- 唐 (10/5): - 每一個月或半個月我就想去礁溪 住了好幾家 還是覺得九號最適合 我們喜歡坐在沙發看球賽 可惜這次 房間沒516舒適 看電視有點近 也因為熱水系統有問題 櫃檯小姐還優待兩小時補償泡澡 感謝😊 下次再去玩 地墊發黴了 我喜歡你們附贈的夾腳拖鞋 這次以為有所以沒帶 😃

- KEITA (9/5): モダニズム風の洒落たホテル - モダニズム的デザインでリノベされたと思われる洒落たホテル。礁渓バスターミナルから距離があるので、15分間隔で運行している112番の循環バスを利用するのが良いかと。ホテルに一番近いのは温泉路のバス停だが、往路は礁渓湯園溝のバス停でも大差なし。（温泉路のバス停はバスターミナルへ向かう時に使える）。ホテルフロントは建物５Fにあるが、温泉路側入口のEVから上がると、更に階段を上ることになるので、忠孝路側入口の方が便利。部屋は広く、テーブルと椅子２脚も配置されているので便利。部屋内にある石造りの浴槽は、なんとか2人同時に入れるサイズ感（広く足を延ばせるとところまではいかない）。 今回２泊したが、チェックイン時にタオルのセットが不足（バスタオルが無かった）していたのと、ハンガーがわずか２ケしかなかった。（これについてはフロントに申し入れたら速やかに補充された）。デザイン重視の内装ゆえか、室内に衣類を収納できるクローゼット的なスペースや、引き出しが無い。家具のなかで棚状になっている部分に衣類などを置いてしのいだが、せっかくのデザインがスポイルされるようで、ちょっと残念。また２泊目夕方、部屋に戻ってたら掃除未済であった（これもフロントに申し入れたら速やかに掃除された）Do Not Disturb / Make Up Clean の表示ボタン操作は誤っていなかったと思うのだが・・・。最後に、浴室部分は浴槽・洗面台・便器が同一スペース内に配置されているのだが、浴槽から便器まで距離が十分にある。浴槽側から便器側に視線を向けた際に、便器が目隠しされるよう、スクリーン等を設置することをホテル側に提案したい。

- 佳妘 (8/5): 床大好睡、泡澡舒服、飯店人員態度好、免費停車 - 床很好睡、浴缸很大、早餐好吃套餐式但如果對食量大的可能不夠、免費停車不限進出次數、送飲料折價卷、四人房隔音好 兩人房隔音不好、四人房的泡澡跟洗澡的做在一起，必須先洗完澡才能放水泡澡，浴缸邊緣做太高，年輕人跨過去就要很小心了！對長輩更不容易跨過要很小心避免跌倒 棉被漂白水味有點重，但這也是代表有洗乾淨吧？ 送的溫泉魚卷要走1-2分鐘到隔壁泡，但水偏涼魚（還有不少隻的往生魚漂在水面）也不太吃腳腳，還是去付費的比較實在

- CHIAPEI (7/5): - 房間很大，行李有很多空間放 床很好睡，算是中間偏軟，而且很大 浴缸也很舒適，根本可以泡三個人 早餐也蠻好吃的 浴缸大溫泉水柱太小，裝滿水要等半小時以上 而且浴室抽風不夠力，水氣都散不了，睡前刷牙天花板還會滴水，房內有除濕機但沒什麼幫助 房間門毫無隔音，走廊有聲音就聽得一清二楚，而且緊鄰櫃檯，遇到晚上有親子入住講話很大聲，快一小時才安靜下來，櫃檯也沒有勸導

- 美琴 (9/5): 員工真的很親切！對於洗澡椅要求也幫忙完成，浴池很大，地點很方便～對小孩們的包容性也很高 - 空間很大很舒適，員工很親切，對哭鬧小童很包容！ 因為爸爸行動不方便，站立需要扶手補助，希望馬桶旁能裝L型扶手就是完美了
