We needed a place that was clean, comfortable and quiet. It had all the basic necessities we needed for a short stay with the pool an added bonus.

Elizabeth (8/5): Great little local spot to stay, good for families! - Great location, close to town without being noisy at night (you do need a car to get around easily though). The beds were comfortable, the rooms roomy, and the staff helpful :) Great spot for a family group. Everything did feel a little dated (although very clean and everything in good working order). Updating the artworks, bed linen etc would give the place a great lift! We would also have appreciated a few more things in the kitchen, like a regular frypan and saucepans, and oil, salt and pepper etc.

Overnight the outside Temp dropped to -3.8 degrees, but the heater coped very well and the room stayed warm. The receptionist was very helpful with advice for places for dinner. Beds could be softer but the shower was good. Bed a bit too firm and some elements in kitchenette could do with an update.

Damien was very helpful with suggestions for dinner, and walk / cycle tracks to enjoy on my departure. The breakfast was very good value, delivered hot into the room with a welcoming 'Good Morning'. Very comfortable bed, enjoyed being able to watch the tv from a lounge chair, and the small dining table/chairs were perfect to enjoy breakfast in the sunny room. Great facilities in room, pity not to take advantage of the pool.
