- Mervyn (6/5): - Xxxxxx
- Robert (8/5): GOOD JOB FOR A BUSINESS TRIP - Its a good hotel to stay for a business trip not requiring expensive amenities and concierge. It does the job and people are very warm and cooperative. They are very responsive to our needs. I will go back and stay there when I visit Baguio again.
- Annabelle (8/5): - Location is very good. Room is big. Located in ideal area for our stay.
- Evangeline (10/5): Excellent Hotel Choice - Staff are very accommodating, big room and it was clean, some problem with parking slot but it was solve immediately. Will book again on my next baguio visit.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Rooms are not bad.I book 3 rooms one tioilet bowl is blocked, bathroom sink in two rooms are blocked too. Please ask your maintenance team to check the room before handing it over to your guests.we checked in to your hotel to rest not to waste our time calling your maintenance to fixed the problem while the guests wants to rest.
- Emmanuel Angelo (10/5): - Our stay was amazing. We were three adjacent rooms that give accessibility to each individual room. Specially my three little grand daughters. The rooms are quite good for family stay. However, there is only one problem - parking space.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - If possible, make your breakfast in buffet. Surely your clients will be ready to pay the right amount for this, as long as they get what they want.
- Ramil (4/5): Waited long time to check in - Awful room no electric kettle, made us stayed in the basement. I wouldn't not stay there for the night but have no choice, last minute changed of plan instead of heading to Sagada end up going back to Baguio since our got car sick.
- Mac (8/5): - The room was okay, comfortable, clean. Wala masyadong arte. Andun naman lahat ng needs ng isang basic hotel room. Also malaki yung space. I didn't like the breakfast but I liked the coffee and the sunlight coming in thru the windows of the cafeteria. The staff were accomodating. The hallways were... Creepy. Haha pero overall, nagenjoy ako sa stay. Thank you!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Its an Ok Hotel - Check in process was OK. All the rooms in this hotel doesn’t have “air conditioning” but electric fans are available upon request.
Hotel staffs were OK.
- Bony (8/5): - Definitely recommend this hotel 🙂
- EDGARDO (8/5): A family stay - We stayed in the hotel 3 days and 2 nights. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were not notified though that we need to request for the rooms to be cleaned. It is not like other hotels where they automatically clean the room and replenish supplies. I was also charged away before we checked in.
- Franny (8/5): Very nice location - All hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Location of hotel is very strategic.
- Eugene (2/5): Disappointing stay - My booking via Hotels.com was not found for some time and it was eventually found via another booking agency , so I did not have a good start, though possibly not finding the booking would have been better. There were no staff to assist with bags, half the lifts were out of action for my stay, and breakfast was awful . The room was adequate , but WIFI was only available in a small lobby area by the lifts and not in any rooms and the showers were poor The staff whilst uniformly pleasant , lacked direction and management.
Overall a very disappointing stay in a lovely city.
- Joseph (4/5): Quite the disappointment for the rate - Could've been better if the internet service was available for all rooms and nit just the common area. What really disappointed me was the fact the at the phone was no working in our unit and the lights went off at around 3am just when we were preparing to head out. The circuit breaker smelled like burnt rubber or something like that. We had to rely on our phones for light and had to go dress up and reported it to the receptionist all the way down from the 9th floor before heading off to the float parade
- Verified traveler (8/5): Cozy Hotel - It was good and I appreciated all those nice staffs :)
- Del (6/5): Good hotel. Easy access. Far from city traffic. - Its a nice place to stay. One could easily reach the hote coming from Kennon roadl withoit going through the city traffic. The same if you're going to take Halsema hi way going to Sagada Mt. Province. Also, some of the city attractions are very near the place. Just a stroll away. Hote rooml service is good. We had a pleasant stay in Albergo.
- Syl (8/5): value for your money - Good location, comfortable bed, friendly staff, no need to buy drinking water there's a water dispenser at the hallway
- Verified traveler (10/5): - the bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. There was hair all over.
