• Wiebe (7/5): - Prima hotel, en vlakbij het vliegveld. Denk erom: het restaurant is gesloten en ook biertjes kun je er niet meer krijgen (maar via Grab/Go-Jek is alles natuurlijk te bestellen). En voor een snelle hap is er een MacDonalds tegenover het hotel

• cecilia pirino (5/5): Comodo ma non pulito - Purtroppo la camera era sporca. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato tanti moscerini e farfalline in camera, sia morti sul pavimento che vivi. Anche gli asciugamani erano macchiati. Il personale gentile e disponibile. La struttura è vicinissima all'aeroporto quindi comodo per passarci una notte. La colazione era inclusa ma erano delle box che prenotavi la sera prima e dovevi andare a ritirare alla reception. A parte la posizione, nel complesso assolutamente non sufficiente
• Raquel (4/5): - Que de los que habìa cerca del aeropuerto, era el que mejor puntuación tenía. Hotel caro relación calidad-precio, baño muy viejo y sàbanas con alguna mancha. En definitiva, la mejor alternativa cerca del aeropuerto.
• Kophie (2/5): Very poor - Location to airport was good and close for the morning and staff were nice. All the walls were covered in mould, bathroom was dirty, felt unsafe, there was a sign at the entrance way in Indonesian warning people not to do any criminal activity in the hotel or the police will be called (drugs, human traffiking) which scared us

• Aina (6/5): Okay close to airport - Close to the airport, spacious room and close to restaurants. The staff did not speak English at all. Still, we could communicate with Translator support, but it would help if they speak at least basic English. Breakfast was cold because it was ordered from a different place. If they do not have kitchen, easier solution is to give a voucher to have breakfast in the closest restaurant.

• Irfan (7/5): Good - Quite good room Please clean the room nicely. As I am paying for executive room. Bathroom property rusted everywhere. Bed cover I got itchy. Many water marks on bed cover which I dunno what marks are there.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Noisy, because of its location which is very close to Juanda Airport. Hot shower does not function properly. Terrible TV. OK breakfast.
• Dorothy (6/5): Good value for money . - Ok, service was friendly, but not very efficient ,slow and did not quite get things done. First room had an annoying mechanical noise that I complained about . They changed my room to a quieter room straight away . They were well aware of the problem. Had to chase after towels then got them much later twice. Though the floors through the hotel were shinny the edges and walls needed a clean. Food was ok but only Indonesian . For Java it was all over above standard but nowhere like Bali standards . Still good value understanding the cultural differences.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good for price - This hotel isn't far from airport which was convenient for us. It is cheap and hotel staff were helpful and room was clean and comfortable enough.
• John Hans (10/5): Perfect! - Excellent place for transit. Close to the airport, airport transfer available, good service, pleasant staff. This is my first review, but have stayed at this hotel several time and will always choose this one. If I need transit, this is the place for me. Room service is good. The menu limited but quite adequate for a hungry person. Plenty of eating places just outside the hotel. Price of a room is competitive, but the "twin beds" are big enough for two people. It is a pleasure to stay at the Sinar.
