• Namrata (4/5): - Not good experience. Extremely disappointed with Expedia to charge 12k for the room. I have checked other sites and the prices for this hotel was much cheaper around 6k. Not sure why such high prices are charged for properties that are just about average and not even 4 or 5 star
• Vijay (4/5): - The property upkeep is very poor. The rooms are not very clean, and there are stains and even mold in some places. I don’t expect a four star service, but cleanliness is very important. Hope the management pays some attention to keeping the property clean for their guests
• 322gopalk (4/5): Poor Cleaning and Bad smell - Poor cleaning, Bad smell, old setup, broken tea maker, rooms floor broken, no pleasent room experience. Doesn't look like a 4 start hotel. Room service was also not up to mark. Under construction lobby. Smelly small lifts and poor comfort rooms etc.

• AmritanshNewDelhi (2/5): Worst Experience Ever - Just don't, don't ever stay over here. Attaching 4 videos, nothing more to say, the buggers are lost in their world watching their mobiles and reels that nobody had a clue what exactly a guest had ordered for dinner. Called the restaurant thrice, but they were busy henceforth not picking up the call, somehow managed to put in my request taking help from reception, but nobody freaking noted it down. Kept on doing follow-ups, and people stopped picking up the calls from my room coz they were clueless.
• Tushar_Shirke (10/5): Very good family stay - Nice spacious rooms and we enjoyed the stay with family here. Toilets were clean. Room was clean. Housekeeping staff were prompt. Hotel is right on a main road that cab service is easily available. Buffet Food was ok not so many options but cant complain. Taste was good. A very good and big hospital is just adjucent if needed in emergency.
• Fendez (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent stay with a very courteous service. Very good ambience ideal for business travellers and families alike. Calm and quiet place conductive for a professional and peaceful experience. Ranging from a vivid and tasty spread in the breakfast buffet to a full filling dinner spread . Gym can be made functional and maintained better.
• SatyaSBS (2/5): Service has degraded - I am the frequent visitor to this hotel, but it seems the service has degraded in the recent past, receptionist is adamant not to provide the separate bed in double occupancy room, also the service is delayed and you have to call them repeatedly, i no more reccommend this hotel.

The toilet flush is broken room is full of cigar scent and the maintenance of every inch is poor. Not even worth a penny. It’s a NO for anyone. Mainly they should stop bluffing people with pictures which are not even 1% close
• 346pradeeps (6/5): Highly Dissapointed - This is the first time I checked in to this hotel. But highly dissapointed. Professionalism is at it's lowest. Rooms are very small and top of that there is big pillar on right in mid portion of the room occupying about 30% of the space. Most of the furnitures are in broken condition. AC is placed in such a way that blow hits directly to my face. AC remote was working .Toilet flush is in broken condition. Will not recommend

They will charge you for everything under the sun. They will charge you for plates, spoons, forks, bowls, slippers. And this is after they have charged you Rs. 6000 per night. Disappointed to the core.

• dhjgjx123 (2/5): Entie Management should be change specially restaurant manager. - I stayed at the hotel for two nights, they charge me for 12,500 but honestly it was totally waste of money there was nothing inside the room according to double occupancy everything I've to ask and they ask me for extra money, At the lunch time I ordered for some food, they forbade me for lamb dish in the evening I went to the restaurant for dinner there was nothing special no one acknowledge us, I request For garlic Naan but Restaurant manager told me that it's chargeable, The way he looked at like I can't pay 200 rupees for garlic naan, Entire stay was ruined I went there to celebrate my birthday but it was totally waste of my time money and resources.

We saw cockroaches crawling around the dishes in the buffet area and lurking in the corners of the serving counter. My students found hair in the milk. Whoever is managing this hotel is doing a very poor job. The staff seemed unwilling to do help us amicably. I would not advise anyone to go there. Sorry
• SuprabhatC (8/5): Good Experience - This hotel is in a business district and though on the main road, the approach remains chaotic. The rooms are spacious, we were given an upgrade. Thank you so much. The breakfast buffet spread could have more variety. Since it is located in this busy Gachibowli area, there are plenty of good restaurant options nearby. The parking, though available, is on the driveways. We were privileged to get premium space for our car by the courteous security staff. Appreciate it. Overall, a good experience.
• sr0612 (2/5): Very poor - · 1. The internet was not working and I had been asking for the 2 days to resolve this. I was appalled at the service and response to this issue. 2. TV was not working. somebody came and switched a cable box 3. There were no towels in the room and I had to ask twice to get a fresh pair. 4. Low on toilet paper and I had to ask for additional roll. I would have thoughtthere would be at least one extra roll left in the room. 5. Took a shower when I checked in at 5 am and NO hot water - had to take a cold shower. I was told that hot water will resume in the morning . 6. At breakfast, we were seated at a table that somebody just left. There were a pair of fork and knives already on the table. I asked for a fresh pair. The waiter replaced it, but promptly took the other pair and put it in the drawer with fresh ones. I emailed all this first to Ashok Satapathy - the email of Customer Service lead per the survey flier. The emailed bounced back. (Your message wasn't delivered to ashok.satapathy@siestaindia.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.) Send the same email to corporate contact us email - NO RESPONSE!

