Guest Reviews
- Michael (6/5): Okay for a night - It wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t clean Felt a little dirty
- Lizzie (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Kimberly (3/5): Don't recommend! - The location. The whole room needs updating. It's so out dated you just can't get it clean. It was gross. The springs poking me in the bed all night. It smelled. Good thing I had slippers to wear because the carpet was disgusting 🫣
- Korey (9/5): -
- Nicholas (6/5): -
- Michelle (2/5): Dive - The owners did not read the entire reservation. Charged me $20 per night PER dog (2). No change of linens, no stocked coffee, a very large dilapidated rv was allowed to park sideways in the front, the entire time, my daughter was afraid. Fire alarm is hardwired to ceiling in front of bathroom and kept going off with steam from shower. Lawn was not mowed, weeds in landscaping. It looked like a flop house for druggies. My dogs are well behaved. We left 2 days early and the owner said nothing.
- Mike (5/5): -
- Erick (5/5): - Parking for my boat and the price. The bed was very uncomfortable.
- Mark (5/5): - Bed was good. More pillows would be nice.
- Leticia (1/5): Scary. - The Sequim Bay Lodge was kind of awful -- the place looked dirty and run-down. We felt uncomfortable enough there that we looked for a different place to stay and checked out of the lodge before spending a single night there. The room was dark and bare. The bedspread looked dirty, and the sheets looked old. The room was covered in an old-looking carpet; a washcloth in the bathroom looked used. The place was a bit scary, actually.
- Amy (3/5): I didn’t feel very safe. - Location was good. Price was low. The person that greeted me was nice. I was a single woman traveling alone. Arriving very late at night. My room was at the furthest part of the property with very little lighting. There was a person sleeping in their car next to where I parked. There was an abandoned car on the other side of my vehicle. I felt scared going to my room. I slept with my stun gun out just in case someone tried to enter my room.
I didn’t realize there was no Wi-Fi. The room was very outdated. The amenities were very minimal. But in hindsight, I guess that’s why the price was so low.
- Pete (10/5): -
- Donld (9/5): - Nice room and staff.
- Solano (3/5): Less than what you paid for - Decent location, close to the tribal area and not too far outside of sequim, located right off the highway, the road noise wasnt very noticeable in the rooms so that was nice. Complained to the front desk and checked out early, they gave us a refund Our room had a musty smell to it, the toilets tank cover was for a different toilet(not the same shape so there was an opening), the hot water handle for the shower was missing, there was little black hairs in the shower like it wasnt rinsed all the way, and the coffee pot was located in the bathroom which seems unsanitary to me, also the beds felt like you were at an angle with your head more towards the floor
- Susan (5/5): Inexpensive room, but felt safe. Need updates definitely. - Inexpensive room cost and it was available Carpet seemed dirty, but I don't think it was. It was just old and needed to be stretched or replaced.
- Nicholas (6/5): -
- Ruf (8/5): - We were very confused our second night the keys stopped working and the cable turned off at 9am on the final morning it felt like we were being rushed out of our room...we are local and plan on staying at the lodge every month for two to three day so we can get away and relax an it just didn't feel relaxing to get locked out of a room we had paid for..
an I wanted to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching TV that final morning and couldn't.. other than that our stay was satisfactory
- Thuc (7/5): Decent pricing - Housekeeping staff change out my towels, fold my bed and clean my room daily. Broken door and wall and non-operating fridge.
- Balogh (3/5): I’ve stayed in worse. - Conveniently located for our stay. Charge for pet COULD have been listed up front. The place itself was fairly run down. Lots of “deferred” maintainence.

- Evelynn (2/5): You get what you pay for. - Cheap and friendly staff. Everything. The beds were rock hard. The room they put me in was next to others that are living in the hotel. I was woken up many times during night by loud noises from the upstairs person.
- William (10/5): Went out for a guys weekend, room was clean, beds were nice, very all in all. - Very nice The tv could have been plugged in for us.
- Moran (5/5): It works for a budget price. - I liked that it was simple and private. Everything is very old and outdated.
- Peter (10/5): -
- Ana (8/5): -
- Linda (10/5): - Nice quiet location, friendly staff, clean, comfortable and roomy.
- Ryan (4/5): - I wasn't given the room i had booked, the rooms floor was dirty and one of the beds had a metal spring sticking out of the side. It was cheap

- Mckellard (10/5): Sequim bay lodge - The staff was accommodating and very nice they even upgraded our room for not extra cost! The beds could have been a little more comfortable but it was a 9/10 for me
- Mckellard (10/5): Sequim bay lodge - The staff is amazing and do everything they can do to make sure your stay is as comfortable and accommodating as possible The bed could have been a little more comfortable but all in all everything was good
- bruce (10/5): Not fancy. I choose this motel because of its price and location. - Price and location.

