Le gros bémol la literie honnêtement pour un hôtel de la catégorie Hayatt je m’attendais à une meilleure qualité de matelas ! J’ai très mal dormi matelas très dure heureusement que je ne suis restée que 2 nuits .
- Verena (10/5): - The staff was amazing The only point was on the last evening as we needed to departure at 03.00 am and we where already out of dinner in tagahzout i still got hungry at around 22.00 pm as we played the whole day golf and surf. So I asked as there where only tapas available and i saw a kid eating a burger if i might have one. The waiter than got a little bit angry as he told me it is for kids. I told him it is not abut the price it is because i am hungry and i do not like tapas. He served the burger anyway but in a very rude mood, which was not that nice after spented almost 2.000 € on champagne the whole week.

A localização é um pouco distante e a variedade de restaurante também é limitada. O que menos gostei foi a distinção que fazem aos clientes dos dois hotéis da mesma cadeia Hyatt (ambos com 5 estrelas) no apoio de praia. Não me parece aceitável, existirem dois espaços distintos sendo totalmente discriminatórios.

- Werner (8/5): Komfortabler Aufenthalt mit Einschränkungen - Es ist für Marokko schon eine komfortable Unterkunft. Die Lage oberhalb des Meeres ist sehr schön, der Weg zum Strand entlang der Straße aber zu weit und wenig attraktiv. Daher ist die Möglichkeit klasse, mit shuttle oder eigenem Auto zum Hyatt Regency fahren zu können, Parken ist dort kostenlos. Dann gibt es einen Privatstrand für das Hyatt Place mit Liegen und festen Schirmen. Warum man den separat anlegt neben dem etwas komfortabler bestückten Strand des Hyatt Regency, hat sich uns nicht erschlossen. Ach ja, und das Frühstück im Hyatt Place war absolut top! In manchen Bewertungen wird die Einrichtung des Hotels heftig kritisiert. Wir finden das etwas übertrieben. Ja, manches ist defekt und ein bisschen abgewohnt, und wenn man richtig viel Geld bezahlt, geht das eigentlich nicht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist problematisch. In der schönen Poolanlage müsste man mehr auf Sauberkeit achten.

Tout était parfait : l’accueil, le personnel adorable, l’hôtel très beau et bien situé, le petit-déjeuner délicieux et le spa au top. Mention spéciale à Amel du Kids Club ainsi qu’à Fatimazara. AMEL a été exceptionnelle par sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme avec nos enfants, qui ne voulaient plus quitter le Kids Club ! Grâce à elle, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour en toute sérénité. Sa présence au Kids Club a vraiment été le gros plus de notre séjour. Un immense merci !

La chambre pour 3, trop petite, le canapé lit c'était un petit canapé. J'ai appelé pour qu’ils viennent préparer le "canapé lit" et je me suis rendue compte que la couverture avait de grosse traces rouges à l'intérieur. Du côté ou je me suis couvert pendant la première nuit. Je laisse rarement des commentaires mais la c'était pas simplement une petite tâche, c'était .... Pas de produit pour la salle de bain, tous vides, même si j'avais ce qu'il fallait. Désolé pour le com négatif c'est juste pour essayé d'avancer. Et je reviendrais inchallah.

Dès l’arrivée, il a fallu attendre que la chambre soit prête, apres des heures de route cest pas vraiment ideal. Les tapis des chambres sont très sales. Le coffre-fort ne fonctionne pas, tout comme le téléphone du room service. Une mauvaise odeur est présente dans les couloirs, et l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel manque de vie. C’est un hôtel avec beaucoup de potentiel, mais qui souffre clairement d’un manque d’entretien et d’attention aux détails.

- Travel30192478238 (2/5): Shocking service so disappointed - I just experienced a stay here with 3 friends and the staff are beyond f.u.k.i.n.g horrible , the food is worse than d.o.g s.h.i.t and I'm alarmed at the service , I have visited many regions in Morocco and the food and staff are one off the worst i have ever encountered in my life since I began travelling , we were here to celebrate my friend's birthday and you all have ruined the experience for her, I will never recommend this hotel to no one , the facilities and hotel is beautiful but your staff and the quality off food , is way below , what is acceptable and you need to employ better staff that provide excellent service to their hotel guests and chefs that actually know how to cook , they are letting the hotel down considerably and will affect tourists from visiting here

- Marek (10/5): Kwietniowy wypad - Piękne widoki na ocean, hotel na wzgórzu, przy polu golfowym - można się nauczyć grać lub potrenować. Polecamy pokoje z widokiem na morze. Urozmaicone posiłki. Dobra lokalizacja na wycieczki do Marakeszu lub Agadiru. Bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel. Wygodne pokoje. W kwietniu ładna pogoda i temperatura ok. Polecamy ba rodzinny pobyt.

