Although it is directly behind the freeway, it is very quiet....you don't hear the traffic....you don't hear noise from the other room guests.....you definitely are able to get a good night's sleep....Staff was friendly....Vallejo's best motel....all the others are rowdy, noisy, and unsafe...will definitely return again...

Frank (10/5): - The motel is very old and outdated but has everything that a person would need and is located off the beaten pathh. I was very comfortable here and actually more relaxed than I have ever been in a long time. Slept like a baby. The only drawback I could see is that this motel doesn't accept pets, so if you have a pet.. forget this place. Very friendly staff. I have absolutely no complaints about this place or the staff. Thank you staff and management I really enjoyed my stay

Charles (8/5): - Compared to the way it used to be, this place is like a new world! Everything is clean and freshly painted. They keep the place up nicely. The rooms are not the Four Seasons, but they are clean and in good condition. Each room has a microwave and fridge, and even a little coffeemaker. The TV service has been upgraded. Not the greatest neighborhood, but for the price it is a good place. I commend management for turning this place around.
Korinna (4/5): - The aera was fine for California. The staff was very nice. The seem to be clean, the next day I found my but and legs with bed bug bites. The grosses thing I have ever experienced. I call in and the staff said they would treat the room. How about a refund of my room.
Trena (6/5): Not a 7 out of 10 motel - I don’t know how this place is a 7 out of 10. First off I reserved a non smoking queen room. Front desk lied an said I reserved a queen smoking room. I asked if they had non smoking queen he said no but I’ll give you a nice king smoking room. I took that room. If you call the room he gave me nice I hate to see what not nice looks like. Bathroom was ok. Bed was hard, look like bug stain on wall, graffiti on lamp, dresser scratched up missing knobs, stained up chair, at least the sheets smelled clean and like bleach.

Ben (4/5): - Room is clean, but poor maintenence. AC was not working when i initially got there and took awhile for it to start up. Knob of the bathtub/shower is broken, and it was difficult to get hot water running. The fire alarm battery was low, so it beeps for few hours. I told front desk, they said they'll replace the battery soon - by the time they were available for the fix the beeping already stopped, which was probably about a few hours later because I fell asleep in between waiting for service. Despite not being a smoking room, it somewhat reek of smoke in the bathroom.

Charles (10/5): - It give it a 5 not because it is a 5 star motel, but because it is far superior to.similarly priced motels in the area. If you stayed here in the past, it is nothing like it was. The rooms all have microwaves and fridges and a little in room coffeemaker. The place is very clean, everything is freshly painted, the rooms are clean and pretty decent. I give the current management lots of credit. They have always been good to me and they obviously try hard to keep up a good motel. They have decent vending machines, a working ice maker and a laundry for guests. While the neighborhood is rough, the motel itself is quiet and they have security at night. For the price it is good and far better than most of the other low priced motels around here.

Gai (2/5): Disappointed - The room was very drab. Ugly mismatched curtains and bed spread. The first night was just ok. The second night I saw a roach in my room. I was given another room, but I was so uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well at all. I won't be back.

Jeromy (10/5): Solid. Will Stay Again. - I was pleasantly surprised with the Motel 7. Our check-in was nice, the concierge accommodating and friendly. Our rooms were clean and everything worked, it was an overall comfortable stay. Being in Vallejo and travelling with expensive equipment, I was most impressed with their security system and their on-site security guard. I slept rather soundly knowing I didn't have to worry about our vehicles getting broken into in the middle of the night. We'll likely be staying here next time we're in town...

CB (8/5): Greqt for the value! - Was alittle hard to find bc its on a small.road next to the interstate but after i finally found it, it was really nice. They put me and my son close to the front which was nice. Comfortable bed and clean. Nice hotel esp for bwing a 2 star in Vallejo!

Sean (8/5): A place to sleep and get ready. 7.5/10 - All the staff was nice to me. Front desk gave me a discount on my room when i checked in. Didn't even ask for it. The property looks nice and was clean when I took walks around. The area the motel is located isn't the best; but Starbucks and 7-11 are a minute drive. A bunch of restaurants and shopping are less than 10 mins off the freeway. My room wasn't the best but by far not the worst. The room was a non-smoking and smelt like it was a smoking in the past. I was just using the room to sleep and get ready in. So I got all I needed out of the room. One big plus was the full size refrigerator with a giant freezer. Shower worked great and the water was always hot. Overall, I liked the place and could see myself staying again. 7.5/10
juan (10/5): Out the way but worth it - The hotel was fine, we stayed on top of the office which was good, they had a security guard patrolling which was good. The rooms were updated and have a full on fridge. The only downfall to it was the lock didn’t work but the door did close other then that everything was good. I would be staying here again if I visit six flags again.
Corina (2/5): You get what you pay for - Checking into my room was super easy and quick, however the rooms were not cleaned properly, room service ruffled through my luggage pulling various items out. Dead bolt did not work on the door therefore I used a dresser to block the door beings it’s on a shady side of town.

There were hairs everywhere on the linens. The sheets were soiled and dirty. I raised the issues with front desk and the house keeping staff made-up the beds, saying that she wasn't the one who had worked on this room! The room is noisy near a major highway. Not worth the money at this place. The hotel is filthy.

Verified traveler (2/5): - The staff was nice however my sheets had what appeared to be a huge pee stain on the top sheet. I was woke up extremely early to someone pounding on a door to a room near by screaming for a man (using his name) to wake his a** up now he knows he is in there etc… we left after checking in and came back after dark and the parking lot was completely full with not a single place to park I had to go inside and ask at the desk what we should do and they had us park in a no parking zone and assured us they would look after the cars (we had 2 rooms) there were even broken down cars in the back of the lot I am assuming belonged to the guests that stayed 28 days at a time?? We even looked for rooms nearby to leave but without any luck we had to stay. I slept as much as I could sitting up in a chair until I was able to get back on the road and find a different place to stay. We will NEVER stay here again!! Or rent a room we have not seen prior the pics did not show the actual motel conditions and the reviews I read had to be paid to write them or written by friends. This place was horrible except the staff at the desk was very nice!!!

William (8/5): Nice Strange Tub Fixtures - The bath tub fixtures were new and nice, but they only ran either hot or cold. It was not possible to mix the water temperature and use the shower in #201. So I had to run water in the tub in order to bathe.