- Margaret (10/5): Great - Price fitted my budget right Within my expectations

- Laurie (1/5): Booking. Com us a scam. - I paid in advance and when I got there he said there were no rooms available.
- Eugene (8/5): -
- Kurt (8/5): -
- Kevin (7/5): -
- Russel (4/5): Just ok - Location, nice staff Room needs updating, pool needs repair.
- Stephanie (7/5): It was fine for the price - There was no breakfast. The bed was not comfortable.
- Donald (8/5): It was quite and close to My destination staff was friendly - No breakfast location was close to where I I wanted to go Carpet had stains in it
- Apral (1/5): This was the worst experience I have ever had. I couldn't sleep because I felt unsafe and trapped. - The lodge was located close to the relative I was visiting. The lady in charge was very friendly and did her best to get me an acceptable room. It took 3 different rooms to finally get a room that was just ok for one night. The door would not lock on the first room. The lights would not work on the second room. The third room was ok but it had 2 TVs which appeared to be bundled together into one electrical cord which was plugged into the outlet. When I watched the TV, I was constantly interrupted by a blackout followed by a message to ,"Contact your internet provider". I was unable to use the Wi-fi because I wasn't sure it was safe to unplug the TV from the outlet and I certainly was not going to risk damage to myself or my computer.
- Christopher (4/5): -
- Monty (2/5): I waited in the lobby. Rang the bell twice while the front desk persons at outside ina lawn chair talking on the phone - The location was good. That was the only “good” th big about the property. Very old. Outdated. Mattresses marginal at best. All the furniture looked 30 plus years old. To charge $220 for that room is NOT a good value.
- Michael (6/5): -
- Loaiza (10/5): -
- Selena (8/5): -
- Theresa (5/5): Great staff - The lamp cover in room 114 was very dirty
- Meredith (8/5): - Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Great location. The top lock was broken on the door in room 107.
- Robert (8/5): Great place to stay, near Port Angeles, Sequim, PT... - Was a great option at a low price to be near Port Angeles & my angry children!:)( Noisy highway, but it was ok, I did like the view in the back and the fun bird nest just above my rooms doorway and fun noisy little birds!
- Prashant (10/5): -
- Raisa (7/5): -
- Connie (8/5): -
- Heleena (5/5): Get what you pay for! - Needed to find a cheap place to stay last minute! This is def a "you get what you pay for." Shout-out to Nemo the little lobby dog. Nice patio! Felt safe. Nice staff! Kind of dirty, but it was also so cheap to stay. Stains on towels and bedding. Lime build up in the bathroom.
- Richard (7/5): It met our needs. Here to visit a dying relative. - Location was perfect for us. Would like lighting for reading on both sides of bed. There were no kleenex in the room.
- Sandeep (10/5): -
- Yesu raju (9/5): -
- Rebecca (10/5): - Loved the location and porches
- Elisabeth (10/5): -
- saelee (10/5): - Big parking space
- David (8/5): - Very quiet. Easy to get comfortable there. 2 minutes from 7 Cedars Casino I was only there two nights but didn't have any problems whatsoever
- Elisabeth (9/5): - Very clean and no hassle booking.
- Roxana (7/5): NEW YEAR'S EVE - Location and Price Plenty of empty rooms, and they put someone above us, and you could hear the floor squeaking every time they walked around. It woke me up that Morning.
- Ruben (8/5): The price was good for the busy New Years Eve -
- Nadine (7/5): Even though the building is super old and run down, the price is worth it- especially if you are only sleeping there - The location was close to the casino and the price was great! It’s a very old building so it does feel run down. The towels were old and very small. The comforter and blanket was also quite thin and old.
- Robert (6/5): -
- Christopher (9/5): -
- Jena (5/5): - Nice staff, friendly Tweakers from port Angeles all over the left side with their trailers park. They kept eying us down and looking into my car. Door knob broken, loose cords, carpet is old to wear if you are barefoot and step just right you feel the nails in your feet.
- Elisabeth (9/5): - The cleanliness of the linens and comfy bed. There's nothing to complain about a comfy night sleep and a nice hot shower. ✅
- Collins (10/5): Merry Christmas Eve - The man at the front desk was really kind, the room was nice and clean, great value! N/a
- Donld (10/5): -
- Naomi (7/5): -
- Karen (8/5): Helpful friendly staff, very clean room, great value for the price. - Staff, outdoor decorations, price, quiet Missing some amenities but the overall price for value was great.
- Stephen (1/5): Very horrible. -5 stars - There was nothing to like about the place. I decided to check out this lodge since I found out that they have rooms with jacuzzi, with my wife for our 2 year anniversary. When I walked into the living room, the room stunk and smelled like pesticide. The living room has a very old, worn sofa (looks like something from the 80s), a very small tube tv, and an electric fireplace that was dirty. We walked to the bedroom and there was a small flat-screen tv mounted to the wall (completely away from the bed), a low king size bed that was as hard as the floor, an old telephone with broken buttons, and a balcony. I decided to check out the balcony and there was mold on the walls and openings between the concrete floor and the wooden rail, making it look unsafe. I went back inside to check out the jacuzzi and the bathroom. The jacuzzi was very old an looked like it used to be white but turned yellow due to its age. The bathroom's toilet was so small, it looked like the size of a toddlers potty. The awful smell lingered throughout the entire place and my wife and I lost all interest in staying there so we left. The employee behind the counter refused to give me my $209 refund and offered me another room. At this point, why would I want another room? I paid $209 for a room to start with and if this is what $209 gets me at this place, then that told me that the quality of this place is very low. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!

- Harrington (9/5): -
- Margarita (10/5): -
- Cindy (9/5): - It was quiet, clean and the bed was comfortable. The ground fault interrupted in the bath was not working properly.
- Hodson (8/5): -
- Knepper (1/5): - The room smelled bad bathroom was not clean dirty rags in bathroom, hair on floor tub was greasy .I am a five star housekeeper so I guess I expected more. The TV didn't work no batteries in remote . Noisy neighbors .didn't like the outdated room .
- Beatrice (8/5): Relax and met all our needs - They accommodated us and our dogs . There is a very large green area for them . Great location on the way out of Sequim after getting off the ferry. We stay there twice a year coming and going from Canada.
