit disappointed with cleanliness. After all the positive reviews I was expecting better. I had to clean out the plughole in the bathtub which was full of hair and a shelf with stains in fridge myself. The drain in the bath was clogged up and the water didn't drain properly when we were showering. The owner offered to send the cleaner back but it seemed a bit pointless so I did it myself.
The twin bed was okay to sleep on but mattress a bit uncomfortable. Probably fine for kids, though.
For the cost, I expected better standards.
- Michael (9/5): Superb - The units were fabulous. Spotless and with every comfort. Once we got in, that is. Booking.com did not have the correct phone number for the owner. Meant that we were stuck outside until helped by the taxi driver. This is not the first time that Booking.com has not provided me with the correct phone prefix for the local area code. Not good enough. I don't blame the owner. I blame Booking.com.
- Anonymous (10/5): Loved it! - Really liked the fact the owner got it ready for us a lot earlier than normal check in time, and rang us to let us know.
Location was fab. Only small criticism was no bath mat in an unusually shaped bath made friends very wary in shower.
- Ian (10/5): We had a great time. Our host Alan couldn’t have been more helpful when we lost the key. - Great central location. Very comfy for the four us. Would certainly recommend.
- Patricia (8/5): Very good -
- Doug (8/5): Great location close to the sights. - The location so close to the city and transport was excellent. It was good having the kitchen facilities to cater for ourselves. Allan was easy to communicate with and gave us helpful information when he handed us the keys. Nice modern feel to the decor. Definitely smaller than the photos make it look. The second bedroom was very tiny, with no room to put suitcases. It would be fine for a family with children but we were four adults.
- Beverly (10/5): Overall we were extremely happy with our choice of apartment and found it to be exactly as listed. - The location was excellent as it was only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the city centre. There was a grocery store, pub and drug store less than 5 minutes away and the grocery store proved to be very convenient for picking up items for supper and the next days lunches as we toured Belfast. It was in a very quiet neighbourhood and extremely comfortable to stay in. The little extras provided upon arrival were very much appreciated. There was a problem with the internet after a few days which was a problem for us as our Canadian phones do not work overseas and we needed to research our routes and places of interest for the next day. However, Alan contacted the local provider and everything seemed to be fixed within 24 hours..
- Elizabeth (8/5): Great apartment - The apartment was great. Fantastic area and near to all facilities None
- Debra (8/5): Enjoyed our stay - Good location, clean 2nd bedroom is very small, all suit cases had to be kept in the lounge room and no dryer
- Yoxin (8/5): Very good -
- Boris (8/5): Awesome - The location within Belfast and the owner is a fantastic guy!
- Mike (8/5): Very good -
- Stuart (9/5): Great location! - Great location , 10 minutes walk from Belfast City Hall . Plenty of restaurants etc within a few minutes walk. Apartment was well kitted out . Excellent communication from owner.
- Mccombs (10/5): Exceptional - Location cleaness
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Begum (10/5): great little stay in Belfast, cheap and plenty of shops nearby. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Great play are - Situated in a quiet corner but not far from the city centre and Dublin road where you have plenty of pubs for drinking.
The property itself was very comfortable; it felt like you were staying in your own house. Everything was in working order too.
The beds were highly comfortable, but I am missing the comfort of the bed, if anything. plenty of space to put your belongings away in. Although from the outside, the property looks small, it is very spacious inside.
As it is a self-catering apartment, we just popped into the local Tesco. The pots and dinnerware were incredibly clean. For those who wouldn’t like to cook themselves, there are plenty of food shops and restaurants on Dublin road and the city centre which is 5 min walk away.
If you are a family like myself, a play area is right around the corner, which can be seen from the property. Nice little play area for little and bigger children. It is also disability friendly, so those children who require a wheelchair also have plenty of play opportunities.
The host was great too, always at hand should you require him or have general questions. We are considering making this an annual trip at this property because the apartment and host were lovely. loved everything. there wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like.
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matt (10/5): Clean, comfortable and the property owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended - Clean, comfortable and the property owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
- Zoe (10/5): Really enjoyable stay - Alan's apartment is spacious clean and comfortable the beds are comfortable. Location your close to all tourist attractions and great restaurants 10min walk to the centre of Belfast so couldn't be more central. Alan met us for check-in and give us loads of good info he also replies quickly. Would definitely recommend.
- Margaret (10/5): Excellent - Lovely apartment in great location walking distance to all attractions lots of restaurants on your doorstep 10min walk to city centre so dont need a car. The apartment is very clean and comfortable the free WiFi and free parking was ideal for us. Alan the host greeted us and showed us around and give us loads of local information he's a lovely guy I would highly recommend and will be back again. Nothing