- pip998899 (10/5): Enjoyable experience - Just enjoying our last day by the pool Nice hotel with good pools and lovely garden area for relaxing Views across the ocean are nice Only had B&B, heard mixed reports about evening food, didn’t affect us , breakfast was fine. We ate out at Pure Passion restaurant, a 20 minute walk down hill from the hotel, lovely restaurant and bar. Nothing much else in terms of stuff to walk to locally, especially for alcoholic drinks. Tried Taghazout town, world of waves restaurant, awful, stayed local after that. Staff very good including room cleaning girl. We came for 8 nights relaxation and that’s what we got so very happy. - fahimk837 (10/5): Amazing stay and the staffs service was amazing! - From the check in all the way to check out, the experience was amazing. Rihab and Kareem were exceptional, they gave us really good rooms, made sure we were all on the same floor and gave us lots of travel tips for around Agadir. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel, it was very comfortable, airy and spacious. There were a lot of amenities and great food options. The location is a bit out from Agadir, however it was always sunny and we had access to the pools and sun beds here too. The hotel was very clean, great value and it wasn't noisy at all, especially in the nights.

Manque de réactivité du personnel de chambre (arrivée à 14h00, canapé lit fait à 21h30 malgré 3 relances) Bruyant coté route (chambre vue mer partielle) Carrelage piscine et alentours, cassé ou manquant Manque de parasols Qualité des serviettes de piscine médiocre Fermeture des piscines à 18h00 Plage avec transats pas digne de l'hôtel / inutile Animation enfant quasi inexistante Bref, moins bien qu'en 2023 et 2024.

- Ilham (9/5): Super séjour, détente, agréable, ambiance sereine! - Cet hôtel est très bien situé, en hauteur avec une vue sur l’océan et la baie de Taghazout. Les équipements, la piscine, les communs sont parfaits… nous avons passé un super séjour. Le personnel est aux petits soins, serviable, mention spéciale à tous ceux qui contribuent aux conforts des vacanciers, femmes de chambres, personnel de cuisine… un grand merci Les housses de matelas des cabanons autour de la piscine et aux abords du golf devraient être nettoyés…

- Devonshire100 (10/5): A wonderful restful stay in a beautiful hotel - We had the best time! From the warmth of the welcome to the comfort of the hotel and delicious food. We came for a rest and some relaxation and that’s what we got. The spa was fabulous and the wonderful staff gave us the best massages plus tea and a space to chill. Thank you, we will certainly return.
- Hicham (7/5): Der Besuch der Örtlichkeit immer wieder gern, allerdings ein anders Hotel. - Die Örtlichkeit und die Anlage. Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass das Bett für unsere Tochter nicht vorbereitet war. Zudem standen im Zimmer nicht ausreichend Handtücher für drei Personen zur Verfügung. Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise an der Rezeption wurde unser Anliegen nicht umgehend und zufriedenstellend gelöst, sodass wir mehrmals nachfragen mussten. Wir hätten uns hier einen besseren Service und eine sorgfältigere Vorbereitung des Zimmers gewünscht.

Le service est de grande qualité du début à la fin. Le petit déjeuner était également un vrai point fort : copieux, varié et avec des produits de qualité.

- Olivier (9/5): Parfait hôtel pour séjour en famille réussi à Agadir - Tout est parfait et en accord avec le tarif: hyper accueillant, personnel très agréable, professionnel et serviable, lits confortables, toutes les chambres ont une terrasse avec une très belle vue, sur océan c’est encore mieux! 1 piscine chauffée, 1 piscine petits enfants + une superbe piscine Vue sur le golf et la baie Repas fabuleux, beaucoup de choix Déjeuner possible sur la terrasse près des piscines Beaucoup de transats, fauteuils banquettes pour s’installer. Table de ping-pong avec matériel disponible facilement Spa +++ Calme+++ À conseiller si on a les moyens Petit détail: Dommage pour le billard et le baby foot que les gens abîment le matériel!
- nicholam693 (2/5): Not for families - This hotel is TERRIBLE for families. You have to ask them to refill the toilet roll in the communal toilets at least three times and complain at reception before they action it. The staff around the pool bar are useless, you will wait at least 1 hour for pool food with a family larger than 2 people, there is also no order to when food arrives, the table next to you, who order 30 minutes later, will likely receive their food first. You cannot access drinking water quickly unless you go upstairs to the shop, which is a concern when you have children. The wait for children’s ice-creams is so long that it arrives fully melted. Many of the staff are stood around doing absolutely nothing. The children’s entertainment team are excellent and the reception and room cleaning staff do their best. This hotel needs a lot of work but we will not return to find out if they enforce any changes.
