- Gallo (10/5): - Colazione ricca e abbondante, posizione strategica tra il paese e il mare, struttura immersa nella natura silenziosa e rigenerante. Appartamento molto confortevole e accogliente.
- Claudia (6/5): Soggiorno piacevole ma alcuni aspetti deludenti - Ho soggiornato in questa masseria per qualche giorno e devo dire che l’esperienza è stata in parte positiva. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili, l’appartamento carino, ben tenuto e pulito: su questo nulla da dire. ci sono stati alcuni aspetti che mi hanno lasciata piuttosto delusa, soprattutto per la poca chiarezza di alcune informazioni.
Innanzitutto, su Booking era indicato che il pagamento sarebbe avvenuto in struttura, ma il giorno prima dell’arrivo sono stata contattata direttamente dall’host per saldare in anticipo. Non è stato un grosso problema, ma non me l’aspettavo.
Inoltre, la struttura si definisce “pet friendly”, ma viene richiesto un supplemento di 25 euro se si viaggia con un cane. Su Booking si usa un verbo al condizionale che lascia intendere che il costo sia eventuale, ma alla fine è stato applicato senza alternative. Mentre sul sito si definisce “struttura pluri premiata per friendly” e nulla dice in merito alla eventuale maggiorazione per il cane. Sarebbe meglio specificarlo chiaramente.
L’appartamento, pur essendo pulito e accogliente, non è dotato di bidet — un dettaglio che può fare la differenza per molti viaggiatori, soprattutto in Italia.
Ma l’aspetto più deludente è stato quello legato all’accesso al mare. Una delle ragioni principali per cui ho scelto questa struttura era la promessa (almeno così lasciavano intendere il sito - che parla di “accesso esclusivo a spiaggia in una riserva naturale”e le foto) di un accesso diretto a una riserva naturale sul mare. In realtà, il punto mare, davvero splendido, si trova a circa 7 km di distanza: bisogna andarci in auto e parcheggiare in un campeggio convenzionato pagando altri 7 euro al giorno. Niente accesso diretto, come sembrava dalle immagini e descrizioni.
Ovviamente ho sbagliato io a non verificare su maps dove si trovasse la masseria (e cioè in aperta campagna) prima di illudermi di avere il mare vicino.

- Sandra (8/5): Sans la passage, la gentillesse et la générosité du grand-père je serais partie dès le lendemain. - La gentillesse du grand-père, Dr Francesco Rizzi, qui passait régulièrement vérifié sì tout allait bien et qui est très généreux. La propreté de l’endroit. La personne qui faisait le ménage chaque semaine était très sympathique et m’a donné plusieurs renseignements, en plus de m’avoir fait découvrir quelques lieux. Et le travailleur pour l’entretien extérieur était aussi poli et discret. Je recommande l’endroit pour des gens qui veulent la solitude et la tranquillité. En tant que voyageuse solo, qui aime rencontrer les gens, j’ai été déçue. L’annonce porte à confusion lorsqu’on parle d’une plage privée. Je croyais que le site avait une plage privée, mais s’était à plusieurs km de distance. Le « bon petit-déjeuner » consistait en quelques yogourts, du lait, une boîte de céréales et des biscuits avec du jus en boîte. J’ai appris, à mes dépends que les propriétaires des Agriturismo ne vivent pas tous sur le site. Grande déception!

The farm continues its business around you without being disturbing and the outside areas are delightful to spend time in and well thought through. We used the barbecue whilst we were there; and the staff were quick to ensure we had enough wood, suggesting where we could buy decent fish and meat. Every move was made to ensure we had a good time and had everything we needed - even my celiacs was not a problem. By letting them know in advance, I was surprised and delighted by the array of gluten free products they had provided for our breakfasts!
- Pio Antonio (10/5): Il miglior posto per una vacanza rilassante - Questo agriturismo immerso nel verde di ulivi ed agrumi è il posto ideale per trascorrere un periodo di riposo e ricaricare le batterie. Gli appartamentini godono di tutti i confort compresa l'aria condizionata e il wifi. Ottima insonorizzazione per cui non si sentono le persone negli appartamenti confinanti. La struttura è molto piccola solo cinque unità per cui la pace regna sovrana. Alla mattina si è svegliati dal canto del gallo: si è in un'oasi di pace a 5 minuti da tutti i confort di Ginosa Marina. Dai filari di aranci e ulivi si intravvede in lontananza il mare. Veramente molto bello
