- Namyeol (7/5): It was good, but some improvements are needed. - It is located in the very centre of the famous walking street. Although it was very small, I liked the rooftop pool. There is a water purifier on each floor. I was assigned to a room with a balcony, but it was blocked by a wall. As a result, I could neither see the sky nor feel fresh air. In addition, even a toothbrush was not provided. Lastly, I saw many cockroaches in the room.

The size of the room was huge and balcony was great as well. The pool looked dirty and not used in a while and the roof top bar was definitely unused in a long time.

- Laurence (5/5): A budget hotel and the room reflects that, great location but a few problems - maybe I was unlucky - Location is bang in the middle of the nightlife so bars, restaurants and trikes are all practically at your doorstep. Staff were always friendly and tried to help despite a few problems while I was there. Even bought me a SIM card with some internet on when their in-house wifi wasn't working. No hot water for a shower when I arrived after travelling for almost 24 hours, fixed the next day as I arrived too late for maintenance to repair the same day. Internet wasn't working for most of my stay, was repaired the day before I left, though they did supply me with a SIM card for internet use after I'd been there a couple of days. No elevator

The staff is very accommodating and provides an excellent security at the front desk. Great hot water and pressure. Don't go for the pool. It's small and not maintained to the cleanliness you might expect.

- Luca (7/5): noise and dust - To make up for the initial discomfort they upgraded my room to a quiet and beautiful flat at the back of the hotel. When all the building works are finished this will be a nice place to stay Lots of noise and dust from building site next door and cafè/kitchen constraction in the hotel. I was temporarily moved to a shabby condo for the first 2 nights because of noise. Contradicting information from staff to how long my stay in the condo was going to be.

Had a new AC, new tile floor, large king bed, nice large screen tv. Looked like brand newer Room entry door lock only works half the time. Requested to have lock changed but manager did not make any effort to fix it. Pillows were a bit thin and worn out

Room must have been a short-time room complete with used condom on floor, whole smelt of mould, moved to new hotel after one night, disgusting place.
