Contactless check in was easy and the location was quiet. Room was clean and well arranged for comfort. Water pressure was a slight issue in the morning otherwise very good. Could have used more milk for tea.

The room smelled bad, the motel is next to a busy loud road. we couldn't leave our windows open. all the noise from the other rooms can be heard easily. good for a one night stay, but not a longer one we had.

- Malory (9/5): Cozy but comfy - Loved the location to where we needed it. Loved the self check in service, especially helpful for those late night check ins. Beds were comfy and very spacious. Bathroom was a little outdated but worked well. Signs of mould growing in parts of the grout/silicone throughout the bathroom. The place offered dishes and tea towel etc… but nothing to wash them up to reuse, leaving a small bottle of washing liquid and cloth would have been handy. Parking was not big enough for 4WDs and hated not having a dedicated spot with room number.

Excellent motel , thumbs 👍 up . Shower pressure wasn't very strong, but that is minor, it's no problem. And the shutter windows in bathroom were fixed open and I couldn't shut, which is also no problem, but it may be in winter.

Loved that we are able to step outside on the small balcony to sit and relax. Definitely booking again when we are visting Newcastle. Parking isn't save for you so high chance you might lose your spot and steal someone else spot. Honestly not really a big deal for us.

- Marianne (6/5): It was an okay stay - The room is very well equipped. It was also a bit bigger than it looked in the photos, which was a very nice surprise. The motel is also very well located, close to everything, which made getting around really easy. The staff was rude and unpleasant, and not welcoming at all. It felt like any question or issue with the room was a major inconvenience for them. The bed sheets were dusty and the toilet in our room was also constantly running, even when we tried to flush it properly. The air conditioning made a constant low humming noise throughout the stay.

We could order takeaway food and have it delivered which is great after a 8.5 hour drive. Towels were amazingly soft and fluffy, coffee pod machine an added bonus ! Free toiletries were of high quality and smelt lovely. Parking right outside our door with key pad code, no looking for door key. Motel was located in a great area central to most venues. - 김ᅩᅧᅣᅢᅵ혜경 (10/5): - 시티, 비치 모두 가까워서 위치는 너무 좋았어요. 주변에 작은 클럽 안에 있는 중국식당도 훌륭했구요. 숙소 주인도 너무 친절하고 필요한 부분 넘 친절하게 도와줬어요. 도착해서 후진하다가 튀어나온 계단부분을 확인하지 못하고 뒷문을 박아서 차량이 파손되는 일이 있었어요. 그 주차공간에 저뿐만 아니라 다른 사람들도 같은 경험을 했을 것 같았어요. 그 부분을 주차하지 못하게 막아두면 더 좋을 것 같다는 생각을 했어요. 굳이 언급하는 이유는 저와 같은 실수를 하지 않길 바라는 마음에 알려드려요~ 다른부분은 모두 훌륭했어요. 방이 엄청 넓어서 아이들이랑 편하게 지낼수 있었고, 청소도 깨끗하게 잘해주셨어요. 특히 사장님 너무 친절하시구요~

Close to everything, Bar Beach, Kotara and easy to get to the university. Could have a full length mirror in the room. Then after me having to keep pushing for an answer they turn around and threaten to cancel my booking. Do better. Not hard to answer a question
- Noreply (9/5): Overall, a great place to stay and we would come back. - We stayed for 2 nights, 4 adults mid- week. It was great we were accommodated on the ground floor as requested as we had Grandma with us. The coffee machine was lovely. The microwave and bowls and plates with cutlery made it easy to eat-in and the place had air conditioning as well as a fan. We would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends. There was very little bench space in the bathroom so washing up was a challenge.

- Kurien (1/5): Pathetic experience - The cleaning staff were nice and friendly Please avoid this place like the 'PLAGUE'. The bathroom was dingy and did not have a proper lock. The front desk was maned by an uncouth fellow who claimed to have 3 decades of experience in hospitality with no sense of manners or etiquettes. This place is infested with bugs and when this was brought to this chap's attention (with pictures), he got extremely agitated and started screaming categorically that it was not a bedbug. He even had the audacity to state that this is Australia and that they apparently had many bugs - asking us to suck it up and suffer. When we refused to move into one of the other pest infected mangers (rooms) in his fine establishment; he gave us 1/2 hr to vacate the room. Pathetic and at the same time scary experience at the hands of a very unprofessional manager. He needs to understand that a partial refund does not compensate for this kind of treatment.

The beds were comfortable. The place was very clean and smelled nice when we arrived. The area was nice and quiet so we all had a good night sleep. It’s an excellent value for money so I would definitely stay there again.
