The front desk was rude, and there wasn't very good information about the property. There is no one there before 8 am. They said they can keep our bags after check out but didn’t explain the process we needed to leave at 7am but we were afraid to just leave our bags alone at the empty front desk and no one answers the phone before 8 am.

- Rossella (7/5): Overall it’s a great position, but it’s a 6-7 out of 10 - Definitely the position, right in front of the metro station of Chunguro that gives accesso to two metro lines. It’s also a 2 minutes walk from an hanok village and less than 10 min walk from Myeongdong centre It has no lobby, no restaurant and no employers during most hours. They clean the room every three days, we stayed 4 days so they never cleaned it.

- MAMI (9/5): 最高！また泊まりたい。 - 地下鉄の出口を上がってすぐ、しかもエスカレーター付きの出口でよかった！とても便利な駅でどこへ行くにもアクセスがよかった！ 部屋が広く、お風呂、トイレ、シャワーが別でよかった！ 場所も良く、部屋も綺麗なのに安い！ 部屋の照明が暗め。 お風呂がオープン。シャワールームが別にあるのでそこまで気にはならない。 思ったより明洞への歩いて行くには遠かった。

- amichan319 (8/5): Excellent location, warm room in winter - Excellent location, it was very close to the Chungmuro metro station and also close to shops, convenience stores and lots of restaurants. The famous Myeongdong area is walking distance or one station away by metro. Other tourist attractions are close too and easily accessible by metro from the Chungmuro station. The room was nice, large, clean, with a huge bathroom (only shower, no bathtub), and floor heating which made it very warm and comfortable especially in the cold winter. The hotel had a good atmosphere overall and it was easy to communicate with the staff. There were only two downsides: amenities and the lighting in the room. Amenities were limited with only one small pack of shampoo and one small pack of body wash per person, per day. It was definitely not enough for someone who likes taking showers both in the evening and morning, and who has long hair (needed more shampoo). Of course, we can ask for extra amenities at the front desk but it is inconvenient to do it. I felt like the hotel was a bit stingy in this sense. As for the lighting in the room - it was quite dim and created a nice, cozy atmosphere, however if you spend longer time in the room or when you want to pack your luggage, you may feel like there is not enough brightness and your eyes may get tired. Overall, it was a nice hotel, good value for the money, and I would like to stay here again when visiting Seoul.

- YEOJIN (7/5): 가성비 좋은 서울 호텔 - 역하고 매우 가까웠다는 점이 제일 만족스러웠습니다. 에스컬레이터로 연결된 출구라서 짐 옮길때도 좋았어요! 가성비도 좋았구요 청결도가 좀 많이 떨어지는 것 같습니다. 제가 머물렀던 객실의 의자를 앉으려고 보니 매우 더러웠어요. 먼지같은게 아니라, 약간 액체가 흘려져있는데 그게 닦지않아서 굳어버린..? 그래서 머무는 동안 의자에는 안 앉고 침대에만 앉아있었어요 그리고 어쩔수없는 문제이지만 화장실, 샤워실과 객실 사이에 중간문이 없어서 약간 프라이버시문제나 환기문제가 신경쓰였어요 특히 샤워실 환풍기를 켜두려면 욕조쪽 등을 켜둬야했었는데, 그렇게하니 잠잘 때 불 때문에 신경쓰이더라고요;;

- NIUNIU SHI (8/5): - 从忠武路站1号口（没记错的话）出来直接就能看到酒店，楼下是汉堡王，对面是KFC和便利店，旁边有Olive Young，非常方便。去明洞可以坐一站地铁也可以直接走过去（大概8-900m）。 房间有点小，不过在预期范围内。可以放得下打开的26寸行李箱。
- TOMOMI (7/5): 立地最高 - お願いすればフロントの方はすぐに対応してくれます。水、タオル交換、アメニティ、ゴミ捨てなど全て申告制です。部屋も静かで他の部屋の水回りの音なども全く気になりませんでした。水圧が弱いという事でトイレットペーパーは流せませんがウォシュレットは完備です。忠武路駅1番出口からすぐなのでどこに行くにも便利な立地。また利用したいと思います。 バスルームに扉が無く、バスタブの外でシャワーを浴びるのは難しく、バスタブの中で利用しましたが、バスタブの周りを大理石調の石で囲ってあるため跨ぐのに幅があり使用しづらかった。（お湯や水圧は問題ありません）部屋の広さも問題無いのですが、テーブルが無いので、部屋での飲食は、不便です。
- Mao (8/5): 最高のロケーション！ - 地下鉄の1番出口を出てすぐの立地で、周辺にはコンビニやカフェ、ファストフード店がありとても便利でした。明洞までも2駅ほどでロケーションはばっちりです。 フロントのスタッフさんは英語で対応してくれました。 チェックイン前もチェックアウト後もどちらも荷物預かりをしてくれました。 シャンプーとボディソープ、歯磨き粉と歯ブラシがありました。（どれも使い切りタイプです） スリッパ（使い捨て）とバスローブもありよかったです。 ドライヤーとヘアアイロンがあったのも助かりました。 電子レンジがなかった。 スタッフがフロントにいない時間があった。 多くの人が言及していますが、シャワーカーテンがないのでシャワールームとトイレが水浸しになります。

The hotel’s cleanliness was below my expectations. There was a leak in the shower in the bathroom. The male receptionist on duty during my stay (July 28–31, 2025) appeared less cheerful than expected.

The airport bus also stops only a short distance away which made it easy to get to. The bathrooms were a bit weird, there was no main door to the bathroom and was set up with a toilet stall, shower stall and an open bathtub room. Probably better for couples but my friend and I had to be careful not to catch an accidental view.

There were lots of different cafe's in the area where we could go for breakfast. The hotel staff was very friendly and it was possible to store our luggage at the hotel. The rooms had a smart-tv so we could use netflix and youtube, which was really nice! The room was quite small, the air conditioning wasn't working properly and the bathroom door was broken. We stayed here for 2 weeks and for us it was really inconvenient that there wasn't any washer/dryer in the building.