They charge 60Rs for a bottle of water which needs to be paid In cash at 1 am and the funniest part being for Using Empty Plates they charge Rs 52/- Please do not go by the star status , its a loot out here.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - I stayed in this hotel for last 3 days .Cleanliness is terrible ,it’s equipped with centralized AC and it’s not working properly and it took lot of time to cool room and AC water is leaking all over the floor. Staff is not so supportive and not recommend even though if get a deal .Food is also not at all good ....

• Shahriar (6/5): A okay experience - could be great! - Our stay was okay, could be fantastic though. We requested twin beds as colleagues were sharing rooms, never got any despite putting the request well ahead. The staff kept apologizing that limited number of twin room were distributed on first come first served basis and as we were late, no rooms are available. It was pretty uncomfortable to share a bed with a colleague. Another huge area of improvement is the bathroom. They don't have shower enclosure/curtain, nor can you lock from inside. Again, huge inconvenience if you are sharing a room with a colleague. The room we stayed in, didn't have a good water drainage as well. The whole bathroom got flooded after one person has taken a shower, uncomfortable for the other user. Apart from these two, the stay was fine. Breakfast was good. It was pretty close from the Hyderabad International Convention Center which was our conference venue. Ride sharing services are available. Many restaurants nearby. A bit far from the old city though.
• Heloise (8/5): great base for attending conference at HICC - Siesta provided a convenient place for me and 5 colleagues to stay while attending a conference at the nearby Novotel HICC. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive and overall it provided good value. It’s by no means the swankiest hotel in hitech but it does the job!
• C (2/5): - Too expensive compared to the standard they offer. Toilet flush not working, hardly any space in the room, no hair dryer and iron, no refridgerator, paid for king sized bed but gave twin bed, you can't even take off the curtains as there is a cheap apartment right next to your window and you can see their household stuffs. How can this be a 4 star hotel claiming to be of same price (room, food etc.) Of hotels like Lemon tree premier.

The hotel is conveniently located, but it's not the cleanest room I have ever checked into. Buffet was average but food ordered from the kitchen was always good.

• Subhashis (8/5): Nice mid-budget business hotel in Hitech City - It is an easy walk to Hyderabad Convention Center and is close to many business locations. The road on which the hotel is located is a bit crowded, but that is a common characteristic in India. On the plus side, there are many mid budget eateries within a short walk. The hotel is decent, clean. Rooms are not big, but are certainly enough for a single traveller like me. The work desk is very useful. Closet, safe deposit, refrigerator are helpful. Internet speed was good. Bathroom is quite nice.

• Bruce W (2/5): Hassles at every stage! STAY ELSEWHERE! - Upon check-in, I was given a room with two single beds when I had booked a king bed. I did not know this until I went to the room. When I returned to the front desk I was told there are no rooms with king beds. I don't know how that could be since I clearly booked a room with a king bed. I escalated the matter to the hotel manager and... wait for it... there was a room with a king bed. When going for breakfast in the morning I was told I had to pay for breakfast. I explained that breakfast was included in the room. I was sent to the front desk and they said that breakfast was not included. Again I escalated the problem to the manager. He blamed Expedia for not sending a voucher that included breakfast. I showed him the Expedia website which clearly states that ALL rooms come with FREE Breakfast. He told me I had to take up the issue with Expedia. When I retuned for the second night they told me they needed a copy of my visa. I reminded them that they had taken a copy the night before. They insisted, and brought out the manager. I showed them my visa and they said it was not an Indian visa! I said then how can I be here without a visa in my passport! They have advertisements all over the hotel for the Continental Restaurant and Sports bar on the 6th floor. When I went to the 6th floor it was a vacant open dark area with no restaurant or bar. They said they had not received their liquor license yet. Overall I would say this is not even close to a 4 star hotel. STAY ELSEWHERE!

• Jenny (2/5): Terrible stay. - I can’t believe how awful this hotel was — I truly don’t understand how it could be rated so highly. Perhaps things would be different if the hotel had been significantly cheaper, but it was not a bargain. For context, I’m from the US, and I was in Hyderabad for a conference. Here are my notes: - The stench of sewage throughout the place, especially the hallways, was unbearable. It will often creep into your room as well. - Electricity regularly cut in and out. - If you’re not an Indian speaker, you'll have a hard time. Staff couldn’t understand or accommodate basic hospitality requests, like in-room dining orders, and requests for a taxi. - The hotel staffer took me to my room to show me how everything works. Apparently this is custom there, but I was terribly uncomfortable when he started asking me if I had a husband and if I was alone. Why is that any of his business? - The room was well worn, towels were rough and discolored, comforter/sheets were stained. - I tried to order in-room dining, and asked what something on the menu was — they passed me to three different staff members, and said the item wasn’t available until noon even though it was specifically on the “Round the clock” menu. - The “do not disturb” notification didn’t work, so they constantly interrupted me. - They will ring your doorbell for nonsense you don’t want, like laundry services or dropping off a robe. - Water in the bathroom gets everywhere. - I didn’t feel safe; a guest rang my doo
