• Amanda (1/5): Bed bug infested, dirty disgusting rooms with no care from the management - Nothing!!!!!!!! We could not stay at the Hotel due to a bed bug infestation. It was also disgustingly dirty with food, dust, bugs and hair all over the beds!! Never stay here! The management were rude and have refused a refund. The cleanliness was terrible, the room had bed bugs, there was hair and food over the beds, it was covered in dust, putrid hotel!!!!!!

• Wanda-Lynn (10/5): The location is great close to everything in the town. - It’s all on one level & close to the main town where the Kurri Nostalgia festival was, which was a 5min walk. The shower & shower curtain was a little mouldy.

• Danielle (6/5): 😁 - The lock box set up &:key entry was a brilliant idea. I also loved how the TV was a decent size and easy to drive and the free wifi connection was great! Oh and that fact there was a ceiling fan with a remote - even better. The lovely greeting and introduction from the property manager upon arrival. (: • You dont know which tap is what in the shower - they dont say Hot/Cold etc. • the bed being on wheels with nothing underneath it to stop it from moving, even just sitting up and going to lean on the back wall was enough to have the bed slide out a fair way. • the TV should be on a swivel or tilt wall mount cause trying to plug in a hdmi cord which is at the back on the TV is really hard when its mounted straight on.

When booking I was told that I was upgrade to a free hot breakfast but it never happend The bed was on rollers on a wooden floor and every time you moved the bed moved. It was impossible to sit in bed and read as the bed moved away from the headboard

• Fiona (2/5): Fawlty Towers is a palace compared to this ... - It was right near collection point for concert Received txt on day of check in to say our room had been cancelled. Room that had been paid for. Long story short many calls and tears later we had a room. I truly can not even discuss again what we went through. I'm still distressed and processing it all. We arrived and we were given the impression that a great favour had been arranged for us in a miraculously a room being granted for us. Cockroaches, little ones. Dirty shower curtain, an effort had been made to clean the toilet bowl it was stained and quite scary to look at. Air conditioning worked, turned the TV on no signal was all we got! That was interesting to watch.

Had everything, comfy beds, great large shower head with hand held too, air con and fan, flat screen TV, room service with delicious food, pool if hot, very convenient location to Coles & shops - just amazing & will definately come again! Nothing at all - fantastic place!

There were many black chunks and was too hot not to have it on. The water pressure is dreadful. Had to turn the light off in the bathroom to use hair straightener as there is no mirror anywhere else. People smoking outside our room.

• Marissa (3/5): It wasn't very pleasant and we wouldn't book again. - Friendly and approachable motel owner. The room was not clean, especially the floors. Our feet were instantly dirty and this is a really big disappointment, especially when we have a baby. No availability of a cot either (we knew this before booking, though it is still not ideal). Other visitors were smoking directly outside our motel door, and we had to ask the manager to ensure this doesn't keep happening during our stay. Very outdated motel and could do with renovations, particularly bathrooms to make them feel fresh and clean.

Self check-in was convenient Couldn’t really let much light in as the window is right on the car park and walkway. But looks like all the units are getting shutters which will be much better to let light in. Ours still had curtains! But looks like it was being renovated.

• PAULA (5/5): Good - I had extremely noisy and disruptive neighbours who were constantly coming in and out of their room, slamming doors, and getting in and out of their car. I could hear them as if we were sharing the same room. Other than that, everything else was great.
• Derwyn (10/5): Clean, basic accommodation at a realistic price! - No breakfast included but brought our own cereal and got milk from the nearby supermarket, directly across the road from a quality bakery! Nice clean town to walk around… watch out for the giant kookaburra! The chairs in the room were well past their best, each one sunk in the centre to give an effect similar to sitting on the toilet but seriously, this was only minor given we spent just one night there. It suited our purposes very nicely… we’ve stayed there before and would stay there again!
