• Paul (2/5): Black mold ruins the whole thing, full stop. - The room and sheets were clean The fridge had black mold growing in and was absolutely nasty and unusable. I am pretty sure the air in the room had to have been terrible for us, so we opened the only window. We would have left but everything was booked that weekend.

I was in room 105, every time I turned the heat on when the room got warm the smoke detector would beep. I had to go purchase a blanket since the office closed early that night. I was cold.

• Lorenda (7/5): For an older establishment it was as expected. It could use some paint on the bathroom baseboard. - The location was great. The room was clean. The staff were nice and very helpful. The room was set up with two beds but you could not watch the TV from either one. The receptacles for charging devices were not easily accessible. There was only one mirror over the sink.
• Lauri (6/5): It was an ok place to sleep in order to catch an early morning ferry. - The location was good, making catching an early morning ferry easy. It was also near the restaurants and such, an easy walk away. The AC was a floor model which made a lot of noise and had a difficult time cooling the room. Using a floor fan to push the cool air helped somewhat but added to the noise, making for a not very restful night’s sleep. I feel the cost for one night was a little steep given the discomfort.

Given the location (downstairs 128) & size, you could probably eliminate the old desk and replace it with a small table & chair. Not enough room for that.The corner chair needs to be replaced or steam cleaned. Please update the bathroom, knees stick out past the door. This hotel is a classic and has loads of potential! Upgrade & make it special. Small room with old desk & chair which took up too much space. Outdated bathroom. Poor ventilation even with a window fan. Upgrade, please, this place has so much potential.

• Mark (3/5): Not worth it. - Location Old, worn, grubby facilities. Vastly overpriced for what it offers. They charge what they do because they know they can due to limited options in the area. It’s worth about $50/night not the $180 I paid.

• Kayla (4/5): The price was more than the stay was worth. - the size of the room was perfect for me because I was by myself and the tv had a lot of channels I could flip through. The bathroom smelled like pee :/ there was a night where I got back around 8:30 and there was no parking anywhere, and had to wait and hope someone would leave so I could park. I wish there was a small fridge, especially because there was a microwave in the room.

Gunk on walls and doors, ground in dirt/stained vinyl tub stickers, lots of old worn chips in fixtures and trim of course (expected that- meh) Pillows were hard and lumpy and blankets obviously not washed between guests. Parking too tight and weird off alley. I can't believe companies have the nerve to charge the current insane prices for us to worry about disease and bed bugs

• Tamara (5/5): - Place was very clean. The only real negative was that it was on the main highway, so it was very noisy at night. Customer service was very good as I left 2 pillows behind and they called to tell me that I had left them and offered to fed ex the pillows to me. That was very nice. Like I already mentioned, location is noisy. I don't think this can be helped. Oh, and it 'air fresher' that was used was sickenly sweet -- like they were trying to cover up a previous smoking room. I didn' t smell smoking effects though.

The room meet my expectations for quality at the price point and was clean, comfortably furnished and well-located. No AC, and there was a ton of traffic noise with the window fan running so we took it out and closed the window but that made it very hot in the room overnight. There was no coffee in the lobby in the morning even though a coffee setup is shown

• De haes (1/5): Pratique car proche du ferry mais à éviter - Proche du ferry terminal L’accueil fut grossier. Dame vraiment désagréable. Impossible de prendre une douche car eau froide : la dame de l’accueil m’a juste dit grossièrement que c’était parce que tout le monde avait pris sa douche en même temps 🤔 Wifi très mauvais voire inexistant. Suite à mon commentaire, l'hôtel me propose une compensation vu que mon séjour ne fut pas "agréable" mais leur réponse est la suivante (après plusieurs rappels de ma part) : "Hello, sorry for the delayed reply. We would be happy to work with you since your stay was unpleasant but because you prepaid we can not give you any compensation on the card. thank you" Je me demande encore pourquoi le message se termine par "THANK YOU" :-(