- Bernard (6/5): Average, not expecting too much! - Room is neat and clean but No wifi connection in the room. They serve limited food for breakfast.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - nice hotel. recommendable.
- Jaime Jr (8/5): Good hotel. - Good.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Comfortable hotel - Staff are nice, approacheable, and attentive. But no wifi in the rooms. Have to go to the lobby for internet connections. Breakfast is plated, servings are small. Altho coffee is refillable.
- Fenderlyn (10/5): Great location - It was a great experience staying sa albergo. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is good and very quiet just near and walking distance from the mansion and right accross wright park
- Jim (6/5): Baguio hotel - The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was clean with hot water.
The room was not cleaned after our first night stay. It was cleaned soon after we notified the staff. I guess you have to tell them to clean your room
- Beng (6/5): Hotel's Experience - The front desk staff is smart and know what they are doing and coordinate quickly with other staff. Security team are also courteous. We feel safe and secure during our stay! The hotel has sufficient hot water shower day or night!
Some minor issues which can spell the difference in their custmer service specific for utilities, the family suite do not have windows. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is quite noisy. I reported it to maintenance and front desk but no one cam to fix it. The ballast lighting is noisy as well and needs fixing or replacement. The Albergo owner can save energy if he opted to use LED lighting instead which is environment friendly as well.
- Celia (6/5): - The hotel was not that comfortable. You can hear d noise frim d corridors in you riom.
- Julmar (8/5): Very convenient - It's was good and great
- Rodelle (8/5): - Ours was a relatively good stay. Courteous and friendly staff, the security guards included, and the room was clean and well lit. The best part is that Amare pizza is just across the hotel reception area. Though i did not try the jogging routes, due to time constraints, it is a definite plus for runners, health buffs and overweights looking to burn some calories in the cold baguio weather.
- Armand John (6/5): Convinient hotel - the hotel rate is cheap but the hotel itself is nice and clean. the bathroom is clean with basic amenities in it. However they have a very slow check in and check out. Also, their breakfast is not so good.
- Julna (2/5): - We checked in and were told that wi fi is down. But, when it went on...very slow.
Hallways were dark in the evening. Checked out early.
- Maria Theresa (6/5): Pricey for its quality/service - On food: Taste is ok but our breakfast was served cold. Very disappointing. Food must be served hot. I gave feedback the same day and acted on it the ff day. Still, food is still not that hot.
For smokers: The building is a non smoking zone. You have to go outside the building to smoke. This should be ok however there is no area for smokers. No trash bin. Cig butts are everywhere.
On location: Hotel is near Wright Park and Ketchup Communities. No issues here
- Verified traveler (6/5): Holy Week in Baguio - Place was very near to other tourist spots and parking was very convenient. Price of the food was reasonable
- Rojel (8/5): - Good place to stay except for an annoying hiccup upon check-in, because the front office would not admit us despite presenting the confirmation e-mail / voucher from hotels.com. According to the front office guy, they are still waiting for the email confirmation from hotels.com despite what I already showed him.
My staff was tired from the travel and at 2am had to be stuck at the hotel lobby while waiting for everything to be clarified. Finally a call with the hotels.com support clarified the issue for both sides and we were finally admitted after being initially denied entry.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel near to some tourist attraction - it was ok..just needed some improvements on some hotel facilities e.g. elevator, parking space.
- Wilda (6/5): albergo - Overall it was ok very close to nearby attractions though a bit disappointed to find out no Aircon in the room but was ok due to cold weather in Baguio.. The bad smell at the Wright park is somewhat annoying as it spread outside the hotel. Parking was ok but it was dusty.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bad hotel staff - Hotel needs a fresh coat of paint and new furnitures. Hotel staff badly needs training in customer service
- Anthoniett (6/5): Near to all relaxing places in Baguio! - We enjoyed our stay again, thanks!
